The adhesive 2 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 18 parts of silane coupling agent, 10 parts of diatomite, 8 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 9 parts of dichloropropane, 8 parts of methyl methacrylate, 21 parts of N-beta- (aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 16 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 18 parts of organic bentonite and 12 parts of kaolin.
Comparative example
A garment, comprising the steps of:
cutting: the mass per unit area of the cloth by the cutting machine is 80g/m2Obtaining two pieces of cut cloth 1 with the size of 100mmx100 mm;
splicing: and sewing the joint of the two cut fabrics 1 to obtain a sample with the finished product of 160mmx100 mm.
Examples of the experiments
The garments prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example were tested separately,
wherein, the clamp distance is adjusted to 100mm +/-1 mm by a fabric tensile machine, the moving speed of the clamp without load is 50mm/min +/-1 mm/min, the pretension is 2N, and the clamping area of the clamp to the sample is 25mmx25 mm.
The two clamps of the tensile machine are respectively pulled to 100mm +/-1 mm, and the edges of the two clamps are parallel to each other and vertical to the moving direction. Fixing the sample in the middle, and pre-pressing the sample with the tension of 2N; the straight centerline of the specimen is made perpendicular to the edges of the jaws so that the seam line and the adhesive are first placed between the jaws.
When the specimen elongation reaches 30% after increasing to a predetermined load at a speed of 50mm/min or reaching the maximum load, the clamping movement is stopped, and then the maximum distance at the joint is measured vertically on the specimen. The measurement is accurate to 0.5mm, and if the yarn slips from the sample in the test, the test result is recorded as slippage. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the present invention provides a garment that can withstand a large load. Particularly, as can be seen from the test results of the examples and the comparative examples, the method for manufacturing the seamless garment provided by the invention can increase the sealing performance of the joint of the garment and improve the cold-proof and waterproof performance of the garment by using the specific adhesive glue 2 and matching the specific drying temperature, the specific drying time and the specific bonding temperature.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The adhesive is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 10-18 parts of silane coupling agent, 8-20 parts of diatomite, 4-12 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 6-12 parts of dichloropropane, 8-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 9-21 parts of N-beta- (aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 10-16 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 8-20 parts of organic bentonite and 10-20 parts of kaolin.
2. The adhesive paste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bisphenol F type epoxy resin is 48 parts.
3. The adhesive paste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is 12 parts.
4. The adhesive paste according to claim 1, wherein the diatomaceous earth is 13 parts.
5. A glue as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that 8 parts of dimethyl carbonate are used.
6. A glue as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that 10 parts of dichloropropane are used.
7. A glue as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that 10 parts of methyl methacrylate are used.
8. The adhesive paste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive paste comprises 21 parts of N- β - (aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane.
9. The adhesive paste according to claim 1, wherein said adhesive paste comprises 15 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate.
10. A method for manufacturing seamless clothes is characterized by comprising the following steps,
cutting: cutting the piece of cloth by a cutting machine to obtain cut cloth;
preparation: preparing the adhesive glue of any one of claims 1-9:
splicing: splicing the spliced parts of any two pieces of the cut cloth into a whole through the bonding glue to obtain a seamless clothing semi-finished product;
bonding: and melting the bonding glue of the seamless clothing semi-finished product through a bonding machine to obtain a seamless clothing finished product.
