Claims (9)
1. A traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece storage device comprises a platform supporting mechanism (1) and is characterized in that sliding rail mechanisms (2) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the top of the platform supporting mechanism (1) through bolts, a transmission mechanism (3) is fixedly mounted at the central position of the platform supporting mechanism (1) through bolts, a limiting mechanism (4) is mounted at the top of the platform supporting mechanism (1) through the transmission mechanism (3), a slicing mechanism (5) is fixedly mounted on one side of the platform supporting mechanism (1) through the transmission mechanism (3), a fixing mechanism (6) is fixedly mounted at the top of the limiting mechanism (4), and a storage mechanism (7) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the slicing mechanism (5);
the transmission mechanism (3) comprises a side supporting cantilever (31), one end of the side supporting cantilever (31) is fixedly provided with a supporting base (32) through a bolt, one end of the side supporting cantilever (31) is fixedly provided with a rolling bearing (33) through a supporting base (32), a threaded rotating rod (34) is arranged in the rolling bearing (33), the slicing mechanism (5) comprises a first rotating shaft (51), the first rotating shaft (51) is connected with the threaded rotary rod (34) through a coupler, one end of the first rotating shaft (51) is hinged with an inclined cantilever (52), one end of the inclined cantilever (52) is hinged with a second rotating shaft (53), the top of the inclined cantilever (52) is fixedly provided with a supporting frame (54) through bolts, the top of the inclined cantilever (52) is fixedly provided with a blade type cutter (55) through a supporting frame (54).

The herbal pieces-storage device of claim 1, wherein said platform support mechanism (1) comprises a U-shaped support plate (101), the bottom of said U-shaped support plate (101) is fixed with a bottom anti-skid rubber pad (102) by bolts, said bottom anti-skid rubber pad (102) is made of rubber material.
3. The storage device for herbal pieces-of-chinese-medicine according to claim 2, wherein the U-shaped support plate (101) has a central U-shaped groove (103) at its center, and a side support plate (104) is fixed on top of the U-shaped support plate (101).

The herbal pieces-storing device according to claim 1, wherein said slide rail mechanism (2) comprises a limiting slide rail (21), said limiting slide rail (21) has a limiting slide groove (22) therein, said limiting slide groove (22) has a plurality of balls (23) rotatably connected to an inner cavity thereof, each of said limiting slide rail (21) has a horizontal engaging groove (24) on both sides thereof, and said limiting slide rail (21) is disposed on the top of said platform-supporting mechanism (1).

The herbal piece storage device according to claim 4, wherein two adjacent horizontal clamping grooves (24) are arranged in mirror symmetry with respect to a vertical center line of the limiting type slide rail (21), the number of the limiting type slide rails (21) is two, and two limiting type slide rails (21) are arranged in mirror symmetry with respect to a vertical center line of the platform support mechanism (1).

The herbal pieces-storage device of claim 1, wherein, said stop gear (4) comprises a slide rail type base (41), a semicircular support plate (42) is fixed on the top of said slide rail type base (41) by bolts, and semicircular limit plates (43) are fixed on both sides of the top of said semicircular support plate (42) by bolts.

The herbal pieces-storage device of claim 6, wherein a plurality of cylindrical supporting blocks (44) are fixedly installed between two semicircular limiting plates (43) through bolts, a semicircular clamping cover (45) is welded at the bottom of the semicircular supporting plate (42), and a half-and-half threaded tooth socket (46) is welded in the inner cavity of the semicircular clamping cover (45).

The herbal pieces-storing device of claim 1, wherein said fixing mechanism (6) comprises an overhead fixing plate (61), a semicircular protrusion (62) is fixedly installed at the bottom of said overhead fixing plate (61), a snap-fit type protruding strip (63) is fixedly installed at the bottom edge of said overhead fixing plate (61), an overhead supporting column (64) is fixedly installed at the top of said overhead fixing plate (61), and a supporting handle (65) is fixedly installed at the top of said overhead supporting column (64) by bolts.

The herbal piece storage device according to claim 1, wherein the storage mechanism (7) comprises a tablet storage box (71), a tablet storage groove (72) is formed in the tablet storage box (71), an arc-shaped protective edge (73) is installed at the edge of the tablet storage box (71), a plurality of side insert blocks (74) are fixedly installed on one side of the tablet storage box (71) through bolts, an insert frame (75) is inserted into one side of each side insert block (74), and the insert frame (75) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the platform support mechanism (1) through bolts.
