The concealable charging connector 100 provided by the present invention is mainly applicable to the electronic device 1 using wireless charging or contact charging, but is not limited thereto.

First, as shown in FIGS. 1-5 , the concealable charging connector 100 provided by the present invention includes a mounting seat 110 , a pin shaft assembly 120 and an electrical connection assembly 130 . The mounting seat 110 is used for connecting to the mounting position, and the mounting seat 110 is provided with a stepped and parallel first support surface 111 and a second support surface 112 and are connected to the first support surface 111 and the second support surface. The driving surface 113 between the 112 and the driving surface 113 extends obliquely upward from the first supporting surface 111 to the second supporting surface 112 . One end of the electrical connection component 130 is disposed on the second support surface 112 , and the other end thereof is used for electrical connection with the main circuit board of the electronic device. The needle shaft assembly 120 includes a base 121 slidably connected to the mounting seat 110 and at least one needle shaft 122 telescopically installed on the base 121. The telescopic direction of the needle shaft 122 intersects with the sliding direction of the base 121. The shafts 122 have opposite first ends 1221 and second ends 1222. When the base 121 slides along the mounting seat 110, the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 can be detachably abutted against the first support surface 111 or the electrical connection assembly 130. , the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 protrudes telescopically out of the base 121 for electrical connection with the charging end. Therefore, the needle shaft 122 can be selectively protruded out of the base 121 through the sliding of the base 121, and when not in use, the needle shaft 122 is accommodated in the base 121 to reduce the probability of damage to it.

Continuing to refer to FIGS. 1-5 and 8, the mounting seat 110 has a body with a long strip structure, the bottom surface of the body is a plane, and the upper surface of the body is sequentially provided with first support surfaces 111 along its longitudinal direction. , the driving surface 113, the second supporting surface 112, the first supporting surface 111, the second supporting surface 112 are planes parallel to each other, the driving surface 113 is an inclined surface, and the height from the second supporting surface 112 to the bottom surface of the body is greater than the first supporting surface 111 to the height of the bottom surface of the body. Therefore, when the base 121 is located above the first support surface 111 , the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 protrudes from the lower end of the base 121 , and the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 is received into the base 121 , and the base 121 faces toward the base 121 . During the sliding process of the second supporting surface 112, when the needle shaft 122 is in contact with the driving surface 113, the driving surface 113 will push the needle shaft 122 to protrude above the base 121. When the base 121 slides to the second When the support surface 112 is above, the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 abuts against the electrical connection component 130 of the second support surface 112 to achieve conduction, and the pushing action of the second support surface 112 makes the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 Keep protruding from the upper end of the base 121 to be electrically connected to the charging terminal. At this time, the concealable charging connector 100 can be used for charging.

It is understandable that the driving surface 113 is not limited to an inclined surface, for example, it can also be provided as an arc surface, etc., and the same can achieve a pushing action on the needle shaft 122 .

More specifically, the side part of the main body is also protruded with connecting pieces 114. In one embodiment, connecting pieces 114 are respectively protruded on both sides of the lateral width direction of the main body, and the connecting pieces 114 are provided with connecting holes. , the connecting piece 114 is used to connect with the installation part. Of course, the arrangement position of the connecting piece 114 is not limited to that in this embodiment.

5-7 and FIG. 9 , the needle shaft assembly 120 further includes a sleeve 123 mounted on the base 121 and an elastic member 124 accommodated in the sleeve 123. The needle shaft 122 is telescopically installed in the sleeve 123. In the sleeve 123, the two ends of the elastic member 124 are respectively abutted against the sleeve 123 and the needle shaft 122. When the base 121 is located above the first support surface 111, the elastic force of the elastic member 124 makes the needle shaft 122 reach the second position. One end 1221 remains protruding out of the base 121, and the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 is received into the base 121. When the base 121 slides to the top of the second supporting surface 112, the electrical The connecting element 130 abuts against the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 so that the second end 1222 protrudes out of the base 121 . At this time, the elastic member 124 is compressed and deformed. Afterwards, the elastic member 124 restores the deformation and drives the needle shaft 122 to reset, that is, the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 protrudes out of the base 121 again, and the second end 1222 is retracted into the base 121 again. Therefore, the above The elastic member 124 makes the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 always have a tendency to protrude out of the base 121 , and also makes the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 always have a tendency to be received into the base 121 .

