技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装技术领域,具体涉及一种温敏变色塑料包装膜。
背景技术
对于巧克力的包装现有的包装方法一般有两种,一种是单纯的铝箔包装,一种是镀铝膜包装,采用上述两种包装可以避免巧克力由于阳光直射导致可可脂与空气中的水分和氧气发生反应,影响翘课的味道和气味,起到良好的阻隔作用,但是采用上述两种包装的巧克力通常还需要外包装使得铝箔包装不被破坏,为了简化巧克力的包装,提供一种可以代替现有包装的巧克力包装膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种随储藏温度变化导致颜色发生变化的包装膜,用于巧克力等对储藏温度敏感的食品包装,具有良好的抗撕拉性能和阻隔性能,也可以用作商品标识,增加商品的趣味性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,包括外膜层、加强膜层、阻隔膜层和内膜层;所述外膜层包括消光膜和印刷层,消光膜的厚度为20~30μm,印刷层厚度为2~5μm;所述加强膜层设有温敏变色微胶囊,所述加强膜的厚度为60~90μm;阻隔膜层为镀铝膜或铝箔,所述阻隔层的厚度为7~15μm;所述内膜层包括流延聚丙烯薄膜和聚乳酸薄膜,聚乳酸薄膜与内容物接触面涂布有爽滑表面层。
有些巧克力在22℃就开始融化,融化后巧克力的口感变差,因此巧克力的保存条件比较严苛,在货架上的巧克力一般常温保存,因此需要通过对巧克力的包装膜的改进,在不同温度下显示不同颜色,用以提醒人们注意巧克力的存储温度,也获得更好的口感。
作为优选的技术方案,所述消光膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。消光膜作为一种时尚、高档包装材料的象征,给人以柔和、舒适、朦胧的视觉效果,能够刺激消费者的购买欲望。市场上许多食品包装膜都会采用消光膜增强其视觉效果。
作为优选的技术方案,温敏变色微胶囊的芯材由10,12-二十五碳二炔酸、α-FeOOH构成,在蒸馏水中加入α-FeOOH经超声后与含有10,12-二十五碳二炔酸的二甲基亚砜水溶液超声混合,10,12-二十五碳二炔酸与α-FeOOH的质量比为3~5:1,溶液冷却至室温进行自组织24h,自组织后的溶液经X射线辐射聚合得到芯材;
温敏变色微胶囊的壁材的制备方法如下:将尿素与37%的甲醛混合,尿素与甲醛的摩尔比为4:6,加入三乙醇胺调节pH为8~9,搅拌下加热物料至75~80℃至透明的粘稠状液体,得到微胶囊壁材;
温敏变色微胶囊的制备:将阿拉伯树胶制成5%的阿拉伯树胶水溶液,加入芯材以2000r/min搅拌30min,在加入微胶囊壁材,搅拌10min,静止30min,滴加乙酸调节PH值为3,将温度升到70℃反应1.5h冷却至室温,微胶囊自然沉降,分离上清液,蒸馏水洗涤微胶囊。
作为优选的技术方案,所述加强膜层由聚乙烯膜层和聚酰胺复合而成,所述聚乙烯膜层由低密度聚乙烯和温敏变色微胶囊构成,所述温敏变色胶囊的添加量为聚乙烯膜总质量的5~10%。
作为优选的技术方案,所述温敏变色胶囊的温度变色范围在20~35℃。
作为优选的技术方案,加强膜层中聚乙烯膜层的厚度为40~50μm,聚酰胺的膜层厚度为20~40μm。在温敏变色塑料包装膜中加入加强膜,有效的提高的包装膜的机械性能。
作为优选的技术方案,聚乳酸薄膜中添加聚酰亚胺微粒、聚酰胺微粒和聚四氟乙烯微粒中的一种或几种的混合物,所述微粒的粒径为1~5μm,所述微粒的添加量占聚乳酸薄膜总质量的1~3%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本申请提供一种用于巧克力等随温度变化影响较大食品的温敏变色塑料包装膜,该包装膜低温具有良好的变色效果,并且变色过程可逆。该包装膜具有良好的拉伸性能,并且内层具有良好爽滑性,避免内容物的粘连。

一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,包括外膜层1、加强膜层2、阻隔膜层3和内膜层4;所述外膜层包括消光膜11和印刷层12,消光膜的厚度为20~30μm,印刷层厚度为2~5μm;所述加强膜层设有温敏变色微胶囊,所述加强膜的厚度为60~90μm;阻隔膜层为镀铝膜或铝箔,所述阻隔层的厚度为7~15μm;所述内膜层包括流延聚丙烯薄膜41和聚乳酸薄膜42,聚乳酸薄膜与内容物接触面涂布有爽滑表面层。
