In specific implementation, the structure of the cloth 16 which is formed by the angle folding mechanism and then cold cutting by the cold cutting mechanism 3 is consistent with that of the cloth 16 which is formed by cutting the cloth 16 into 7-shaped grooves and then folding the openings in the prior art, so that the valve bag finished product can be conveniently further processed. The woven bag cloth 16 belongs to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a complete flow of processing valve pockets according to the prior art, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a complete flow of processing valve pockets according to the present invention, which involves both the corner folding and cutting stations of fig. 3.

The output shaft of the second motor 64 drives the second synchronous belt 67 to rotate through the second main synchronous wheel, the second auxiliary synchronous wheel plays a role of supporting the second synchronous belt 67, as a small section of the second synchronous belt 67 can be compressed between the second mounting block 68 and the second synchronous belt pressing block 69, when the second motor 64 drives the second synchronous belt 67 to rotate, the second synchronous belt 67 can act on the second mounting block 68 through the compressed small section and drive the second sliding block 66 to slide back and forth on the second guide rail 65, so that the opening folding mechanism 8 can drive the opening folding plate 13 to translate and insert between the upper supporting plate 11 and the lower supporting plate 12, the woven bag cloth 16 can be conveniently processed, and the opening folding plate 13 can better reciprocate through the arrangement of the second sliding block 66 and the second guide rail 65. In the present embodiment, the second motor 64 is fixed to one end of the second mounting frame 63 by a second motor plate 70, and the second master synchronizing wheel and the second slave synchronizing wheel are each covered with a second synchronizing wheel cover 71. The second motor 64, the second timing wheel cover 71 and the second timing belt 67 are all of the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
In order to enable the cold cutting mechanism 3 to drive the upper cutter 14 and the lower cutter 15 to perform cold cutting, the cold cutting mechanism 3 further comprises a cutter seat 72, a lower cutter base 73, a lower cutter seat 74, a cold cutting wallboard 75, a cold cutting upper plate 76, a third guide rail 77, a third sliding block 78, a translation cylinder 79 and a cold cutting upper seat 80, wherein the cutter seat 72 is provided with two and is fixed on the frame 1, the tops of the two cutter seats 72 are fixedly provided with the lower cutter base 73, the lower cutter seat 74 is fixedly provided with the lower cutter 15 on the lower cutter base 73, the two ends of the lower cutter base 73 are fixedly provided with the cold cutting wallboard 75, the tops of the two cold cutting wallboards 75 are fixedly provided with the cold cutting upper plate 76, the inner side of the cold cutting wallboard 75 is fixedly provided with the vertical third guide rail 77, the third sliding block 78 capable of sliding up and down is arranged on the third guide rail 77, the two ends of the cold cutting upper seat 80 are respectively fixedly connected with the third sliding block 78 on the two sides, the upper shaft 80 is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder 79 of the upper cutter seat 14, and the upper cutter seat 80 is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder 80.
The lower cutter 15 is fixed, the front end of the cylinder shaft of the translation cylinder 79 acts on the upper cold-cutting seat 80 to drive the upper cold-cutting seat 80 to move up and down together with the upper cutter 14, the upper cold-cutting seat 80 can drive the third sliding blocks 78 on two sides to slide up and down on the third guide rails 77 on two sides when moving up and down, the upper cold-cutting seat 80 and the upper cutter 14 can move up and down more stably by arranging the third sliding blocks 78 and the third guide rails 77, and the upper cutter 14 can perform cold-cutting forming on the woven bag cloth 16 better by matching the lower cutter 15. In this embodiment, two translation cylinders 79 are fixed on the upper cold-cutting plate 76, and by providing two translation cylinders 79, the upper cold-cutting seat 80 can be driven to move up and down better.

The supporting panel 91 can play the effect of supporting the woven bag cloth 16, when the conveyer belt driving mechanism drives the upper conveyer belt 92 and the lower conveyer belt 93 to rotate, the upper conveyer belt 92 and the lower conveyer belt 93 can drive the woven bag cloth 16 to be conveyed forwards through the clamping conveying area, the third opening 96 is arranged to facilitate the arrangement of the lower conveyer belt 93, the woven bag cloth 16 can sequentially pass through the first opening 94 and the second opening 95 when conveyed, the woven bag cloth 16 can be folded by the corner folding mechanism of the first station 4 when passing through the first opening 94, and the woven bag cloth 16 can be conveniently conveyed by the cold cutting mechanism 3 of the second station 5 when passing through the second opening 95, so that the further processing of the woven bag cloth 16 can be conveniently carried out by the circulating conveying mechanism 2, and the conveyer belt driving mechanism can adopt the prior art and is not specifically described herein. The upper conveyor belt 92 and the lower conveyor belt 93 are of the prior art and are not described in detail herein.