More specifically, both ends of the sleeve 123 are respectively provided with a first blocking portion 1231 and a second blocking portion 1232 protruding toward the inside thereof, the needle shaft 122 is provided with a protruding contact portion 1223, and the elastic member 124 is sleeved on the The outer and both ends of the needle shaft 122 abut against the first blocking portion 1231 and the abutting portion 1223 respectively. Therefore, the force of the elastic member 124 causes the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 to always have a tendency to protrude out of the base 121 . And under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 124 , the abutting portion 1223 of the needle shaft 122 abuts against the second blocking portion 1232 to prevent the needle shaft 122 from being detached from the sleeve 123 .

1-5 again, in the present invention, a sliding rail and a sliding member are provided between the mounting seat 110 and the base 121 for sliding cooperation. In a specific embodiment, two parallel slide rails 115 are respectively provided above the body of the mounting seat 110 , the slide rails 115 extend linearly along the longitudinal direction of the body, and the slide rails 115 are parallel to the first support surface 111 and the first support surface 111 . Two supporting surfaces 112 . Correspondingly, two sides of the base 121 are respectively provided with sliding members 125 slidably connected to the two slide rails 115 , and each side of the base 121 is provided with at least one sliding member 125 . The sliding of the base 121 is guided by the sliding of the sliding member 125 along the sliding rail 115 . In addition, since the distance between the sliding rail 115 and the first supporting surface 111 is greater than the distance between the sliding rail 115 and the second supporting surface 112 , the base 121 slides from the first supporting surface 111 to the second supporting surface 112 through the driving surface 113 when sliding. During the sliding process, the distance between the bottom surface of the body of the base 121 and the first support surface 111 is greater than the distance between the bottom surface of the body of the base 121 and the second support surface 121 . When passing through the driving surface 113 , the driving surface 113 touches the ejector pin shaft 122 The first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 gradually moves upward against the elastic force of the elastic member 124, so that the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 gradually protrudes from the upper surface of the base 121. During this process, the second blocking portion 1232 follows the needle shaft. 122 moves upward to compress the elastic member 124 to deform it. When sliding over the second support surface 112, the second support surface 112 abuts against the first end 1221 of the thimble shaft 122 and keeps the second end 1222 protruding from the base. 121 outside. It can be understood that the arrangement positions of the sliding rail 115 and the sliding member 125 can be interchanged, which does not affect the sliding connection between the mounting seat 110 and the base 121 .

In the present invention, the sliding rail 115 is preferably a sliding hole or a sliding groove, the sliding member 125 is a plug slidably connected to the sliding hole or the sliding groove, and at least one plug is provided on each side of the base 121. In a specific implementation In this way, the base 121 is provided with two pins, each pin is connected to the base 121 throughly, and the two ends of each pin are slidably connected to the two sliding holes or the two sliding grooves respectively. Of course, each side surface of the base 121 can also be connected with two pins respectively, that is, four pins in total are provided.

Understandably, the sliding rail 115 and the sliding member 125 are not limited to the above-mentioned setting methods. For example, the sliding rail 115 can also be a rib provided on one of the mounting seat 110 and the base 121 , and the sliding member 125 is provided on the mounting seat 110 , the base 121 . The other one of the bases 121 is slidably clamped to the outside of the protruding rib, and can also guide the sliding of the base 121 along the mounting seat 110 .

3-5, the base 121 is also provided with a connecting shaft 126 for connecting with the operating member 140 (shown in FIG. 10), and the operating member 140 is used to drive the base 121 to slide back and forth, as described later. described.

