Abstract
本发明涉及消防药剂领域,尤其是涉及一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂及其生产工艺,其特征在于,本配方按质量配比为:辣椒精纯提取素、芥末提取物、辣椒素、胡椒素、水溶性聚磷酸铵、十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、乙二醇、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、BS‑12、烷基糖苷APG、十二烷基硫酸钠、氟碳表面活性剂、二乙二醇单丁醚、高分子微胞囊剂、2‑甲基‑2,4戊二醇、其余为去离子水,以上各组成成分之和为100%,使泡沫液能够在烃类燃料表面形成一层抑抑燃料蒸发的成膜,进而达到在公共场所内制服恐怖及暴力人员的效果。

背景技术
泡沫灭火剂可扑救可燃易燃液体的有效灭火剂,它主要是在液体表面生成凝聚的泡沫漂浮层,起窒息和冷却作用。泡沫灭火剂分为化学泡沫、空气泡沫、氟蛋白泡沫、水成膜泡沫和抗溶性泡沫等。泡沫灭火剂是与水混溶,通过机械作用或化学反应产生泡沫进行灭火的药剂。泡沫灭火剂一般由发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、降黏剂、抗冻剂、助溶剂、防腐剂及水组成。主要用于扑救非水溶性可燃液体及一般固体火灾。特殊的泡沫灭火剂还可以扑灭水溶性可燃液体火灾。泡沫灭火剂按其发泡方法分为化学泡沫灭火剂和空气机械泡沫灭火剂。按其发泡倍数分为低倍数泡沫灭火剂,中倍数泡沫灭火剂,高倍数泡沫灭火剂。泡沫灭火剂一般由发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、耐液性添加剂、助溶剂、抗冻剂、降粘剂、防蚀剂、防腐剂、无机盐以及水组成。我国生产和使用的泡沫灭火剂主要有蛋白泡沫灭火剂、氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂、水成膜泡沫灭火剂、高倍数泡沫灭火剂、化学泡沫灭火剂、抗溶泡沫灭火剂。泡沫灭火剂体轻、流动性好,持久性和抗烧性强,粘着力大,并能迅速流散和漂浮在着火的液面上,形成严密的覆盖层,使燃烧表面与空气隔绝,遮断火焰的热辐射,阻止燃烧体和附近可燃物质的蒸发。同时,泡沫中的水蒸发可以降低燃烧表面氧气浓度,冷却燃烧表面或破坏物质燃烧的其他条件,使火熄灭。泡沫灭火剂适用于扑救油类可燃液体、可燃固体物质火灾,不能用于扑救轻金属火灾,遇水燃烧或爆炸物质的火灾,带电设备的火灾。
众所周知,公共场所是人们聚集的主要场所,公共场所安全是居民生活安全中的重中之重,最近几年,针对公共场所的恐怖袭击及恐怖行为经常见诸报端,极大地影响了居民的安全度及危害了人们的生命安全。

为了解决目前公共场所是人们聚集的主要场所,公共场所安全是居民生活安全中的重中之重,最近几年,针对公共场所的恐怖袭击及恐怖行为经常见诸报端,极大地影响了居民的安全度及危害了人们的生命安全的问题,本发明提供一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂,其技术方案如下:一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂,其特征在于,本配方按质量配比为:辣椒精纯提取素0.45~0.55%、芥末提取物0.15~0.25%、辣椒素0.45~0.55%、胡椒素0.05~0.15%、水溶性聚磷酸铵4.0~4.5%、十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵2.5~3.5%、乙二醇1.2~1.4%、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱2.0~3.0%、BS-12 1.5~2.0%、烷基糖苷APG2.2~2.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.0~1.2%、氟碳表面活性剂1.5~2.0%、二乙二醇单丁醚2.2~2.6%、高分子微胞囊剂0.2~0.5%、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇0.9~1.2%、其余为去离子水,以上各组成成分之和为100%。
本发明的最佳组合配方按照质量配比是:辣椒精纯提取素0.5%、芥末提取物0.2%、辣椒素0.5%、胡椒素0.1%、水溶性聚磷酸铵4.3%、十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵3%、乙二醇1.3%、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱2.5%、BS-12 1.75%、烷基糖苷APG2.4%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.1%、氟碳表面活性剂1.75%、二乙二醇单丁醚2.4%、高分子微胞囊剂0.35%、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇1%、其余为去离子水,以上各组成成分之和为100%。
本配方中的各组分的性能及配合功能效果如下:
辣椒精纯提取素:别名辣椒油树脂,是从辣椒中提取、浓缩而得的一种产品,具有强烈的辛辣味,是一种天然食品成分的提取物,对人体无实质性伤害;
芥末提取物:天然强刺激物质,可以对人的眼睛、面部皮肤、呼吸道造成强烈的如火烧般的刺激,双目无法睁开、喷嚏咳嗽不停,通常用于装备执法部门,它对人体没有危害;
辣椒素:辣椒素是辣椒的活性成分,它可以对哺乳动物包括人类都有刺激性并产生灼烧感;
胡椒素:胡椒素为纯天然、无毒制剂,因此它作为首选的刺激剂被广泛应用,用作催泪瓦斯;
水溶性聚磷酸铵:又称多聚磷酸铵或缩聚磷酸铵(简称APP)。聚磷酸铵无毒无味,不产生腐蚀气体,吸湿性小,热稳定性高,是一种性能优良的非卤阻燃剂;
