The cover 12 has a cover plate 122 corresponding to the bin 113 and a notch 121, the bin 113 is closed by the cover plate 122, and the notch 121 opens the bin 113. The cover 122 and the notch 121 are offset by a certain angle in the circumferential direction with the shaft hole 112 as the center, and the cover 12 is rotated by the bottom cover 13, so that the notch 121 is located at the position of the bin 113 to open the bin 113.
The instant container is formed by mounting the instant container on the bottom of the container by using the bottom sealing cover. The bottom sealing cover is internally provided with a connector containing a storage bin, for example, pulp particles or other particles, powder and liquid which can be imported are placed in the storage bin, meanwhile, the bottom sealing cover can realize the sealing and opening of the storage bin through the rotation of the sealing cover and the bottom cover, the bottom cover of the bottom is rotated when needed, the container is rocked up and down, so that objects in the storage bin and liquid in the container can be mixed to prepare drinks on site, instant drinking and instant preparing are realized, the separation, storage and rapid fusion of the materials and the liquid are realized, and the storage device is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, wherein fig. 2 is a top view of the bottom closure shown in fig. 1; FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B of FIG. 2;
The upper surface of the connector 11 is connected to the ready-to-use container through the upper flange 111, and the lower surface thereof abuts against the upper surface of the bottom cover 13.
The shaft hole 112 is arranged at the center of the connector 11, and has a diameter not smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 14, and a shape matching the shape of the rotating shaft 14.
The two storage bins 113 are symmetrically formed on two sides of the shaft hole 112, the shape of the storage bins 113 on the upper surface is fan-shaped, and the gap of the sealing cover 12 corresponding to the storage bins 113 is fan-shaped. The cover 12 is provided with two fan-shaped cover plates 122 and two fan-shaped notches 121, and the cover plates 122 and the notches 121 are alternately arranged at equal intervals.
The bin 113 has a fan-shaped shape, and can be filled with solid or liquid substances to the maximum in a limited space, thereby reducing the volume of the bottom cover 1.
In this embodiment, the bin 113 is a recess formed by recessing from the upper surface of the connector 11 to the lower surface of the connector 11, and the inner cavity is used for containing materials, such as liquid materials or solid powder, particles, etc., and is closed by the cover 12; in use, the cover 12 is rotated by the bottom cover 13, so that the notch 121 is located at the position of the bin 113 to open the bin 113, and the material in the bin 113 enters the ready-to-use container and is mixed with the liquid therein to be dissolved.
The size of the bin 113 can be set according to different materials, one or more bins 113 can be set to be arranged at will, and in this embodiment, the bin 113 is preferably a fan-shaped groove, so that more materials can be contained.
The cover 12 is connected with the bottom cover 13 through the rotating shaft 14, and the bottom cover 13 is rotated to enable the cover 12 to synchronously rotate, so that the bin 113 is closed and opened.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the rotating shaft 14 are respectively connected to the cover 12 and the bottom cover 13, and any one of the following connection manners may be adopted: the spindle 14 and the bottom cover 13 are preferably integrally formed by screwing, pivoting, clamping and gluing, and the spindle is inserted into the shaft hole 112 and then glued to the cover 12, so that the spindle is firmly fixed and has good sealing performance.
Of course, in other embodiments, the shaft 14 may also connect the cover 12 with the bottom cover 13 by way of an inner shaft and an outer shaft.
For example, the rotating shaft 14 includes an outer shaft and an inner shaft, the outer shaft is fixed on the cover 12 or the bottom cover 13, the inner shaft is fixed on the bottom cover 13 or the cover 12, the inner shaft is inserted into the outer shaft, and the inner shaft is fixed by using a bayonet between the two shafts, so that a certain pretightening force is formed between the cover 12, the bottom cover 13 and the connector 11.
For another example, the rotating shaft 14 includes an outer shaft fixed to the cover 12 or the bottom cover 13, and an inner shaft fixed to the bottom cover 13 or the cover 12, the inner shaft being inserted into the outer shaft and exposed at the bottom cover 13, and the inner shaft and the outer shaft being fixed together by bonding or ultrasonic welding. After the material is put into the bin 113, the two shafts are inserted and fixed. When in installation, a certain force is applied to form a certain pretightening force between the sealing cover 12, the bottom cover 13 and the connecting body 11, so that the sealing effect is further improved.
Further, the surfaces of the cover 12 and the bottom cover 13 contacting the connector 11 are respectively provided with a sealing material. The sealing material can improve the tightness of the bin 113, and is particularly suitable for filling liquid.
As shown in fig. 5-7, wherein fig. 5 is an exploded view of a ready-to-use container including a bottom closure; FIG. 6 is a top view of the ready-to-dispense container of FIG. 5; fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along line C-C of fig. 6.
The present application also provides a ready-to-use container 100, which can be any container for containing liquid, and has a cylindrical shape, wherein a sealing cover 2 is mounted on the bottle mouth of the ready-to-use container 100, the bottom is in an open structure, and the bottom sealing cover 1 is used for sealing.
The connecting body 11 of the bottom cover 1 has an external shape corresponding to the bottom of the ready-to-use container 100, and an upper flange 111 is formed by upwardly protruding an edge of the upper surface of the connecting body 11, and the upper flange 111 is formed with a connecting structure corresponding to the bottom of the ready-to-use container 100.
Example two
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, wherein fig. 8 is a top view of another instant type container; FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line D-D of FIG. 8; FIG. 10 is a top view of the bottom closure of the ready-to-dispense container of FIG. 8; FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along line E-E of FIG. 10; fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line F-F in fig. 10.
The instant container provided in this embodiment is different from the instant container provided in the first embodiment only in that: the lower surface edge of the connector 11 protrudes downward to form a lower flange 114, and the bottom cover 13 is positioned in the lower flange 114. The leakage of the material in the bin 113 caused by the careless rotation of the bottom cover 13 can be prevented.
Further, the bottom cover 13 is provided with a step 131, and the lower flange 114 abuts against the step 131, so that incorrect rotation is effectively prevented, and connection is facilitated.
Of course, the bottom surface of the bottom cover 13 may be a plane, which is located outside the lower flange 114, and it is more convenient to rotate the bottom cover 13 by using the exposed portion. Other configurations are possible in other embodiments, such as a stable placement using the downwardly projecting lower lip 114 as a contact portion with the table top. For example, the bottom surface of the bottom cover 13 is located inside the lower flange 114, and a rotation groove is formed on the bottom surface, so that the bottom cover 13 can be easily rotated by the groove, and the operation is more convenient.
The bottle cap for the push-down instant container is not only suitable for beverage bottles, but also suitable for any container which needs two materials to be stored separately and prepared on site, such as an agricultural bottle.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that those skilled in the art will be able to design alternative embodiments without departing from the scope of the appended claims. In the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim.
