技术领域
本发明涉及储水领域,特别是涉及一种储水装置。
背景技术
传统的储水装置如温水瓶或保温杯,温水瓶在使用过程中外壳老化后容易出现储水装置的损坏,同时传统的储水装置的外壳仅仅只由一层塑料壳体组成,在拿放的过程中如果力度过大也容易导致内胆的损坏,安装从底部将内胆放入,在使用过程中内胆有脱落的风险;传统的保温杯大部分为一体结构,内层损坏后,不能进行更换。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种储水装置,具有在健康、耐用、经济、环保、方便不易损坏的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种储水装置,包括外套、套盖、储水瓶和所述储水瓶的瓶口相配合的瓶盖,所述外套的纵截面呈“凹”字形,所述外套与所述套盖连接后其中部形成用于容纳所述储水瓶的空腔,所述套盖上设有供所述储水瓶的瓶口露出的开口,所述外套由四层结构组成,由外至内依次包括外层、隔热层、保温层和缓冲层;
所述瓶盖包括瓶塞和呈“ㄇ”字形的盖子,所述瓶塞设于所述盖子的底部中部,所述瓶塞包括固定层和包裹设置在固定层外侧的密封层。
上述技术方案的工作原理如下:在使用时将储水瓶安装在外套和套盖之间形成的空腔中,且外套由四层结构组成,由外至内依次包括外层、隔热层、保温层和缓冲层,同时为了使其保温和密封性更好,将瓶塞设置为了两层结构。
本发明通过采用从顶部将储水瓶装入外套中,再通过套盖将其盖住,解决了现有保温水瓶从底部装入储水瓶,且在使用过程中,产品老化造成储水瓶外套的底部掉落出来的问题。

9、储水瓶由陶瓷、玻璃或金属材料制成,是因为在陶瓷、玻璃和金属材料均具有耐高温、卫生的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1-3所示,一种储水装置,包括外套1、套盖2、储水瓶3和储水瓶3的瓶口相配合的瓶盖4,所述外套1的纵截面呈“凹”字形,所述外套1与所述套盖2连接后其中部形成用于容纳所述储水瓶3的空腔5,所述套盖2上设有供所述储水瓶3的瓶口露出的开口2-1,所述外套1由四层结构组成,由外至内依次包括外层1-1、隔热层1-2、保温层1-3和缓冲层1-4;
所述瓶盖4包括瓶塞4-1和呈“ㄇ”字形的盖子4-2,所述瓶塞4-1设于所述盖子4-2的底部中部,所述瓶塞4-1包括固定层4-11和包裹设置在固定层4-11外侧的密封层4-12。
上述技术方案的工作原理如下:在使用时将储水瓶3安装在外套1和套盖2之间形成的空腔5中,且外套1由四层结构组成,由外至内依次包括外层1-1、隔热层1-2、保温层1-3和缓冲层1-4,同时为了使其保温和密封性更好,将瓶塞4-1设置为了两层结构。
本发明通过采用从顶部将储水瓶3装入外套1中,再通过套盖2将其盖住,解决了现有保温水瓶从底部装入储水瓶3,且在使用过程中,产品老化造成储水瓶3外套1的底部掉落出来的问题,同时该储水装置可作为水杯或温水瓶使用。
在另外一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述外层1-1由钢板加工而成;所述隔热层1-2由玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉、硅酸盐或气凝胶毡制成;所述保温层1-3由纺织纤维制成;所述缓冲层1-4由硅胶制成。
外层1-1钢板加工而成,解决了现有技术中外套1层由塑料制成,产品老化后容易变脆的技术问题;隔热层1-2采用玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉、硅酸盐或气凝胶毡制成,解决现有技术中储水瓶3破碎后水温对使用者造成烫伤的问题;保温层1-3由纺织纤维制成,解决现有技术中保温时间短的问题;缓冲层1-4由硅胶制成,解决现有技术问题中储水瓶3在使用过程中收到碰撞易破碎的问题。
在另外一个实施例中,所述固定层4-11由橡胶制成;所述密封层4-12由橡胶或硅胶制成。
固定层4-11由橡胶制成,密封层4-12由橡胶或硅胶制成,解决了现有技术中采用木塞,温度易从瓶口流失的技术问题。
