After the adhesive tape attaching operation is completed in each working beat, the adhesive tape is cut off, and the rest adhesive tape head can be lightly attached to the pre-attaching wheel, so that the adhesive tape head is prevented from swinging, and preparation is made for the next adhesive tape attaching operation. Meanwhile, according to physical properties such as thickness and hardness of the adhesive tape, the relative positions of the pre-bonding wheel, the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel can be finely adjusted, and the spatial position of the pre-bonding wheel can be finely adjusted in a large range by changing the specific assembling position of the bolt and the waist-shaped hole.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the adhesive tape 25 led out from the adhesive tape roll 1 sequentially contacts with the first guide wheel 3, the pressing wheel 4, the second guide wheel 5, the pre-adhering wheel 6 and the pressing wheel 13, the first guide wheel 3, the second guide wheel 5 and the pressing wheel 13 contact with the back adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 25, and the pressing wheel 4 and the pre-adhering wheel 6 contact with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 25; the adhesive tape 25 is in line contact with the pre-adhesive wheel 6.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the pre-bonding wheel in line contact with the adhesive tape shows that the pre-bonding wheel cannot bend the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape between the second guide wheel and the pressing wheel is in a flat and straight state, and the pre-bonding wheel only slightly contacts the adhesive tape, so that damage to the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape surface is reduced.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the pre-bonding wheel 6 is provided with a plurality of circumferential grooves 24 arranged at intervals, and both axial ends of the first guide wheel 3 and the second guide wheel 5 are provided with flanges 28 extending radially.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the circumferential groove does not influence the circumferential friction force of the adhesive tape and the pre-bonding wheel, but can increase the friction force of the adhesive tape when the adhesive tape slides along the axial direction of the pre-bonding wheel, and the slippage of the adhesive tape are avoided.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the magazine wheel 26 is connected to the base plate 2 through a swing arm 8, and a torsion spring 9 is sleeved at the connection position of the swing arm 8 and the base plate 2.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the swing arm has unidirectional elastic swing potential energy, can ensure that the adhesive tape always has a straight elastic force, and is convenient for the adhesive tape to be stably contacted with the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel and the like.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the swing arm 8 and the base plate 2 are both provided with a plurality of holes 10, the holes 10 on the swing arm 8 are arranged at intervals, the sequential connection line of the centroids of the holes 10 is an arc line of the connection between the swing arm 8 and the base plate 2, the holes 10 on the base plate 2 are arranged at intervals, the sequential connection line of the centroids of the holes 10 is an arc line of the connection between the swing arm 8 and the base plate 2, and two ends of the torsion spring 9 are respectively plugged into the holes 10 on the swing arm 8 and the base plate 2.
The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is: the two ends of the torsion spring can be selectively plugged into a certain hole, the angle between the oscillating bar and the base plate in the initial state can be changed, and therefore the space position of the storage wheel can be changed as required, and the contact force of the adhesive tape roll and the first guide wheel can be adjusted.
The outgoing track of the tape 25 is shown in fig. 6. Figures 7 and 8 illustrate all of the rollers 13 in a row.

the material storage wheel and the pinch roller are connected with a base plate together, a base is fixed on the base plate, the base is connected with a threaded rod and a guide rod, the threaded rod and the guide rod are penetrated with moving blocks together, and the moving blocks and the pinch roller are detachably matched; a plurality of parallel plug columns are fixed on a rotating shaft of the pressing wheel, a blind hole for the plug columns to be plugged in and magnetically adsorbed is formed in the moving block, the plug columns, the threaded rod and the guide rod are parallel to each other, and an expanded knob is arranged at one end of the threaded rod, which is far away from the pressing wheel;
the handle is fixed with the base plate.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 2, wherein: the pressing wheels are five types and respectively comprise a flat wheel, an edge positioning wheel, a U-shaped wheel, a V-shaped wheel and a half V-shaped wheel; the generatrix of the revolution surface of the flat wheel is a line segment parallel to the axis of the flat wheel; the edge positioning wheel is provided with a radially extending flange on only one shaft end of the edge positioning wheel; the revolution surface of the U-shaped wheel is a concave curved surface, and a generatrix of the revolution surface is an arc line; the generatrix of the revolution surface of the V-shaped wheel is two line segments which are intersected with each other at an included angle, and the two line segments respectively form an acute included angle with the axis of the V-shaped wheel; and the generatrix of the revolution surface of the half V wheel is a line segment which forms an included angle with the axis of the half V wheel.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 1, wherein: and a first guide wheel, a pinch roller and a second guide wheel which are parallel to each other in axis are sequentially arranged between the material storage wheel and the pinch roller, the first guide wheel, the pinch roller and the second guide wheel are connected with the substrate, and the pinch roller is arranged on one side of a connecting line of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 5, wherein: the pre-bonding wheel is further arranged between the second guide wheel and the pressing wheel and assembled with the base plate through the extension arm, two waist-shaped holes are formed in the extension arm, bolts penetrate through the waist-shaped holes, and the length directions of the two waist-shaped holes are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the length direction of the extension arm.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 6, wherein: the adhesive tape led out of the adhesive tape roll is sequentially contacted with a first guide wheel, a pressing wheel, a second guide wheel, a pre-adhering wheel and a pressing wheel, the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel and the pressing wheel are contacted with the back adhesive surface of the adhesive tape, and the pressing wheel and the pre-adhering wheel are contacted with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape; the adhesive tape and the pre-adhering wheel form line contact.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 7, wherein: the pre-bonding wheel is provided with a plurality of circumferential grooves which are arranged at intervals, and both side shaft ends of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are provided with flanges which extend in the radial direction.
9. A tape application tool with a removable wheel according to claim 1, wherein: the material storage wheel is connected with the base plate shaft through a swing arm, and a torsion spring is sleeved at the joint of the swing arm and the base plate.

A tape application tool with a removable wheel as defined in claim 9, wherein: all possess a plurality of hole on swing arm, the base plate, the line in proper order of hole interval arrangement and hole centroid on the swing arm is the pitch arc around the junction of swing arm and base plate, the line in proper order of hole interval arrangement and hole centroid on the base plate also is the pitch arc around the junction of swing arm and base plate, the hole on swing arm, the base plate is filled in respectively at the both ends of torsional spring.
