and sending the texture image of the paper to a server for the server to analyze to obtain texture characteristics, and identifying the authenticity of the label corresponding to the paper to be collected according to the texture characteristics.
According to the scheme, the mark is arranged on the paper to be collected, when the terminal acquires the mark image on the paper to be collected through the camera, whether the mark image exceeds the first preset image frame or not is judged, and when the mark image exceeds the first preset image frame, the texture image of the paper to be collected is collected. Because the object distance can be controlled by the size of the identification image, the terminal automatically collects the texture image of the paper when the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, so that clear texture features can be sufficiently analyzed by pixel points of the image corresponding to the paper in unit area in the collected paper texture image, and the texture image collection of the paper is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a paper texture collecting method according to the present invention, where the paper texture collecting method includes:
step S10, acquiring an identification image on the paper to be collected;
the method for collecting the paper texture is mainly used in the technical field of anti-counterfeiting, and is particularly used for collecting the paper texture when the natural texture of the paper is used as an anti-counterfeiting mark. The terminal related to the paper texture acquisition method provided by the invention comprises but is not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a computer and the like, and related application systems are pre-loaded on the terminal and comprise but not limited to a WeChat public number, an APP or a webpage system and the like.
The paper used as the anti-counterfeiting mark is provided with the mark, the mark can be a plurality of mark points or a pattern, the shape of the pattern can be set according to the actual situation, and the pattern is not limited specifically, and can be a circle, a square, a triangle and the like. When anti-counterfeiting verification is required, a user can call a camera through a related application system on the terminal to pre-shoot the paper to be collected of the paper pattern image to be collected, and a preview image of the paper to be collected is obtained. And after the terminal acquires the preview image, acquiring an identification image corresponding to the identification on the paper to be acquired from the preview image.
Step S20, judging whether the identification image exceeds a first preset image frame;
because the texture of the paper is a fine feature, when the number of pixels of the paper image corresponding to the paper in a unit area is too small, the collected paper image cannot be analyzed to obtain the texture of the paper, or the details of the analyzed texture of the paper are unclear, so that when the paper image is collected, the number of pixels of the paper image corresponding to the paper in the unit area needs to be greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the preset threshold value is the minimum value of the pixels of the paper image corresponding to the paper in the unit area when the clear texture of the paper can be obtained through analysis, and the minimum value can be determined through experiments.
When shooting is carried out, the number of pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area is related to the shooting object distance, the larger the object distance is, the fewer the pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area are, otherwise, the smaller the object distance is, the more the pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area are; meanwhile, the size of the corresponding image of the mark arranged on the paper is also related to the object distance, and the larger the object distance is, the smaller the image of the mark is, and the smaller the object distance is, the larger the image of the mark is. Therefore, in the invention, the object distance during shooting can be controlled through the size of the identified image, so that the number of pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper with the object distance satisfying the unit area is greater than the threshold value of the number of pixel points required for analyzing the clear paper texture features.
Specifically, a first preset image frame is stored in the terminal, the size of the first preset image frame is obtained by testing according to the size of the identifier and the preset threshold of the pixel, when the identifier image exceeds the first preset image frame, the number of pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, and clear paper texture characteristics can be analyzed from the paper image.
In addition, since the image sensor size and the screen size of different terminals are different, different first preset picture frames need to be configured for different terminals. After a first preset image frame is obtained through an experiment, the size of an image sensor and the size of a screen of an experiment terminal are obtained, then the sizes of the image sensors and the sizes of the screens of terminals (such as mobile phones) of different models are obtained, conversion is carried out, first preset image frames corresponding to the terminals of different models can be obtained, and then the models of the terminals and the corresponding first preset image frames are stored to a server in a correlation mode. The sizes of the image sensors and the sizes of the screens of the terminals with different models can be automatically obtained through models and can also be obtained manually. When the terminal loads an application system related to the acquisition method of the paper texture, the server acquires the model of the terminal, then searches out a corresponding first preset picture frame according to the model, and sends the first preset picture frame to the terminal for the terminal to store.
When the terminal shoots in advance, the first preset picture frame is displayed in a display screen, and after the identification image corresponding to the identification on the paper to be collected is obtained from the preview image, the terminal further judges whether the identification image exceeds the first preset picture frame.
And step S30, when the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, acquiring the texture image of the paper to be acquired.
When the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, the condition that the object distance can meet the condition that the number of pixel points of a paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value is shown, the collected paper image can be analyzed to obtain clear paper texture features, and the terminal controls the camera to collect the texture image of the paper to be collected. And when the identification image does not exceed the first preset image frame, outputting prompt information to remind a user of adjusting the position relation between a camera of the terminal and the paper to be shot so as to enable the identification image to exceed the first preset image frame, wherein the position relation comprises an object distance. It can be understood that the output mode of the reminding information can be set according to the actual situation, and is not limited specifically herein; for example, a prompt sentence "please make the identification image go beyond the picture frame" may be displayed on the screen.
