本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域,具体涉及一种便携抑菌垫。
背景技术
近年来随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对日常生活品的要求也越来越高,垫子在日常生活中的使用可以说是越来越普遍,在大门口、卫生间门口、走廊、沙发甚至在户外,随处可见它的身影;但是由于它在长时间的使用之后,容易变脏,变形甚至产生异味,其表面容易滋生细菌,可能会对人体造成危害;因此它需要有良好的抗菌效果和透气性,在经过洗涤之后也保持原有的效果,且长时间后不易变形。
人们在商务差旅、旅行等乘坐交通工具的时候,或者户外活动的时候,对身体和外界接触(比如各类座椅)的时候一般不采用阻隔措施,这样容易导致外界的细菌能微生物容易附着在衣物上四处传播。便携抑菌垫提供了一种环境阻隔的新方法,通过在乘坐交通工具时将其放置在座椅上,能够有效的防止乘客在乘坐的时候身体直接接触到环境中的细菌,从而保护了自身的健康。
正是基于上述考虑,本发明设计了一种便携抑菌垫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种解决透气性和提高抗菌效果的便携抑菌垫。

本发明公开了一种便携抑菌垫,包括亲肤层、缓冲透气层和阻隔层,所述亲肤层和阻隔层的一面分别与缓冲透气层的两面贴合;所述缓冲透气层采用小于或等于5mm厚度的EPE珍珠棉,所述的EPE珍珠棉由单层EPE珍珠棉薄膜或大于或等于2层的EPE珍珠棉薄膜贴合而成,所述的EPE珍珠棉薄膜表面带有基于EPE珍珠棉发泡形成的半球形小凹槽,所述的半球形小凹槽在所述的EPE珍珠棉浸泡消毒剂或杀菌剂时可将消毒剂或杀菌剂小液珠留在凹槽内;所述EPE珍珠棉在制备时添加无机银系抗菌剂,所述EPE珍珠棉上Ag+被均匀交错的PE颗粒和空气囊矩阵包裹。
所述缓冲透气层上设有透气槽和气孔,所述透气槽和气孔之间呈等间隔交错排列分布。
所述亲肤层采用小于或等于1mm厚度的牛津布、棉布或其他吸汗透气布料。
所述亲肤层、缓冲透气层和阻隔层的边缘通过包边进行缝合,所述包边(4)上设有印刷文字的签名布。
所述阻隔层采用小于或等于1mm厚度雨伞布,雨伞布为珠光布或涤丝布,也可使用只要具有一定水阻隔性的布料。
所述亲肤层和阻隔层所用的材质可根据实际需求进行自由组合更换。
所述EPE珍珠棉的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 原料制备,按重量比包括:LDPE和LLDPE共50份;过氧化异丙苯0.01~1份;滑石粉和/或碳酸钙0.3~2 份;单硬脂酸甘油酯0.008~0.06份;丁烷0.04~0.1份;无机银系抗菌剂0.01~0.09份;
2)将LDPE,LLDPE,过氧化异丙苯,无机银系抗菌剂,滑石粉和/或碳酸钙经真空加料器吸入挤出机料斗,使其落入挤出机料筒,经输送、熔融进入均化段;
3)将丁烷和单硬脂酸甘油脂分别用高压计量泵在均化段前加入,各种物料在均化段充分接触、混合,使滑石粉和/或碳酸钙及丁烷均匀的分散在熔体中;
4)通过过滤网经机头挤出、发泡、冷却、定型、展平、牵引、卷取得到板材;
5)板材通过贴合、裁切或吸塑制成产成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明具有很好的透气性、耐用不老化、易水洗速干,隔热性好,抗菌抑螨功能和除臭效果显著,相对现有产品来说,本抑菌整体垫更加轻薄易收纳携带。

所述亲肤层1和阻隔层3所用的材质可根据实际需求进行自由组合更换。
所述EPE珍珠棉的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 原料制备,按重量比包括:LDPE和LLDPE共50份;过氧化异丙苯0.01~1份;滑石粉和/或碳酸钙0.3~2 份;单硬脂酸甘油酯0.008~0.06份;丁烷0.04~0.1份;无机银系抗菌剂0.01~0.09份;
2)将LDPE,LLDPE,过氧化异丙苯,无机银系抗菌剂,滑石粉和/或碳酸钙经真空加料器吸入挤出机料斗,使其落入挤出机料筒,经输送、熔融进入均化段;
3)将丁烷和单硬脂酸甘油脂分别用高压计量泵在均化段前加入,各种物料在均化段充分接触、混合,使滑石粉和/或碳酸钙及丁烷均匀的分散在熔体中;
4)通过过滤网经机头挤出、发泡、冷却、定型、展平、牵引、卷取得到板材;
5)板材通过贴合、裁切或吸塑制成产成品。

Claims (7)
1.一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:包括亲肤层(1)、缓冲透气层(2)和阻隔层(3),所述亲肤层(1)和阻隔层(3)的一面分别与缓冲透气层(2)的两面贴合;所述缓冲透气层(2)采用小于或等于5mm厚度的EPE珍珠棉,所述的EPE珍珠棉由单层EPE珍珠棉薄膜或大于或等于2层的EPE珍珠棉薄膜贴合而成,所述的EPE珍珠棉薄膜表面带有基于EPE珍珠棉发泡形成的半球形小凹槽,所述的半球形小凹槽在所述的EPE珍珠棉浸泡消毒剂或杀菌剂时可将消毒剂或杀菌剂小液珠留在凹槽内;所述EPE珍珠棉在制备时添加无机银系抗菌剂,所述EPE珍珠棉上Ag+被均匀交错的PE颗粒和空气囊矩阵包裹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述缓冲透气层(2)上设有透气槽(6)和气孔(7),所述透气槽(6)和气孔(7)之间呈等间隔交错排列分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)采用小于或等于1mm厚度的牛津布、棉布或其他吸汗透气布料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)、缓冲透气层(2)和阻隔层(3)的边缘通过包边(4)进行缝合,所述包边(4)上设有印刷文字的签名布(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述阻隔层(3)采用小于或等于1mm厚度雨伞布,雨伞布为珠光布或涤丝布,也可使用只要具有一定水阻隔性的布料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)和阻隔层(3)所用的材质可根据实际需求进行自由组合更换。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携抑菌垫,其特征在于:所述EPE珍珠棉的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 原料制备,按重量比包括:LDPE和LLDPE共50份;过氧化异丙苯0.01~1份;滑石粉和/或碳酸钙0.3~2 份;单硬脂酸甘油酯0.008~0.06份;丁烷0.04~0.1份;无机银系抗菌剂0.01~0.09份;