The bracket 131 includes a stepped first connecting arm 1311 and a second connecting arm 1312. The second connecting arm 1312 has a U-shaped structure. One end of the second connecting arm 1312 and the first connecting arm 1311 are connected vertically. The other end of the second connecting arm 1312 is provided with a pin 133, which is used for electrical connection with the main circuit board of the electronic device; the flexible circuit board 132 is arranged on one side of the first connecting arm 1311. When the first end 1221 of the pin shaft 122 is in contact with the exposed copper area of the flexible circuit board 132 , it is in conduction with the flexible circuit board 132 , so that the concealable charging connector 100 can be used for charging.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 9 , the electrical connection assembly 130 further includes a reinforcing member 134 , and the reinforcing member 134 is fixed on a side of the first connecting arm 1311 away from the flexible circuit board 132 , that is, the reinforcing member 134 is provided on the first connecting arm 1311 . between the connecting arm 1311 and the second supporting surface 112 . In a preferred embodiment, the reinforcing member 134 is a 0.3 steel sheet, the steel sheet is provided with a positioning hole, and the steel sheet is fixedly connected to the first connecting arm 1311 through double-sided tape and the positioning hole. Of course, the reinforcing member 134 is not limited to the steel sheet, and can also be other structures.

Referring to FIGS. 1-5 and 10 again, the concealable charging connector 100 of the present invention further includes an operating member 140 (see below for details). The operating member 140 is connected to the connecting shaft 126 on the base 121 , and the operating member When the force 140 is applied, the base 121 can be driven to slide back and forth.

400。10-12, the present invention also provides an electronic device 1, which in addition to the above-mentioned concealable charging connector 100, further includes a housing 200, a foot pad 300 protruding from the housing 200, The main circuit board 400 provided in the housing 200 .

More specifically, the electronic device 1 of the present invention has two concealable charging connectors 100 , the two concealable charging connectors 100 are arranged in the housing 200 at intervals and are respectively electrically connected to the main circuit board 400 , and each The bases 121 of the concealable charging connectors 100 are all exposed on the foot pads 300 , so that the pin shafts 122 of each concealable charging connector 100 can optionally protrude out of the foot pads 300 to realize the charging of the electronic device 1 .

10-13, in the electronic device 1 of the present invention, two bases 121 of the concealable charging connector 100 are connected by an operating member 140, and the operating member 140 can drive the two bases 121 when the operating member 140 is stressed Synchronized sliding back and forth. More specifically, the operating member 140 includes an operating portion 141 , two connecting rods 142 arranged parallel to the operating portion 141 and protruding in opposite directions, and a connecting portion 143 connected between the operating portion 141 and the connecting rod 142 . The rods 142 are respectively connected to the connecting shafts 126 of the two bases 121 (see FIG. 5 ). The operation portion 141 is also protruded with an operation button 1411 , and indication signs 1412 are respectively provided on both sides of the operation button 1411 (see FIG. 10 , 12), and the operation button 1411 is exposed outside the casing 200, the operation member 140 can be easily driven to slide through the operation button 1411, thereby driving the two bases 121 to reciprocate synchronously through the two connecting rods 142, and the indication mark 1412 is used for clear indicates whether the electronic device 1 is in a charging state, which is convenient for the user to check.

10-13, two through holes 310 are formed on the foot pad 300. The mounting seat 110 of each concealable charging connector 100 is fixed to the housing 200 and the base 121 is slidably connected to a through hole 310. Inside. At the same time, the casing 200 defines a first sliding hole 210 and a second sliding hole 220 in parallel, the connecting portion 143 of the operating member 140 is slidably connected in the first sliding hole 210, and the operating button 1411 on the operating portion 141 is slidably connected In the second sliding hole 220 , in the process of driving the operating member 140 to slide through the operation button 1411 , the first sliding hole 210 and the second sliding hole 220 both play a guiding role for the sliding of the operating member 140 , and further ensure the sliding of the base 121 stability.

It is understandable that two independent operating members 140 are also provided to connect the two bases 121 respectively, and the sliding of the bases 121 can also be realized, which does not affect the realization of the technical solution of the present invention.

