Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As described in the background art, in order to solve the technical problem that the self-service settlement in the prior art is easier to cause that a customer misses the bar code or steals the commodity, the application constructs a set of store anti-theft system, as shown in figure 1, the related personnel comprise store staff and consumers, the equipment comprises a handheld terminal of the staff, a self-service terminal and a camera for self-service shopping settlement, the related information processing system comprises a credit system, a push system and a transaction system, the information processing systems can be arranged on the cloud server and can be used for carrying out image processing with the self-service terminal, so as to realize the monitoring of the whole flow of transaction settlement after the customer enters the store and further carry out credit rating, the users with low credit rating are monitored in a key mode, actual purchased commodities of each user are matched with settled commodities, and the loss rate of the commodities is reduced.
Example one
Specifically, the above scheme can be realized by the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, collecting at least one biological identification technical characteristic of a customer, wherein the biological identification technical characteristic comprises a fingerprint and a face image;
when a customer uses the self-service terminal to settle accounts by self, the self-service terminal can collect the fingerprint and the face image of the customer through the arranged camera and the fingerprint collecting device, and the collected fingerprint and the face image are uploaded to the credit system.
Secondly, the credit system identifies the received biological identification technical characteristics and returns a credit file corresponding to the customer;
the credit system can identify the face image and the fingerprint, when the customer is a new user and does not have the corresponding characteristic ID, the characteristic ID corresponding to the customer is established according to the face image and the fingerprint of the customer, a corresponding credit file is established for each customer, and the credit file is used for recording the credit grade, the characteristic ID and the violation record of the customer. The violation record is a history of the occurrence of an unpaid transaction of all or a portion of the product by the customer.
When the customer is not a new user, namely the corresponding characteristic ID exists, the credit system matches the characteristic ID corresponding to the returned biometric technical characteristic after receiving the biometric technical characteristic returned by the self-service terminal, reads the corresponding credit file, determines the credit grade and violation record of the customer and returns the corresponding credit file to the self-service terminal.
The credit system uses the feature IDs, each representing a customer, as the customer's identification code. The feature ID credit system obtained from the matching may identify the corresponding customer and read the feature ID corresponding to the customer.
When the credit rating of the customer is lower than a corresponding preset threshold value or violation records exist, the credit system positions the store where the self-service terminal returned by the credit system is located, generates early warning messages containing the store, the self-service terminal and the violation records and uploads the early warning messages to the pushing system, and the pushing system pushes the early warning messages to the mobile terminal of the corresponding store personnel to remind the store personnel to manually monitor the customer who uses the self-service terminal to settle accounts.
Specifically, the early warning message may include identification information such as a device code and a location of the self-service terminal, so that store personnel can find the corresponding self-service terminal.
Step two, the self-service terminal judges whether video recording is needed or not according to the returned credit file;
specifically, when the credit rating of the customer is lower than a preset value, the self-service terminal reminds the customer that video recording is to be performed and sends a shooting command to the AI camera.
In order to establish serial communication with the AI camera, a communication protocol and a data format corresponding to the camera need to be predefined.
Step three, shooting a real-time shopping image of a customer by an AI camera, and determining a commodity actually selected by the customer, wherein the commodity actually selected by the customer is obtained by carrying out image analysis on the real-time shopping image;
specifically, the AI camera can shoot images of a shopping cart of a customer, perform image analysis on the images, determine commodities and corresponding quantities actually put into the shopping cart by the customer, and send the determined commodities and quantities to the self-service terminal.
And the AI camera can also transmit the shot real-time shopping images to the self-service terminal, and the self-service terminal analyzes the real-time shopping images to determine the commodities and the corresponding quantity of the commodities which are actually put into the shopping cart by the customer.
Step four, the self-service terminal receives the goods to be settled, which are input by the customer, and generates a corresponding settlement request when the customer applies for settlement;
specifically, the commodity to be settled may be entered by scanning a barcode of the commodity by a customer or manually inputting the barcode of the commodity, or may be entered by using another method, which is not limited in the present application.
Step five, the self-service terminal matches the actually selected commodities with the commodities to be settled;
when the matching is unsuccessful, the self-service terminal can generate a matching failure message and upload the actually selected commodities and the commodities to be settled to the credit system. The credit system can analyze the illegal records, when the abnormity is judged, the illegal records corresponding to the customer are generated and stored in the credit file of the user, the credit level of the customer is reduced, the alarm message containing the store, the self-service terminal and the illegal records is generated and uploaded to the pushing system, and the alarm message is pushed to the staff of the corresponding store by the pushing system for processing.
Specifically, the alarm message may include identification information such as a device code and a location of the self-service terminal, so that store personnel can find the corresponding self-service terminal.
Step six, when the matching is successful, uploading a list of the commodities to be settled to a transaction system, generating a corresponding transaction channel by the transaction system and returning the transaction channel to the self-service terminal;
the transaction channel corresponding to the generation can be a payment mode such as generating a two-dimensional code for code scanning payment.
Step seven, the self-service terminal counts the total time consumed by the customer to finish payment and generates a settlement record of the customer;
when the payment fails, the self-service terminal uploads the settlement records of the customer to a credit system;
and the credit system updates the settlement times of the customer according to the settlement records, and reduces the credit level of the customer when the difference value between the payment times and the settlement times exceeds a preset value.
When the difference between the payment times and the settlement times exceeds a preset value, it is presumed that the user may have an action of generating a payment page without paying to evade supervision, and the credit level is lowered in response to the user.
When the payment is successful, the self-service terminal generates a payment record of the customer and uploads the total payment duration, the settlement record and the payment record to a credit system;
when the credit system judges that the total payment time of a customer exceeds a preset time threshold, generating a delayed payment record of the customer;
when the number of delayed payment records for a customer exceeds a preset value, the credit rating of the customer is decreased.
The credit system determines that a customer may have an intent to evade payment based on a record that multiple payments by the customer took too long, and decreases the customer's credit rating accordingly.
By using the scheme, the credit state of each user can be monitored by maintaining the credit file corresponding to each user, and the users in the credit states pay more attention to reduce the loss rate of commodities.