在另外一个实施例中,所述外套1和所述套盖2之间的连接方式为插接、螺纹连接或卡接。
外套1和套盖2之间采用插接、螺纹连接或卡接,是为了避免连接不稳固,在使用过程中外套1和套盖2之间脱落。
在另外一个实施例中,如图4所示,所述瓶盖4的顶部设有容纳槽4-3,所述容纳槽4-3内设有与所述储水瓶3的瓶口相配合的塞子6,所述容纳槽4-3的槽口处设有封盖4-4。
在瓶盖4上设置容纳槽4-3,且容纳槽4-3内设置有与储水瓶3的瓶口相配合的塞子6,是为了解决当瓶盖4损坏后,有备用的塞子6,该塞子6为木制塞子,避免出现储水瓶3不能密封的问题,同时封盖4-4和容纳槽4-3的槽口为过盈配合,且该封盖4-4由橡胶制成。
在另外一个实施例中,如图5所示,所述外层1-1的外侧壁上设有第一把手1-5和提手1-6。
在外层1-1的外侧壁上设置第一把手1-5是为了方便倒水有握的地方,设置提手1-6是为了方便移动储水装置,当该储水装置作为水杯使用时,提手1-6为编织绳,方便外出携带;当该储水装置作为温水瓶使用时,提手1-6由不锈钢制成,避免提手1-6在使用过程中折断,造成内胆的损坏。
在另外一个实施例中,如图6所示,所述瓶盖4的盖子4-2外侧壁上设有第二把手4-5。
在瓶盖4的盖子4-2外侧壁上设置第二把手4-5是为了方便将瓶盖4作为杯子使用。
在另外一个实施例中,如图7和图8所示,所述外层1-1的外侧套设有布套1-8,所述布套1-8的外侧壁上还设有收纳袋1-7。
在外层1-1的外侧套设有布套1-8是为了方便该储水装置作为水杯使用时,避免在拿取时打滑壁,造成内胆的损坏,同时在布套1-8的外侧壁上设置收纳袋1-7,是为了解决现有技术中吸管、茶叶或其他饮品的原料放置在不同地方,外出不方便携带的问题。
在另外一个实施例中,所述储水瓶3由陶瓷、玻璃或金属材料制成。
储水瓶3由陶瓷、玻璃或金属材料制成,是因为在陶瓷、玻璃和金属材料均具有耐高温、卫生的优点,其中金属材料优选的有不锈钢或铁,最优的为不锈钢。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种储水装置,包括储水瓶和所述储水瓶的瓶口相配合的瓶盖,其特征在于,还包括外套和套盖,所述外套的纵截面呈“凹”字形,所述外套与所述套盖连接后其中部形成用于容纳所述储水瓶的空腔,所述套盖上设有供所述储水瓶的瓶口露出的开口,所述外套由四层结构组成,由外至内依次包括外层、隔热层、保温层和缓冲层;
所述瓶盖包括瓶塞和呈“ㄇ”字形的盖子,所述瓶塞设于所述盖子的底部中部,所述瓶塞包括固定层和包裹设置在固定层外侧的密封层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述外层由钢板加工而成;所述隔热层由玻璃纤维、石棉、岩棉、硅酸盐、气凝胶毡中的任意一种制成;所述保温层由纺织纤维制成;所述缓冲层由硅胶制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述固定层由橡胶制成;所述密封层由橡胶或硅胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述外套和所述套盖之间的连接方式为插接、螺纹连接或卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述瓶盖的顶部设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内设有与所述储水瓶的瓶口相配合的塞子,所述容纳槽的槽口处设有封盖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述外层的外侧壁上设有第一把手和提手。
7.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述瓶盖的盖子外侧壁上设有第二把手。
8.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述外层的外侧套设有布套,所述布套的外侧壁上还设有收纳袋。
9.根据权利要求1所述的储水装置,其特征在于,所述储水瓶由陶瓷、玻璃或金属材料制成。