In the following, in conjunction with other 1-13, the use principle and state of the electronic device 1 of the present invention and the charging desktop with positive and negative electrodes are taken as an example to describe.

When the electronic device 1 is in normal use, the base 121 of each concealable charging connector 100 is located at one end of the through hole 310 , as shown in FIG. 10 , at this time, each concealable charging connector The bases 121 of the 100 are all located above the first support surface 111 , and the elastic force of the elastic member 124 keeps the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 protruding out of the base 121 , and the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 is received at this time. In the base 121, as shown in FIG. 1-2, that is, the needle shaft 122 is received into the foot pad 300, and the electronic device 1 is supported by the foot pad 300, and the weight of the electronic device 1 will not be exerted on the needle shaft 122, thereby Not only can the needle shaft 122 be prevented from being subjected to large pressure for a long time, but also abrasion or scratches can be prevented.

When the electronic device 1 needs to be charged, slide the operation button 1411 in the direction indicated by the arrow F1 in FIG. 10 , and drive the bases 121 of the two concealable charging connectors 100 to slide along the through holes 310 through the operation member 140 . When the bases 121 slide to the other end of the through hole 310 , as shown in FIG. 12 , at this time, the pin shaft 122 of each concealable charging connector 100 is pushed by the driving surface 113 of the mounting base 110 and protrudes out Outside the base 121, and the flexible circuit board 132 on the second support surface 112 abuts against the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 so that the second end 1222 always keeps protruding outside the base 121, as shown in FIG. 3- 4, the needle shaft 122 is in contact with the exposed copper area of the flexible circuit board 132, and the second end 1222 of the needle shaft 122 contacts the positive and negative electrodes on the charging table. At this time, the electronic device 1 can be charged.

After the charging is completed, the operation button 1411 is again forced to slide in the reverse direction shown by the arrow F1 in FIG. 10 , when the two bases 121 slide to the state shown in FIG. 10 , the pin shafts 122 of each concealable charging connector 100 are separated from the flexible circuit board 132 and slide to the top of the first supporting surface 111 . At this time, the elastic member 124 restores the deformation and drives the needle shaft 122 to reset, that is, the first end 1221 of the needle shaft 122 protrudes out of the base 121 again, and the second end 1222 is retracted into the base 121 again, that is, the needle shaft 122 is again Into the foot pad 300, as shown in FIG. 10 .

To sum up, the concealable charging connector 100 of the present invention has the mounting seat 110 and the pin shaft assembly 120 slidably connected to the mounting seat 110 , wherein the mounting seat 110 has a stepped and parallel first supporting surface 111 and the second supporting surface 112 , the needle shaft assembly 120 includes a base 121 slidably connected to the mounting seat 110 and a needle shaft 122 telescopically mounted on the base 121 . When the base 121 slides along the mounting seat 110 , the needle shaft 122 is One end of the pin shaft 122 can be detachably abutted against the first support surface 111 or the electrical connection assembly 130 provided on the second support surface 112, so that the other end of the needle shaft 122 can be telescopically protruded out of the base 121 for use with the charging end electrical connection. When the concealable charging connector 100 is applied to the electronic device 1, it is installed in the foot pad 300 of the electronic device 1. If charging is required, the base 121 is slid so that the pin shaft 122 protrudes from the base 121 and the foot pad 300. In addition, when not in use, slide the base 121 to shrink the needle shaft 122 into the base 121 and the foot pad 300. First, when not in use, the needle shaft 122 is received into the foot pad 300, on the one hand, the needle shaft 122 can be reduced. Wear or scratches, on the other hand, the electronic device 1 is supported by its foot pad 300 to prevent the weight of the electronic device 1 from falling on the needle shaft 122, thereby reducing the probability of damage to the needle shaft 122 and increasing the hidden charging connection. The service life of the connector 100 is improved, and secondly, the probability of scratching the desktop, other contact surfaces or other supports by the needle shaft 122 can be reduced, and other damage or inconvenience caused by the concealable charging connector 100 during use can be avoided.
