技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于ISO/IEC 14443Type A/B NFC接收机的AGC方法
背景技术
NFC系统中,PCD侧接收到信号与PICC相对所处的距离以及方位密切相关,当PICC上述参量发生变化时,信号的强度以及质量会呈现明显的变化,而固定增益的系统无法自适应此种情况,本发明基于此提出一套AGC解决方法。
发明内容
ISO/IEC 14443规定的NFC系统中采用Load Modulation的调制方法,PICC侧采用Passive模式,基于PCD发出的场来调制,因此受空间和距离的影响较大。PICC的距离变远或者方位发生翻转时,PCD侧线圈感应到的信号强度会有明显变化,从而影响接收机的整体性能。
本发明基于此提出一种AGC方法,以很小的代价来实现接收增益的动态调整。其具体包括:在一次完成的读卡交易过程中,PCD侧发完Wake UP A/B帧后,接收到PICC返回的ATQA/ATQB帧,此时计算接收信号的RSSI,当检测到该帧开始(SOF或TR1)后,开启一次RSSI计算,完成后更新RSSI寄存器上报软件。
本发明方法主要是针对ISO/IEC 14443Type A/B接收信号RSSI的计算方法和策略,软件调整PGA接收增益的策略,读卡交易只在Wake UP A/B发送PCD接收完成后做一次接收增益调整。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一帧开始分为四种情况。其中红色的圆点代表检测到有效开始的位置(Subcarrier的下降沿检测),蓝色的圆点代表开始计算RSSI的位置。软件将读回的RSSI值与接收机信号强度相关的高低门限值比较,调整接收增益以及接收机峰值检测相关的门限值(查表),后续交易流程在此条件下进行。
利用软件策略来调整接收通路PGA的增益,保证信号的RSSI处于一定区间内;每次读卡交易都只在Wake UP A/B流程PCD接收完成后做一次接收增益的调整。

1.一种用于近场通信PCD接收的AGC方法,其特征是包括:在一次完成的读卡交易过程中,PCD侧发完Wake UP A/B帧后,接收到PICC返回的ATQA/ATQB帧,此时计算接收信号的RSSI,当检测到该帧开始(SOF或TR1)后,开启一次RSSI计算,完成后更新RSSI寄存器上报软件。
