Abstract
本发明属于保健品食品领域,具体涉及一种玛咖纳豆激酶复合制剂及其制备方法,由以下组分构成:玛咖提取物、纳豆制品、人参、寡聚糖、水溶性膳食纤维、沙棘果、黑枸杞提取物、促生长激素;玛咖与纳豆激酶相结合是本发明首次提出,可以有效增强男性精力,增加受孕率。针对纳豆激酶在胃液中容易失去活性的问题,本发明首次将其做成了肠溶性微囊,在经过胃时不会被消化。在到达人体小肠时可以充分的释放出来。制成的微囊既可以掩盖纳豆激酶的特殊味道,也可以增加吸收效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健品食品领域,具体涉及一种玛咖纳豆制品复合制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玛咖(MACA),一种生长在南美洲秘鲁安地斯山区海拔四千米以上的高原上的植物,属十字花科。原产于秘鲁中部基宁及帕斯科附近4000米以上的安第斯山区。MACA富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用,食用过的人会有体力充沛、精神旺盛不会疲劳的感觉;MACA并且能促进新陈代谢、抵抗压力并提升人类及动物的性能力,生育力及乳汁分泌,并能消除更年期障碍、减缓老化、增进脑活力等。近十年来,已经成为世界保健品市场最引人关注和最有前景的健品。
纳豆(Natto)是以大豆为原料,经纳豆枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilisnatto)发酵制成的即食豆制品。纳豆富含蛋白质、有机酸、纤维素、钙、铁、多种维生素等营养物质。此外,纳豆还富含纳豆激酶、益生菌、吡啶二羧酸、血管紧张肽转化酶抑制剂、维生素K2等多种具保健功能的活性物质,这些营养成分及活性物质对人体健康有重要作用。纳豆主要盛行于日本,也流行于朝鲜、韩国及欧美国家。我国对纳豆的重视起步较晚,传统纳豆的制作以黄豆为原料,如今纳豆的原料越来越多样化,不少研究采用不同的豆类、杂粮进行发酵。这利于纳豆品种的多样化生产,满足不同人群的喜好。虽然纳豆营养价值高,但由于我国消费者对纳豆独特风味的排斥,纳豆在中国的推广并不理想。
沙棘果棘果为胡颓子科沙棘属植物沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)的果实,又名醋柳果,酸刺果。沙棘果是一种小浆果植物,落叶灌木或小乔木。沙棘是目前世界上含有天然维生素种类最多的珍贵经济林树种,其维生素C的含量远远高于鲜枣和猕猴桃,从而被誉为天然维生素的宝库。
黑枸杞含有大量的原花青素,是迄今为止,发现原花青素(OPC)含量最高的天然野生植物,OPC是最有效的天然水溶性自由基清除剂,具有很强的抗衰老作用,是一种新型高效抗氧化剂。
纳豆中所含有的纳豆激酶在强酸环境会导致活性丧失。纳豆激酶在中性、碱性环境保持稳定,一旦PH值低于5时,迅速变性失活。由于人体的胃酸环境中的PH值只有1.2到2之间,纳豆激酶在胃酸中容易失活,所以经胃消化吸收的纳豆激酶对人体来说效果较差。
发明内容
基于上述背景技术中的问题,本发明拟提供一种风味良好,能够被人体吸收,且对男性精力有保健作用的保健品食品的配方及制备。
本发明是通过以下方法来制备的:
一种玛咖纳豆激酶复合制剂,由以下组分构成:
玛咖提取物、纳豆制品、人参、寡聚糖、水溶性膳食纤维、沙棘果、黑枸杞提取物、促促生长激素。
作为优选,所述组分按以下重量份组成:玛咖提取物20-30份、纳豆制品10-20份、人参5-10份、寡聚糖2-5份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5-2份、沙棘果3-5份、黑枸杞提取物2-5份、促促生长激素0.05-0.1份。作为优选,所述组分按以下重量份组成:玛咖提取物25份、纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、黑枸杞提取物3份、促促生长激素0.08份。
制备工艺为:
(1)所述玛咖提取物的制备过程为:在新鲜玛咖中加入体积分数为30%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:5,加热回流提取1h,最后减压、浓缩、干燥得到粉末状的玛咖提取物;
(2)所述黑枸杞提取物的制备过程为:
A:原料处理:按照重量份数取黑枸杞再去杂,洗净,置于温度为65℃的恒温干燥箱中干燥24h,粉碎后过0.2mm筛;
B:超声辅助处理:向超声仪中加入步骤(1)制得的粗粉,再加入6倍重量当量的浓度为65%乙醇,控制超声功率为350W、超声时间为100min;
C:向得到的B液中加入硅藻土:海泡石重量比为5:1的吸附剂,加热至85℃,回流1h,过滤,待用,所述吸附剂质量为B液体的十分之一,干燥既得黑枸杞提取物;
