本发明涉及公开了一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,包括蜂窝芯体1,所述蜂窝芯体1的整体外观为一长方体结构,其内部蜂窝的横截面为正六边形,为贯穿的通孔结构;定位孔2,所述定位孔2共八个,设置在所述蜂窝芯体1的四周,其呈吕字形分布;梯形公榫3,所述梯形公榫3设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1右侧面上;装饰面板4,所述装饰面板4设置于所述蜂窝芯体1前后面上;定位销5,所述定位销5共四个,设置于所述蜂窝芯体1的底面四角位置,其截面为矩形,其末端为截面逐渐变小的凸台;梯形母榫6,所述梯形母榫6设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1左侧面上。本发明的结构简单,成本低廉,隔音保暖,环保无污染,施工效率高。

本发明涉及建筑材料的技术领域,特别涉及一种可拆装的蜂窝砖。
背景技术
房地产行业在不断发展,人们对生活质量的追求越来越高,建筑中的传统基材砖体已经不能满足人们多样化的需求,传统的砖块多采用黏土烧结而成,工艺复制,生产周期长,隔音效果差,而且用于建筑时需要配合使用水泥和沙子,建筑完成的墙面还需要粉刷装修,费时费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,本发明给出了以下方案:
一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,包括蜂窝芯体,所述蜂窝芯体的整体外观为一长方体结构,其内部蜂窝的横截面为正六边形,为贯穿的通孔结构;定位孔,所述定位孔共八个,设置在所述蜂窝芯体的四周,其呈吕字形分布;梯形公榫,所述梯形公榫设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体的右侧面上;装饰面板,所述装饰面板设置于所述蜂窝芯体的前后面上;定位销,所述定位销共四个,设置于所述蜂窝芯体的底面四角位置,其截面为矩形,其末端为截面逐渐变小的凸台;梯形母榫,所述梯形母榫设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体左侧面上。
本发明的有益效果为:整体采用模具一次性注射成型,工艺简单,成本低廉,施工效率高,减轻工人劳动强度,具有隔音保温的性能,另外,其前后面为装饰面板,省去了室内墙面装修的费用与时间。

如附图1所示,一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,包括蜂窝芯体1,所述蜂窝芯体1的整体外观为一长方体结构,其内部蜂窝的横截面为正六边形,为贯穿的通孔结构;定位孔2,所述定位孔2共八个,设置在所述蜂窝芯体1的四周,其呈吕字形分布;梯形公榫3,所述梯形公榫3设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1右侧面上;装饰面板4,所述装饰面板4设置于所述蜂窝芯体1前后面上;定位销5,所述定位销5共四个,设置于所述蜂窝芯体1的底面四角位置,其截面为矩形,其末端为截面逐渐变小的凸台;梯形母榫6,所述梯形母榫6设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1左侧面上。
如附图2所示,图中为本发明的安装方式之一,采用错缝安装的方法,结构更加稳定,提高了墙面的整体性。
如附图3所示,图中为本发明的另外一种安装方式,采用对缝安装的方法,在整体强度方面不如附图2,但是其呈现室内装饰效果更加的美观。
需要强调的是,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对上述实施方案所做的修饰以及替换与变换都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,其特征在于,包括蜂窝芯体1,所述蜂窝芯体1的整体外观为一长方体结构,其内部蜂窝的横截面为正六边形,为贯穿的通孔结构;定位孔2,所述定位孔2共八个,设置在所述蜂窝芯体1的四周,其呈吕字形分布;梯形公榫3,所述梯形公榫3设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1右侧面上;装饰面板4,所述装饰面板4设置于所述蜂窝芯体1前后面上;定位销5,所述定位销5共四个,设置于所述蜂窝芯体1的底面四角位置,其截面为矩形,其末端为截面逐渐变小的凸台;梯形母榫6,所述梯形母榫6设置两个于所述蜂窝芯体1左侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,其特征在于,所述定位孔2与所述定位销5套合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,其特征在于,所述梯形公榫3与梯形母榫6套合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,其特征在于,所述装饰面板4的表面效果可以为木纹,石材纹,瓷砖,绘画以及烤漆效果。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆装的蜂窝砖,其特征在于,整体结构采用硬质塑料或者金属及其合金材料使用模具注塑成型。