Further, after the terminal collects the texture image, the texture image is sent to a server for the server to analyze to obtain texture features, and the authenticity of the label corresponding to the paper to be collected is identified according to the texture features. Specifically, when the paper label is used as an anti-counterfeiting mark, a corresponding serial number is further arranged, the serial number can be printed on a package in a two-dimensional code or other graphic codes, when anti-counterfeiting verification is performed, the terminal collects the serial number firstly, then collects a texture image of the paper, after the texture image is collected, the terminal sends the serial number and the texture image to a server, after the server receives the serial number and the texture image, the server analyzes the texture image to obtain texture features, then obtains the texture features corresponding to the serial number, and then compares and judges whether the texture features corresponding to the texture image and the texture features corresponding to the serial number are consistent, if the texture features are consistent, the paper label is judged to be a genuine product, if the texture features are not consistent, the paper label is judged to be a counterfeit product, and a judgment result. Furthermore, because the serial number (two-dimensional code or other graphic code and the like) is a graphic with a certain area, the serial number graphic (two-dimensional code or other graphic code and the like) can also be directly used as the identifier in the invention, so that the identifier does not need to be additionally arranged on the paper, and the cost is saved.
According to the technical scheme, the mark is arranged on the paper to be collected, when the terminal acquires the mark image on the paper to be collected through the camera, the mark image is judged whether to exceed a first preset image frame, and the mark image exceeds the first preset image frame and is collected to the texture image of the paper to be collected.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the method for acquiring a paper texture according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S31, when the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, judging whether the identification image completely falls into a second preset image frame, wherein the second preset image frame is larger than the first preset image frame;
and step S32, when the identification image completely falls into a second preset image frame, acquiring the texture image of the paper to be acquired.
In the image acquisition process, if the object distance is too small, virtual focus appears, the shot image is fuzzy, and the texture characteristics of the paper cannot be obtained through analysis. Therefore, in this embodiment, the object distance during shooting is further controlled by the image size of the identifier, so that the object distance can satisfy that the number of pixel points of the paper image corresponding to the paper in unit area is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, and the acquisition is performed only when virtual focus does not occur.
Specifically, a second preset image frame is further stored in the terminal, and the size of the second preset image frame is the maximum image of the identifier, which is obtained by shooting the image without virtual focus, and can be determined through experiments. Similarly, because the sizes of the image sensors and the sizes of the screens of different terminals are different, the second preset image frames corresponding to different terminals are also different, and the second preset image frames corresponding to different terminals can be obtained by converting the sizes of the image sensors and the sizes of the screens of the experimental terminals and the terminals of different models and the second preset image frames obtained by experiments; and then, the terminal model and the corresponding second preset drawing frame are stored in the server in an associated mode. When the terminal loads an application system related to the acquisition method of the paper texture, the server acquires the model of the terminal, then searches out a corresponding first preset picture frame and a corresponding second preset picture frame according to the model, and sends the first preset picture frame and the second preset picture frame to the terminal for storage by the terminal.
The terminal receives a preview image of the paper, determines that the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, further judges whether the identification image completely falls into the second preset image frame, and when the identification image completely falls into the second preset image frame, the situation that virtual focus does not occur in the image collected at the moment under the object distance is shown, the requirement that the texture image of the collected paper is clear is met, and the terminal collects the texture image of the paper to be collected. That is, in this embodiment, when the identification image completely falls into the second preset image frame and exceeds the first image frame, the number of pixels of the paper image corresponding to the paper in the unit area can be ensured to be greater than the preset threshold, and the occurrence of virtual focus and the clarity of the collected texture image can be ensured. Therefore, when the identification image completely falls into the second preset picture frame and exceeds the first picture frame, the terminal collects the texture image of the paper to be collected. Wherein the second picture frame is larger than the first picture frame.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the method for determining whether the identification image exceeds the first preset picture frame and completely falls into the second picture frame may determine, according to the identification image and an edge feature (e.g., a point or an edge) of the picture frame, that when the edge feature of the identification image falls into an area between the first preset picture frame and the second preset picture frame, the identification image completely falls into the second preset picture frame and exceeds the first picture frame; the area of the identification image can be judged through the area of the identification image and the area of the picture frame, and when the area of the identification image is larger than the area of the first picture frame and smaller than the area of the second picture frame, the identification image is judged to completely fall into the second preset picture frame and exceed the first picture frame.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when the identification image exceeds the first preset image frame, the terminal judges whether the identification image completely falls into a second preset image frame, wherein the second preset image frame is larger than the first preset image frame, and when the identification image completely falls into the second preset image frame, the terminal collects texture images of the paper to be collected; therefore, in the collected paper texture image, the pixel point of the image corresponding to the paper in unit area is higher, the virtual focus phenomenon can not occur, and clear texture characteristics can be analyzed out of the collected texture image.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the method for acquiring a paper texture according to the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, before the step S10, the method further includes:
step S40, when receiving the preview image, obtaining the current light intensity according to the preview image;
step S50, when the light intensity is smaller than the preset threshold value, outputting reminding information to remind a user to increase the light intensity;
and when the light intensity is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, executing the step S10 to obtain the identification image on the paper to be collected.
