背景技术
耐火可塑料是用耐火骨料和粉料、生黏土和化学复合结合剂及外加剂,经配制混炼、挤压成砖坯状、包装储存一定时间后仍具有良好的可塑性,并可用捣固方法施工。
按耐火骨料品种可分为黏土质、高铝质、莫来石质、刚玉质、铬质、碳化硅质和含锆质的耐火可塑料等。按结合剂种类可分为硫酸铝、磷酸、磷酸盐、水玻璃和树脂等结合的耐火可塑料等。
可塑料的耐热震性较好,易施工,适用于各种加热炉、均热炉、退火炉、热风炉等,也可用于小型电弧炉的炉盖、高温炉的烧嘴等部位。
现有的耐火可塑料的耐火效果一般,且制成的成品结构强度一般。

S2:将制成颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重称取,所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉22kg、莫来石22kg、矾土27kg、玻璃纤维13、硅酸铝9kg、黏土8.5kg、可塑剂1.5kg、消泡剂1.5kg和耐火添加剂5kg,将颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂置于混料设备中混合均匀即可。
实施例三:
该硅酸铝质耐火可塑料的制备工艺如下:
S1:原料颗粒化处理:将刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土预先制成颗粒状;
S2:将制成颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重称取,所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉26kg、莫来石26kg、矾土30kg、玻璃纤维16、硅酸铝12kg、黏土9kg、可塑剂2kg、消泡剂2kg和耐火添加剂6kg,将颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂置于混料设备中混合均匀即可。

Claims (8)
1.一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:该硅酸铝质耐火可塑料的原料包括颗粒原料、黏土和添加剂,所述颗粒原料包括刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝,所述添加剂包括可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂;
所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉18-26份、莫来石18-26份、矾土24-30份、玻璃纤维10-16、硅酸铝6-12份、黏土8-9份、可塑剂1-2份、消泡剂1-2份和耐火添加剂4-6份;
该硅酸铝质耐火可塑料的制备工艺如下:
S1:原料颗粒化处理:将刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土预先制成颗粒状;
S2:将制成颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重称取,将颗粒状的刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土及可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂置于混料设备中混合均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉18份、莫来石18份、矾土24份、玻璃纤维10、硅酸铝6份、黏土8份、可塑剂1份、消泡剂1份和耐火添加剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉22份、莫来石22份、矾土27份、玻璃纤维13、硅酸铝9份、黏土8.5份、可塑剂1.5份、消泡剂1.5份和耐火添加剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝、黏土、可塑剂、消泡剂和耐火添加剂按照质量比重分别为:刚玉26份、莫来石26份、矾土30份、玻璃纤维16、硅酸铝12份、黏土9份、可塑剂2份、消泡剂2份和耐火添加剂6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述刚玉、莫来石、矾土、玻璃纤维、硅酸铝的粒径为80-120目,所述黏土的粒径为2-20目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述可塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯可塑剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述耐火添加剂为磷酸烷基酯类、磷酸芳基酯、双环戊二烯类、脂肪族卤代烃、碲化合物、羟基铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸盐中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为矿物油类、醇类、脂肪酸及脂肪酸酯类、酰胺类、磷酸酯类、有机硅类、聚醚类、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂中的一种或几种。