十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵:具有的良好的去污力、抗硬水性、较低的刺激性、较高的发泡力以及优异的配伍性能,大量应用于香波、沐浴露等个人护理产品中,尤其适合配制低pH(中性至弱酸性)产品,也可以用作灭火剂的发泡剂;
乙二醇:乙二醇(ethylene glycol)又名“甘醇”、“1,2-亚乙基二醇”,简称EG,化学式为(CH2OH)2,是最简单的二元醇。乙二醇是无色无臭、有甜味液体,乙二醇能与水、丙酮互溶,但在醚类中溶解度较小,用作溶剂、防冻剂以及合成涤纶的原料;
椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱:是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,其配伍性能良好。刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性。能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性;
BS-12:两性离子表面活性剂,能与各种类型染料、表面活性剂及化妆品原料配伍,对次氯酸钠稳定,不宜在100℃以上长时间加热。本品在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,配伍性良好。对皮肤刺激性低,生物降解性好,具有优良的去污杀菌、柔软性,抗静电性、耐硬水性和防锈性,用于配制香波、泡沫浴、敏感皮肤制剂、儿童清洁剂等,也可用作纤维、织物柔软剂和抗静电剂、钙皂分散剂、杀菌消毒洗涤剂及橡胶工业的凝胶乳化剂、兔羊毛缩绒剂、灭火泡沫剂等,亦是农药草甘膦的增效剂;
烷基糖苷APG:表面张力低、无浊点、HLB值可调、湿润力强、去污力强、泡沫丰富细腻、配伍性强、无毒、无害、对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显。具有较强的广谱抗菌活性,产品增稠效果显著、易于稀释、无凝胶现象,使用方便,而且耐强碱、耐强酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强;
十二烷基硫酸钠:又称AS,简称SDS,属阴离子表面活性剂,别名:椰油醇(或月桂醇)硫酸钠、K12、发泡剂等k12 或k-12十二烷基硫酸钠,结构式CH3(CH2)11OSO3Na,分子量288.39。白色至微黄色粉末,微有特殊气体,表观密度0.25g/mL,熔点180~185℃(分解),易溶于水,HLB值为40.无毒,性能:白色或淡黄色粉状,溶于水,对碱和硬水不敏感。具有去污、乳化和优异的发泡力。是一种无毒的阴离子表面活性剂。其生物降解度>90%。用途:用作乳化剂、灭火剂、发泡剂及纺织助剂。也用作牙膏和膏状、粉状、洗发香波 工业上常用于洗涤剂和纺织工业。广泛用于牙膏、香波、洗发膏、洗发香波、洗衣粉、液洗、化妆品和塑料脱模,润滑以及制药、造纸、建材、化工等行业;
氟碳表面活性剂:氟表面活性剂,简称FSA,是以氟碳链为非极性基团的表面活性剂,即以氟原子部分或全部取代碳氢链上的氢原子。氟碳表面活性剂具有高表面活性,高热力学和化学稳定性,众所周知,表面活性剂一般由极性基团(亲水基)和非极性基团(疏水基)二部份组成。普通表面活性剂的非极性基团为碳氢链,而氟碳表面活性剂的非极性基团为氟碳链,即以氟原子部分或全部取代碳氢链上的氢原子。但二者在极性基团的结构上无明显区别。所以氟碳表面活性剂就是以氟碳链取代碳氢链作为分子中非极性基团的表面活性剂。而具有许多普通表面活性剂不具有或者更优的性能,引起了人们普遍的重视,显示出越来越强的生命力,广泛应用于消防、化工、农药、选矿、造纸、皮革、纺织等各个领域;
二乙二醇单丁醚:无色易燃液体,具有中等程度醚味,低毒,可溶于水和醇,与石油烃具有高的稀释;分子式为C4H9OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OH,商品名为丁基卡必醇,俗名防白水、化白水,英文名为Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DB),一般主要用于纤维素,合成树脂、油漆、搪瓷、脂类和脱漆剂的溶剂,制药工业用作药物萃取剂,塑料工业用于树脂增塑剂,纺织工业用作纤维润滑剂、化纤油剂的分散剂,还可作农药分散剂、干洗溶剂、切削油溶剂以及有机合成中间体,矿物油乳化的辅助溶剂,分析试剂等。还可在机械工业用作液压制动液的稀释剂、高速切削成分等;
高分子微胞囊剂:一种阻燃剂,具有高效灭火、防爆、环保的功效;
2-甲基-2,4戊二醇:无色无味有毒,与水完全混溶,溶解性特强的高级有机溶剂,可用于金属表面处理剂生产除锈除油的添加剂,也可用于纺织助剂,也可用于涂料和乳胶漆里,也可用于化妆品里,用作农药稳定剂外,还可用于日化保湿剂、香精香料原料、液压油、高温润滑油、刹车油、干洗剂、印刷油墨、颜料分散剂、木材防腐剂等方面。做渗透剂,乳化剂以及防冻剂。
一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,首先,准确称取去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、乙二醇、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、BS-12 、烷基糖苷、十二烷基硫酸钠、氟碳表面活性剂、二乙二醇单丁醚、高分子微胞囊剂、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入辣椒精纯提取素、芥末提取物、辣椒素、胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、BS-12 及烷基糖苷等基料为发泡基,添加添加阻燃剂水溶性聚磷酸、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、高分子微胞囊剂、泡沫稳定剂二乙二醇单丁醚等材料,以氟碳表面活性剂F1440降低泡沫液的表面张力,提高泡沫液的流动性和疏油能力,使泡沫液能够在烃类燃料表面形成一层抑抑燃料蒸发的成膜,因而大大提高灭火性能,再配以相应的泡沫稳定剂二乙二醇单丁醚、抗冻剂乙二醇等助剂所合成的起泡液体,制成水基型高效灭火剂,再添加辣椒精纯提取素、芥末提取物、辣椒素、胡椒素等具有刺激性材料的辅助作用下,起到具有刺激眼、鼻、喉及皮肤感觉神经末梢,甚至呼吸道粘膜,能使人迅速流泪、流涕、眼痛、喷嚏、咳嗽、恶心、呕吐、胸痛、头痛以及皮肤灼痛等症状,失去正常的行为能力,进而达到在公共场所内制服恐怖及暴力人员的效果。

