13。Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 , the lacrimal drainage tube pushing device 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a pushing column 11 , a knob 12 and an elastic pull wire 13 .

The pushing column 11 includes two parts, namely a supporting section 111 and a reducing section 112 . In order to adapt to the curvature of the lacrimal duct, the pushing column 11 has a certain hardness and can be bent and deformed. It can be made of polymer materials, such as silicone rubber or polyurethane.

11。Wherein, the outer diameter range of the pushing column 11 in this embodiment is between 0.5mm-3mm. Preferably, the outer diameter of the pushing column 11 in this embodiment is 1.0 mm, which is used in conjunction with the outer diameter of commonly used lacrimal duct drainage tubes. In other embodiments, the pushing column 11 with other outer diameters can be selected.

Further, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned supporting section 111 is a solid column, which makes the manufacturing process simple. In other embodiments, the support section 111 may also adopt a hollow column to reduce the hardness of the entire support section 111 and facilitate operation during use.

In addition, in order to simplify the preparation process, the supporting section 111 and the reducing section 112 in this embodiment are prepared by integral molding. In other embodiments, the supporting section 111 and the reducing section 112 may be prepared separately, and then the reducing section 112 may be adhered to one end of the supporting section 111 by means of adhesion.

Further, the reducing section 112 includes at least three sector parts 1121 , and there is a gap between each sector part 1121 , so that there is room for deformation of the sector parts 1121 when they are deformed under the pull of an external force.

1121。Preferably, in this embodiment, the diameter reducing section 112 includes four fan-shaped portions 1121 . Moreover, the fan-shaped parts 1121 are evenly divided into fan-shaped parts, and the gaps between each fan-shaped part 1121 are equal, which is convenient for production and processing. At the same time, the deformation range of the four fan-shaped parts 1121 is easier to control when deformed under the action of external force. In other embodiments, sector portions 1121 with unequal sizes may be selected. In other embodiments, the number of sectors 1121 may be selected to be three or greater than or equal to five.

In addition, the edges of each fan-shaped portion are rounded to make the fan-shaped portion 1121 more rounded.

14。Corresponding to the number of sector portions 1121 , at least three through holes 14 are provided in the push column 11 , and each through hole 14 penetrates through the supporting section 111 and corresponds to a sector portion 1121 along the axial direction of the push column 11 . It can be understood that the number of through holes 14 in this embodiment is consistent with the number of fan-shaped portions 1121 in this embodiment, that is, there are four through holes 14 . In other embodiments, the number of through holes 14 may be selected to be three or greater than or equal to five.

Wherein, each sector portion 1121 is correspondingly provided with a hanging ear 1122 at the through hole 14 . The hanging ear 1122 is used for connecting with the elastic pull wire 13 . In this embodiment, the hanging lug is arc-shaped and formed on the end surface of the fan-shaped portion 1121 .

The knob 12 is disposed on the end of the support section 111 away from the reducing section 112 , and the knob 12 is rotatably connected to the support section 111 . Further, in order to facilitate the use of the knob 12 , protrusions are provided on the surface of the knob 12 to increase the frictional force of the knob 12 in use.

Further, an elastic pull wire 13 is provided in each through hole 14 , one end of the elastic pull wire 13 is connected to a hanging ear 1122 , and the other end is connected to the knob 12 . When the device 10 is not in use, the elastic pull wire 13 is in a stretched state, so that the outer diameters of the supporting section 111 and the reducing section 112 are kept consistent. The elastic pull wire 13 can be elastically stretched or retracted under the rotation of the knob 12 , thereby driving the sector 1121 to separate or approach. Wherein, the material of the elastic pull wire 13 can be made of nylon wire or other polymer materials.

1/4。In addition, in order to facilitate the operation during use, the length of the variable diameter section 112 can be designed to be 1/4-1/3 of the support section 111. Preferably, in this embodiment, the length of the variable diameter section 112 is 1/3 of the support section 111. /4.

1111。At the same time, in order to facilitate clinical confirmation of the implantation depth, a scale line 1111 is also provided on the support section 111 .

The specific usage of the above-mentioned lacrimal duct drainage tube pushing device 10 is as follows: Slowly implant the front end of the variable diameter section 112 into the lacrimal canaliculus, then turn to the nasolacrimal duct and go deep to the position of the drainage tube. At this time, judge the swelling state of the drainage tube according to the clinical status information Use the hand to turn the knob 12, so that the knob drives the elastic pull wire 13, and the elastic pull wire 13 drives the fan-shaped part 1121 to bend and deform to adjust to a suitable opening diameter. Roll out slowly.

The aforementioned lacrimal duct drainage tube pushing device 10 is designed in such a way that one end is variable in diameter, and the elastic pull wire 13 is pulled by the rotation of the knob 12, and the elastic pull wire 13 drives the fan-shaped part 1121 of the diameter-reducing section 112 to deform, so that the diameter-reducing section The opening diameter of 112 can be changed so as to adapt to the inner and outer diameters of the drainage tube in the lacrimal duct in a swollen state, so that the drainage tube can be slowly pushed out from the nasolacrimal duct.

Please refer to FIG. 3 , which is a lacrimal drainage tube ejection device 10 in the second embodiment of the present invention. The lacrimal drainage tube ejection device 10 in this embodiment is roughly the same as the lacrimal drainage tube ejection device 10 in the first embodiment. ,The difference is:

The end surface of the fan-shaped portion 1121 is concave toward the direction close to the knob 12 . In this embodiment, the end surface of the fan-shaped portion 1121 is concaved toward the direction of the knob 12 to form an arc-shaped spherical surface concave toward the direction of the knob 12 . In other embodiments, the end surface of the fan-shaped portion 1121 can be designed to be concave toward the direction close to the knob 12 to form a tapered surface pointing towards the direction of the knob 12 . By designing the end surface of the fan-shaped part 1121 to be concave in the direction close to the knob 12, so that after the diameter-reducing section 112 is adjusted, the fan-shaped part 1121 can maintain as much contact area as possible with the drainage tube, which is more convenient for the drainage tube Push out from the nasolacrimal duct.

The above lacrimal duct drainage tube pushing device 10 is designed so that the end surface of the fan-shaped part 1121 is concaved in the direction close to the knob 12, so that after the diameter-reducing section 112 is adjusted, the fan-shaped part 1121 can maintain and drain the tube as much as possible. Large contact area makes it easier to push the drainage tube out of the nasolacrimal duct.