(3)将纳豆破碎至200目,加入纳豆3倍体积当量的壁材羟丙基甲基纤维素酞酸酯;加入固化剂谷氨酰胺转氨酶,用量为壁材质量的2%;采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥制粒,控制进风温度为85℃,制成目数为200目的微囊制剂;制得纳豆微囊;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)得到的玛咖提取物、黑枸杞提取物、纳豆微囊与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为200目;干燥制粒,既得。
所述制剂可以是片剂、压片糖果剂、固体饮料剂、胶囊、粒剂、水剂、肠溶制剂或注射剂中任意一种。
本发明的有益效果
(1)玛咖与纳豆激酶相结合是本发明首次提出,可以有效增强男性精力和耐力,加强性能力,增加受孕机率。
(2)针对纳豆激酶在胃液中容易失去活性的问题,本发明首次其做成了肠溶性微胶囊,在经过胃时不会被消化。在到达人体小肠时可以充分的释放出来。制成的微囊既可以掩盖纳豆激酶的特殊味道,更容易被接受,也可以增加吸收效果。
(3)加入黑枸杞具有极高的原花青素(OPC)含量,是最有效的天然水溶性自由基清除剂,具有抗衰老作用,提取过程设计合理,可以最大限度去除其他的杂质,得到含原花青素很高的提取物。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于进一步阐述本发明,但不应理解为对本发明权利要求书请求保护范围的限制。
实施例1
配方为玛咖提取物25份、纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、黑枸杞提取物3份、促促生长激素0.08份。
制备工艺为:
(1)所述玛咖提取物的制备过程为:在新鲜玛咖中加入体积分数为30%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:5,加热回流提取1h,最后减压、浓缩、干燥得到粉末状的玛咖提取物;
(2)所述黑枸杞提取物的制备过程为:
A:原料处理:按照重量份数取黑枸杞再去杂,洗净,置于温度为65℃的恒温干燥箱中干燥24h,粉碎后过0.2mm筛;
B:超声辅助处理:向超声仪中加入步骤(1)制得的粗粉,再加入6倍重量当量的浓度为65%乙醇,控制超声功率为350W、超声时间为100min;
C:向得到的B液中加入硅藻土:海泡石重量比为5:1的吸附剂,加热至85℃,回流1h,过滤,待用,所述吸附剂质量为B液体的十分之一,干燥既得黑枸杞提取物;
(3)所述纳豆制品的制备方式为:将纳豆破碎至200目,加入纳豆3倍体积当量的壁材羟丙基甲基纤维素酞酸酯;加入固化剂谷氨酰胺转氨酶,用量为壁材质量的2%;采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥制粒,控制进风温度为85℃;制得纳豆微囊;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)得到的玛咖提取物、黑枸杞提取物、纳豆微囊与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为200目;干燥制粒,既得。
实施例2
配方为:玛咖提取物20份、纳豆制品15份、人参5份、寡聚糖3份、水溶性膳食纤维2份、沙棘果3份、黑枸杞提取物2份、促生长激素0.08份。其制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例3
配方为:玛咖提取物30份、纳豆制品20份、人参10份、寡聚糖5份、水溶性膳食纤维2份、沙棘果5份、黑枸杞提取物2份、促生长激素0.08份,提取备工艺同实施例1。
实施例4
配方为:玛咖提取物25份、纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、黑枸杞提取物3份、促生长激素0.08份。
制备方式为:
(1)所述玛咖提取物的制备过程为:在新鲜玛咖中加入体积分数为30%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:5,加热回流提取1h,最后减压、浓缩、干燥得到粉末状的玛咖提取物;
(2)所述黑枸杞提取物的制备过程为:
A:原料处理:按照重量份数取黑枸杞再去杂,洗净,置于温度为65℃的恒温干燥箱中干燥24h,粉碎后过0.2mm筛;
B:超声辅助处理:向超声仪中加入步骤(1)制得的粗粉,再加入6倍重量当量的浓度为65%乙醇,控制超声功率为350W、超声时间为100min;除去乙醇既得;
(3)所述纳豆制品的制备方式为:将纳豆破碎至200目;干燥得粉末既得;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)得到的玛咖提取物、黑枸杞提取物、纳豆制品与余下的物质混合粉碎、过筛控制目数为200目;干燥制粒,既得。