具体实施例1:首先,准确称取质量百分比为78.18%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4.1%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入2.6%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.3%的乙二醇、2.4%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.6%的BS-12 、2.3%的烷基糖苷、1.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.6%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.3%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.3%的高分子微胞囊剂、1%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.48%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.18%的芥末提取物、0.48%的辣椒素、0.08%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
具体实施例2:首先,准确称取质量百分比为77.46%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4.2%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入2.7%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.3%的乙二醇、2.6%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.7%的BS-12 、2.4%的烷基糖苷、1.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.6%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.3%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.3%的高分子微胞囊剂、1.1%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.49%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.18%的芥末提取物、0.49%的辣椒素、0.08%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
具体实施例3:首先,准确称取质量百分比为76.58%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4.4%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入2.9%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.4%的乙二醇、2.6%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.7%的BS-12 、2.5%的烷基糖苷、1.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.6%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.3%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.4%的高分子微胞囊剂、1.2%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.49%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.22%的芥末提取物、0.49%的辣椒素、0.12%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
具体实施例4:首先,准确称取质量百分比为76.22%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4.5%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入3%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.2%的乙二醇、2.6%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.9%的BS-12 、2.5%的烷基糖苷、1.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.9%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.4%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.4%的高分子微胞囊剂、0.9%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.52%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.24%的芥末提取物、0.49%的辣椒素、0.13%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
