Abstract
The invention relates to the field of unmanned vending machines, in particular to a spraying control device, a spraying control system and an unmanned vending machine. A spray control device comprising: a central controller 11; a pressure pump 12 and a fan 13 connected to the central controller 11, respectively; a central controller 11 for controlling the operation of the pressurizing pump 12; and operation of the fan 13; a pressurizing pump 12 for pressurizing the liquid in the bottle; and the fan 13 is used for blowing air to the bottle mouth so as to disperse the gas of the bottle mouth. The spray control device can control the pressurizing pump to pressurize the interior of the bottle, so that the bottle is gasified; the fan blows air at the bottle mouth to accelerate the volatilization of the gasification, promote the diffusion of the smell and play the effect of olfactory advertisement.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of unmanned vending machines, in particular to a spraying control device, a spraying control system and an unmanned vending machine.
Background
At present, most of modes of carrying out product propaganda by a vending machine for users are limited to visual modes such as pictures and videos on a display screen. The mode is still the main mode of product propaganda at present, hardly arouses user's high concern, is difficult to promote the propaganda dynamics of product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a spraying control device, a spraying control system and an unmanned vending machine, which are used for solving the problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention mainly provides the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a spray control device comprising: a central controller; a booster pump and a fan respectively connected with the central controller;
a central controller for controlling the operation of the booster pump; and operation of the fan;
a pressurizing pump for pressurizing the liquid in the bottle;
and the fan is used for blowing air to the bottle mouth so as to diffuse the gas of the bottle mouth.

the G pole of the fourth MOS tube is connected with the fourth output end of the central controller;
the D pole of the fourth MOS tube is connected with a fourth pressure pump;
the source electrode of the fourth MOS tube is connected with a power supply.

In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a spray system comprising a control device as defined in any one of the preceding claims and a bottle containing a liquid commodity;
the bottle is provided with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe;
the pressure pump is connected with the bottle through an air inlet pipe;
the fan blows air to the air outlet pipe opening.
In a third aspect, the invention also provides an unmanned vending machine comprising the spraying system.
The technical scheme provided by the invention at least has the following advantages:
according to the spray control device provided by the invention, the central controller controls the pressurizing pump to pressurize liquid in the bottle; blowing air to the bottle mouth by the fan; provides a mode of olfactory advertisement and improves the effect of the advertisement.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
The unmanned vending machine can advertise for the sold commodity, and in the prior art, the advertising mode is not limited to displaying the information of the commodity on a display screen, including selling price, images and the like; advertising relies on visual means, but does not use olfactory means. Some goods, such as cosmetics, perfume, etc., are advertised in a non-olfactory manner, and the advertising effect is poor.
Based on this, the present application proposes a spray control device, see the schematic diagram of the spray control device shown in fig. 1; this spraying controlling means includes: a central controller 11; a pressure pump 12 and a fan 13 connected to the central controller 11, respectively; a central controller 11 for controlling the operation of the pressurizing pump 12; and operation of the fan 13; a pressurizing pump 12 for pressurizing the liquid in the bottle; and the fan 13 is used for blowing air to the bottle mouth so as to disperse the gas of the bottle mouth.
The invention can promote the fragrance liquid commodity in the bottle to volatilize and diffuse through the arrangement of the pressure pump and the fan, thereby being beneficial to further diffusion, leading the consumer to smell the fragrance and playing the advertising effect.
The present invention also provides a spray system, see a spray control system diagram shown in fig. 2; comprises the control device and a sealed bottle 21 filled with liquid commodity;
a sealed bottle 21 containing a liquid with smell; the odorous liquid is a commercial product including perfume and the like.
The sealing bottle 21 is provided with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe;
a pressurizing pump 12 connected to the sealing bottle 21 through an air inlet pipe 22; the fan 13 is arranged at the air outlet of the air outlet pipeline 23; the fan 13 blows air to the outlet nozzle. The air inlet duct 22 and the air outlet duct 23 are rubber pipes. When the pressure pump works, gas is conveyed into the bottle, the air pressure in the bottle is increased, the liquid gasification can be accelerated, and the fan 13 can blow away the gas emitted from the air outlet pipeline 23, so that a user can smell the gas.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a pressure pump controllable switch; the controllable switch of the pressure pump is an MOS tube; the G pole of the MOS tube is connected with the output end of the central controller; the S pole is grounded; the D pole is connected with a pressure pump; when the G pole is connected with an electric signal sent by the central controller, the S pole and the D pole are conducted; the booster pump is connected with the power supply.
In one embodiment, there are three pressure pumps, a first pressure pump, a second pressure pump, and a third pressure pump; three corresponding controllable switches of the pressure pump are provided; a first triode, a second triode and a third triode respectively; the G pole of the first triode is connected with the first output end of the central controller;
the D pole of the first triode is connected with a first pressure pump;
the source S of the first triode is connected with a power supply;
the G pole of the second triode is connected with the second output end of the central controller;
the D pole of the second triode is connected with a second pressure pump;
the source S of the second triode is connected with a power supply;
the G pole of the third triode is connected with the third output end of the central controller;
the D pole of the third triode is connected with a third pressure pump;
the source S of the third transistor is connected to a power supply.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a fan controllable switch; the fan controllable switch is an MOS tube; the G pole of the MOS tube is connected with the output end of the central controller; the S pole is grounded; the D pole is connected with a pressure pump; when the G pole is connected with an electric signal sent by the central controller, the S pole and the D pole are conducted; the fan is powered on.
The following is described in detail with reference to circuit diagrams 3 and 4; referring to the circuit diagram of a spray control device shown in figure 3; the controller is realized by adopting a chip with the model number of STM32F 103C;
wherein, the pins 5 and 6 are connected with a crystal oscillator Y1; pins 30, 31 are transmit and receive, respectively, for connecting 4 and 3 of wifi modules P7, P8. Pins 11, 12, 13 are connected to pins 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively, of U4 in fig. 4.
In an embodiment, the system further comprises an indicator light connected with the central controller, and specifically comprises:
the hot spot indicating lamp is connected and is used for flashing when the central controller is connected with the hot spot to indicate that the central controller is connected with the hot spot;
the hot spot connection success indicating lamp is used for flashing when the central controller is successfully connected with the hot spot, and indicates that the central controller is successfully connected with the hot spot;
and the new hot spot indicator lamp is used for flashing when the central controller is connected with a new hot spot, and indicates that the central controller is connected with the new hot spot.
In fig. 3, the pins 25, 26, 27, 28 of the central controller are connected with the LED1, the LED2, the LED3, the LED4, respectively;
wherein, the LED1 is a light emitting diode D6 and is a hot spot indicating lamp being connected;
the LED2 is a light-emitting diode D7 and is a successful connection hotspot indicator lamp;
LED3 is LED D8, which is an initial hot spot indicator light;
the LED4 is a light emitting diode D9, which is a new hot spot indicator light.
The cathode of the diode D6 is connected with the first end of the resistor R17; the second end of the resistor R17 is connected with a pin 25 of the central controller;
the cathode of the diode D7 is connected with the first end of the resistor R19; the second end of the resistor R19 is connected with the pin 26 of the central controller;
the cathode of the diode D8 is connected with the first end of the resistor R21; the second end of the resistor R21 is connected with a pin 27 of the central controller;
the cathode of the diode D9 is connected with the first end of the resistor R24; the second end of the resistor R24 is connected with the pin 28 of the central controller;
anodes of the diodes D6, D7, D8 and D9 are respectively connected with a power supply of 3.3 volts;
the color may be emerald green.
With respect to the WIFI module; referring to fig. 3, P7 and P8 are sockets, and a WIFI chip is inserted on the sockets; the model of the WIFI chip is ESP 8266;