所述消光膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。

温敏变色微胶囊的壁材的制备方法如下:将尿素与37%的甲醛混合,尿素与甲醛的摩尔比为4:6,加入三乙醇胺调节pH为8~9,搅拌下加热物料至75~80℃至透明的粘稠状液体,得到微胶囊壁材;
温敏变色微胶囊的制备:将阿拉伯树胶制成5%的阿拉伯树胶水溶液,加入芯材以2000r/min搅拌30min,在加入微胶囊壁材,搅拌10min,静止30min,滴加乙酸调节PH值为3,将温度升到70℃反应1.5h冷却至室温,微胶囊自然沉降,分离上清液,蒸馏水洗涤微胶囊。
所述加强膜层由聚乙烯膜层21和聚酰胺22复合而成,所述聚乙烯膜层由低密度聚乙烯和温敏变色微胶囊构成,所述温敏变色胶囊的添加量为聚乙烯膜总质量的5~10%。
所述温敏变色胶囊的温度变色范围在20~35℃。
加强膜层中聚乙烯膜层的厚度为40~50μm,聚酰胺的膜层厚度为20~40μm。
聚乳酸薄膜中添加聚酰亚胺微粒、聚酰胺微粒和聚四氟乙烯微粒中的一种或几种的混合物,所述微粒的粒径为1~5μm,所述微粒的添加量占聚乳酸薄膜总质量的1~3%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,包括外膜层、加强膜层、阻隔膜层和内膜层;所述外膜层包括消光膜和印刷层,消光膜的厚度为20~30μm,印刷层厚度为2~5μm;所述加强膜层设有温敏变色微胶囊,所述加强膜的厚度为60~90μm;阻隔膜层为镀铝膜或铝箔,所述阻隔层的厚度为7~15μm;所述内膜层包括流延聚丙烯薄膜和聚乳酸薄膜,聚乳酸薄膜与内容物接触面涂布有爽滑表面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,所述消光膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,所述加强膜层由聚乙烯膜层和聚酰胺复合而成,所述聚乙烯膜层由低密度聚乙烯和温敏变色微胶囊构成,所述温敏变色胶囊的添加量为聚乙烯膜总质量的5~10%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,所述温敏变色胶囊的温度变色范围在20~35℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,加强膜层中聚乙烯膜层的厚度为40~50μm,聚酰胺的膜层厚度为20~40μm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,聚乳酸薄膜中添加聚酰亚胺微粒、聚酰胺微粒和聚四氟乙烯微粒中的一种或几种的混合物,所述微粒的粒径为1~5μm,所述微粒的添加量占聚乳酸薄膜总质量的1~3%。
7.一种用于权利要求1~6任一所述温敏变色塑料包装膜的温敏变色微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤
温敏变色微胶囊的芯材的制备方法:芯材由10,12-二十五碳二炔酸、α-FeOOH构成,在蒸馏水中加入α-FeOOH经超声后与含有10,12-二十五碳二炔酸的二甲基亚砜水溶液超声混合,10,12-二十五碳二炔酸与α-FeOOH的质量比为3~5:1,溶液冷却至室温进行自组织24h,自组织后的溶液经X射线辐射聚合得到芯材;
温敏变色微胶囊的壁材的制备方法:将尿素与37%的甲醛混合,尿素与甲醛的摩尔比为4:6,加入三乙醇胺调节pH为8~9,搅拌下加热物料至75~80℃至透明的粘稠状液体,得到微胶囊壁材;
温敏变色微胶囊的制备:将阿拉伯树胶制成5%的阿拉伯树胶水溶液,加入芯材以2000r/min搅拌30min,在加入微胶囊壁材,搅拌10min,静止30min,滴加乙酸调节PH值为3,将温度升到70℃反应1.5h冷却至室温,微胶囊自然沉降,分离上清液,蒸馏水洗涤微胶囊。
8.一种根据权利要求1~6任一所述的温敏变色塑料包装膜,其特征在于,用于巧克力包装膜或商品标识材料。