具体实施例5:首先,准确称取质量百分比为76.08%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4.1%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入3.3%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.4%的乙二醇、2.6%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.8%的BS-12 、2.5%的烷基糖苷、1.1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.9%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.4%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.5%的高分子微胞囊剂、0.9%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.53%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.25%的芥末提取物、0.49%的辣椒素、0.15%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
具体实施例6:首先,准确称取质量百分比为76.5%的去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的重量百分比为4%的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入3.5%的十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、1.2%的乙二醇、2.6%的椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、1.7%的BS-12 、2.5%的烷基糖苷、1%的十二烷基硫酸钠、1.9%的氟碳表面活性剂、2.5%的二乙二醇单丁醚、0.3%的高分子微胞囊剂、0.9%的2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入0.55%的辣椒精纯提取素、0.25%的芥末提取物、0.55%的辣椒素、0.05%的胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。

1.一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂,其特征在于,本配方按质量配比为:辣椒精纯提取素0.45~0.55%、芥末提取物0.15~0.25%、辣椒素0.45~0.55%、胡椒素0.05~0.15%、水溶性聚磷酸铵4.0~4.5%、十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵2.5~3.5%、乙二醇1.2~1.4%、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱2.0~3.0%、BS-12 1.5~2.0%、烷基糖苷APG2.2~2.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.0~1.2%、氟碳表面活性剂1.5~2.0%、二乙二醇单丁醚2.2~2.6%、高分子微胞囊剂0.2~0.5%、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇0.9~1.2%、其余为去离子水,以上各组成成分之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂,其特征在于,该配方的最佳组合配方按照质量配比是:辣椒精纯提取素0.5%、芥末提取物0.2%、辣椒素0.5%、胡椒素0.1%、水溶性聚磷酸铵4.3%、十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵3%、乙二醇1.3%、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱2.5%、BS-12 1.75%、烷基糖苷APG2.4%、十二烷基硫酸钠1.1%、氟碳表面活性剂1.75%、二乙二醇单丁醚2.4%、高分子微胞囊剂0.35%、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇1%、其余为去离子水,以上各组成成分之和为100%。
3. 一种具有反恐作用的消防药剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,首先,准确称取去离子水于反应罐内,保持反应罐内温度在20—40℃下,然后把计量好的水溶性聚磷酸铵加入反应罐内,搅拌30分钟,加入十二烷基硫酸二乙醇铵、乙二醇、椰油酰胺冰机甜菜碱、BS-12 、烷基糖苷、十二烷基硫酸钠、氟碳表面活性剂、二乙二醇单丁醚、高分子微胞囊剂、2-甲基-2,4戊二醇在保持温度20—40℃的条件下继续搅拌120min, 再缓缓加入辣椒精纯提取素、芥末提取物、辣椒素、胡椒素搅拌60分钟,然后,用精密PH值试纸测上述混合液的PH值,用1:1盐酸溶液或氨水调节PH值,使其成品PH值控制在7.0-8.0范围内;最后,将配制好的产品打入成品罐,取样检验,检验合格后装入桶入库。