Because the fineness of the paper texture is higher, when the texture image of the paper is collected, the requirement of collecting the texture characteristic of the paper can be met only when the light intensity is a certain value. And if the light intensity does not meet the acquisition requirement, the acquired texture image cannot be analyzed to obtain texture information. Therefore, in this embodiment, the terminal collects the paper texture image only when it is determined that the light intensity satisfies the paper texture image collection requirement.
Specifically, when the terminal acquires the preview image of the paper, the terminal acquires the current light intensity according to the brightness of the preview image, and the method for acquiring the light intensity according to the brightness may be a conventional method for acquiring the light intensity, which is not limited specifically herein. And when the light intensity is smaller than the preset threshold value, the light intensity cannot meet the acquisition requirement of the paper texture, and reminding information is output to remind a user to increase the light intensity. When the light intensity is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the light intensity meets the acquisition requirement of the paper texture at the moment, step S10 is executed, the identification image on the paper to be acquired in the preview image is acquired, then whether the identification image completely falls into a first preset image frame or not is judged, and when the identification image completely falls into the first preset image frame, the texture image of the paper to be acquired is acquired.
When the current mobile terminal takes a picture, the light intensity of the image can be generally adjusted through exposure compensation, so further, when the light intensity is less than the preset threshold, the terminal can firstly perform exposure compensation, for example, the exposure time is prolonged, then, images of the preset frame number are collected, whether the light intensity is greater than or equal to the preset threshold is judged again, and when the light intensity of the image is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the step S10 can be executed to obtain the identification image on the paper to be collected in the preview image; and outputting reminding information when the light intensity is still less than the preset threshold value after exposure compensation.
In this embodiment, the preset threshold of the light intensity may be determined according to an experiment, and specifically, a user may acquire a texture image of paper at different light intensities through a terminal and obtain the light intensity according to the brightness of the texture image; and then analyzing the texture images acquired under different light intensity conditions, taking the minimum light intensity corresponding to the texture images with clear texture features obtained through analysis as the preset threshold value, and storing the preset threshold value of the light intensity.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when a preview image is received, the current light intensity is obtained according to the preview image, when the light intensity is smaller than a preset threshold value, reminding information is output to remind a user to increase the light intensity, when the light intensity is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, an identification image on paper to be collected is obtained, and each step of collecting a texture image is executed; because the terminal can only gather the texture image of paper when the luminous intensity satisfies the collection requirement to make the collection of paper texture image more accurate.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of the method for acquiring a paper texture according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to third embodiments, after the step S10, the method further includes:
step S60, judging whether the identification image is matched with a preset identification image;
when the identification image matches with a preset identification image, step S20 is executed to determine whether the identification image exceeds a first preset image frame.
In the packaging of the product, there may be various graphics, and when the graphics enter the preview image, the graphics may be used as the identification image to trigger the paper texture image capturing operation by mistake.
Specifically, the terminal acquires the preview image, further acquires a preset identification image after acquiring the identification image corresponding to the identification from the preview image, and determines whether the identification image in the preview image matches the preset identification image, for example, when the preset identification image is a triangle, the terminal acquires the preview image, if the identification image corresponding to the identification acquired from the preview image is not a triangle, it is determined that the identification image does not match the preset identification image, and if the identification image corresponding to the identification acquired from the preview image is a triangle, it is determined that the identification image matches the preset identification image. When the identification image is matched with a preset identification image, further judging whether the identification image exceeds a first preset image frame or not, and starting to collect texture images; when the identification image is not matched with the preset identification image, the collection is not carried out, so that the collection of the texture image is prevented from being triggered by mistake by taking other images as the identification.
According to the technical scheme, after the terminal acquires the identification image on the paper to be acquired, whether the identification image is matched with the preset identification image is judged, and when the identification image is matched with the preset identification image, the relevant step of paper texture acquisition is further executed, so that the problem that other images mistakenly trigger paper texture image acquisition when entering a preview image is avoided, and the paper texture image acquisition is more intelligent.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a paper texture collecting device, where the paper texture collecting device includes: the acquisition program of the paper texture is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the acquisition program of the paper texture realizes the steps of the acquisition method of the paper texture according to any one of the above embodiments.