实施例5
配方为:玛咖提取物25份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、促生长激素0.08份。其余制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例6
配方为:纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、黑枸杞提取物3份、促生长激素0.08份。黑枸杞提取物的制备方式为:加入6倍重量当量的浓度为65%乙醇,合并煎煮,过滤,烘干,制粒。
其余制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例7
配方为玛咖提取物25份、纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、促生长激素0.08份。其余制备工艺同实施例1。
将实施例1-7所制的制剂进行测试。
昆明小鼠,36-38g,800只雄性(约52周大),上海实验动物中心购买。室温18-22℃,相对湿度维持在60%-70%,光照12hr∶12hr(光∶暗),使用前适应环境3天。
药效学实验:
材料和方法:
实验材料:实施例1-7所制备的保健品。
实验动物:昆明种雄性小鼠(约52周大)
给药方法:与食品一起喂食,每天早上8点一次。
小鼠生存实验:将800只52周大小鼠随机分成8组,每组100只。
实验方法:将小鼠进行负重游泳抗疲劳测试(所负重量为小鼠自身体重10%的铁),分别记录每组服用本产品2h后当天的游泳测试时间(s),取平均值。结果见表1。

从上表1可以看出,实施例4采用了制微囊技术,该微囊在胃部无法被消化,在小肠部消化吸收良好,与实施例1相比雄性小鼠的负重游泳能力明显下降。其原因可能是纳豆激酶在胃酸的作用下失活严重。
实施例5与实施例1相比未添加纳豆,其效果也不佳,实施例6与实施例1相比未添加玛咖,其负重效果增加了10s的时长。耐力增加不多。实施例7未添加黑枸杞提取物,对精力稍有降低。
昆明小鼠,36-38g,800只雌雄各半(26周大),上海实验动物中心购买。室温18-22℃,相对湿度维持在60%-70%,光照12hr∶12hr(光∶暗),使用前适应环境3天,每组雌雄小鼠各50只,给药方法:与食品一起喂食,每天早上8点一次,测试记录喂食雌性小鼠受孕率(%),详见表2。

从上表可以看出,采用本发明对黑枸杞的预处理方式可以明显提高花青素的提取效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种玛咖纳豆制品复合制剂,其特征在于,由以下组分构成:
玛咖提取物、纳豆制品、人参、寡聚糖、水溶性膳食纤维、沙棘果、黑枸杞提取物、促生长激素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合制剂,其特征在于:上述组分按以下重量份组成:玛咖提取物20-30份、纳豆制品10-20份、人参5-10份、寡聚糖2-5份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5-2份、沙棘果3-5份、黑枸杞提取物2-5份、促生长激素00.5-0.1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合制剂,其特征在于:上述组分按以下重量份组成:玛咖提取物25份、纳豆制品15份、人参6份、寡聚糖2份、水溶性膳食纤维0.5份、沙棘果4份、黑枸杞提取物3份、促生长激素0.08份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合制剂,其特征在于:制备工艺为:
(1)所述玛咖提取物的制备过程为:在新鲜玛咖中加入体积分数为30%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:5,加热回流提取1h,最后减压、浓缩、干燥得到粉末状的玛咖提取物;
(2)所述黑枸杞提取物的制备过程为:
A:原料处理:按照重量份数取黑枸杞再去杂,洗净,置于温度为65℃的恒温干燥箱中干燥24h,粉碎后过0.2mm筛;
B:超声辅助处理:向超声仪中加入步骤(1)制得的粗粉,再加入6倍重量当量的浓度为65%乙醇,控制超声功率为350W、超声时间为100min;

5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的复合制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂可以是片剂、压片糖果剂、固体饮料剂、胶囊、粒剂、水剂、肠溶制剂或注射剂中任意一种。