pins 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 are output terminals respectively
as for the controllable switch, a MOS transistor may be employed; see NMOS1, NMOS2, NMOS 3;
wherein, the NMOS1 is a fan switch; g1 is connected with the corresponding pin of the central controller, and the pin sends out a fan control signal; s1 is grounded; the first end of the resistor R6 is connected with G1, and the second end is connected with a 5-volt power supply; the first end of the resistor R7 is connected with G1, and the second end is grounded;
NMOS1 and NMOS2 are switches of the booster pump;
for NMOS1, G1 connects to the associated pin of the central controller, which issues a control signal for the first booster pump; g2 is connected with a relevant pin of the central controller, and the pin sends out a control signal of the second booster pump; d1 is connected with a first booster pump; d2 is connected with a second booster pump; s1 and S2 are respectively grounded; the first end of the resistor R8 is connected with a 5-volt power supply; a second terminal G1; a first end of the resistor R9 is grounded; a second terminal G1;
for NMOS2, G1 connects to the associated pin of the central controller, which issues a control signal for the third booster pump; g2 is connected with a relevant pin of the central controller, and the pin sends out a control signal of the fourth booster pump; d1 is connected with a third booster pump; d4 is connected with a fourth booster pump; s1 and S2 are respectively grounded; the first end of the resistor R10 is connected with a 5-volt power supply; a second terminal G1; a first end of the resistor R11 is grounded; the second end is connected to G1.
The data communication of the application adopts a user-defined protocol, and the spray control protocol adopts JSON format messages; referring to a communication message shown in table 1;

2. The spray control device of claim 1, further comprising a booster pump controllable switch;
the controllable switch of the pressure pump is an MOS tube;
the G pole of the MOS tube is connected with the output end of the central controller;
the S pole is grounded;
the D pole is connected with a pressure pump;
when the G pole is connected with an electric signal sent by the central controller, the S pole and the D pole are conducted;
the booster pump is connected with the power supply.
3. The spray control device of claim 1,
the fan control switch is also included; the fan controllable switch is an MOS tube;
the G pole of the MOS tube is connected with the output end of the central controller;
the S pole is grounded;
the D pole is connected with a pressure pump;
when the G pole is connected with an electric signal sent by the central controller, the S pole and the D pole are conducted;
the fan is powered on.

5. The spray control device of claim 1, further comprising an indicator light connected to the central controller, and in particular comprising:
the hot spot indicating lamp is connected and is used for flashing when the central controller is connected with the hot spot to indicate that the central controller is connected with the hot spot;
the hot spot connection success indicating lamp is used for flashing when the central controller is successfully connected with the hot spot, and indicates that the central controller is successfully connected with the hot spot;
and the new hot spot indicator lamp is used for flashing when the central controller is connected with a new hot spot, and indicates that the central controller is connected with the new hot spot.
6. The spray control device of claim 1, further comprising a wireless communication module;
the wireless communication module is used for connecting an upper computer and the central controller; and sending the instruction sent by the upper computer to the central controller.
7. A spraying system comprising a control device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and a bottle containing a liquid commodity;
the bottle is provided with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe;
the pressure pump is connected with the bottle through an air inlet pipe;
the fan blows air to the air outlet pipe opening.
8. An unmanned merchandiser comprising a spray system as claimed in claim 7.
