Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3-4, the clothes care steam device includes an electromagnetic pump 400, a pressure boiler 100, an electromagnetic valve 200, and a steam outlet pipe 300, which are connected in sequence according to the flow direction of water and steam, wherein the pressure boiler is used for heating the water delivered from the electromagnetic pump to convert the water into pressure steam, and outputting the pressure steam through the electromagnetic valve and the steam outlet pipe, and the pressure boiler controls the release of the steam by controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve during operation, releases the steam when the electromagnetic valve is opened, does not release the steam when the electromagnetic valve is closed, and controls the electromagnetic valve, which is generally realized through control buttons such as a button convenient to control. When the product is in a cooling state after being used, steam in the steam outlet pipe is condensed, condensed water 800 is accumulated at the bottommost part in the steam outlet pipe, and negative pressure is formed in the pressure boiler due to the condensation of the steam.
A check valve is disposed on the water inlet pipe between the electromagnetic pump 400 and the pressure boiler 100, and the check valve is used for controlling water to flow through the check valve and conduct in a one-way manner towards the pressure boiler, so that the pressure boiler is closed by closing the check valve and the electromagnetic valve after the pressure boiler stops working. So that a certain negative pressure is always kept after the pressure boiler is cooled in a closed state. It should be noted that the operation of the pressure boiler may be continuous heating or intermittent heating. The continuous heating is the continuous output of power, and the electric energy is converted into heat energy; the intermittent heating is performed by heating the pressure boiler occasionally, stopping the heating occasionally, and alternately performing the heating and the stopping of the heating. The pressure boiler is out of operation, meaning that it is no longer in operation.
In this embodiment, the check valve is the check valve 500 shown in fig. 2, and the check valve 500 controls the flow of water through the check valve to the pressure boiler. Specifically, the check valve has a valve cavity 501 and a valve port 502 communicated with the valve cavity, a valve plug 504 sealed on the valve port by the elasticity of a spring 503 is arranged in the valve cavity, when water is delivered, the water provides enough pressure through an electromagnetic pump to overcome the elasticity of the spring to push the valve plug away from the valve port, and the water flows into the pressure boiler to be converted into steam. When the electromagnetic pump stops water delivery, the one-way valve is automatically closed. In specific implementation, the one-way valve can be an electromagnetic valve, and the opening and closing of the one-way valve are controlled by the controller.
The opening pressure of the check valve is set to 1.5-3.0bar, which is determined by the elasticity of the spring and the size of the valve port. The value of the negative pressure in the pressure boiler depends on the set opening pressure of the non-return valve.
The pressure boiler is provided with a temperature sensor for collecting and detecting the temperature of the pressure boiler to control, and the temperature sensor can be a thermistor 600 or a normally closed temperature controller 700.
The clothes care steam device with the structure can be applied to clothes care appliances, and the air outlet pipe is connected with the brush head; a tank configured to store water. Furthermore, the appliance may be embodied as a steam station iron or a garment steamer as described in the background section.
In view of the above-mentioned structure of the clothes care steam device, after the pressure boiler stops working, the electromagnetic valve and the one-way valve are closed to seal the pressure boiler so as to form negative pressure inside the pressure boiler after the temperature of the pressure boiler is reduced; before the negative pressure disappears, the electromagnetic valve is opened according to the set condition, the negative pressure in the pressure boiler has the absorption effect on the water condensed by the steam in the air outlet pipe, namely, the water condensed by the steam in the air outlet pipe is enabled to flow back to the pressure boiler by means of the negative pressure in the pressure boiler, so that accumulated water in the air outlet pipe is eliminated, the condensed water is prevented from being brought to the brush head by the steam when the pressure boiler is used next time, water spraying is avoided, and the better ironing effect is ensured.
Particularly, when the electromagnetic valve is opened according to the set condition, the electromagnetic valve is closed after the electromagnetic valve is kept opened for the set time period. The set time period is 2-5 seconds. In the set time period, because of the negative pressure in the pressure boiler, the condensed water in the steam outlet pipe automatically flows back to the pressure boiler under the pressure difference between the atmospheric pressure and the pressure in the pressure boiler, and no water exists in the air outlet pipe. After the set period of time is over, the solenoid valve closes. When the electromagnetic valve is opened to release steam, the phenomenon of water spraying can not occur, and a better ironing effect is ensured.
Specifically, the set condition is that the temperature of the pressure boiler is less than or equal to 90 ℃. And the electromagnetic valve can be opened according to the set conditions in the temperature rising process of the pressure boiler. The temperature raising process may be a process in which the pressure boiler starts heating from normal temperature to high temperature, or a process in which the pressure boiler is heated again to high temperature at a certain intermittent higher temperature. The electromagnetic valve can also be opened according to the set conditions in the temperature reduction process of the pressure boiler. The temperature reduction process can be a process that the pressure boiler is cooled from high temperature to normal temperature, and can also be a process that the pressure boiler is cooled from high temperature to a certain higher temperature.
For the temperature detection, a thermistor can be used for detecting the temperature of the pressure boiler, the controller judges the temperature of the thermistor under the power-on state of the clothes care appliance product, and if the temperature of the thermistor is less than or equal to 90 ℃, the controller (such as a PCBA circuit board) controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for a set time period and then closes the electromagnetic valve.
The temperature can be detected by using a normally closed temperature controller, the normally closed temperature controller and the electromagnetic valve are connected in series in a circuit, and the closing temperature of the normally closed temperature controller is set to be less than or equal to 90 ℃; when the clothes care appliance product is in a power-on state, the electromagnetic valve is opened when the normally closed temperature controller is closed, and the electromagnetic valve is closed when the normally closed temperature controller is disconnected.
The solution of the invention can be applied to steam stations irons and garment steamers as described in the background to constitute different garment care steaming appliances.
Through this solution, when the consumer used the product, the product can be before producing steam with the automatic backward flow of the comdenstion water of going out the interior accumulation of steam pipe to the pressure cooker in, avoid brush head play steam to produce the water spray phenomenon.
An example of a control method is as follows: after the appliance is used, the pressure boiler stops working, the one-way valve and the electromagnetic valve are closed, and the pressure boiler is sealed; and then the power is cut off, the pressure boiler is naturally cooled, and a certain negative pressure is always kept after the pressure boiler is cooled in a closed state. When the temperature of the pressure boiler is less than or equal to 90 ℃, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for 3 seconds and then closes the electromagnetic valve, during the opening period of the electromagnetic valve for 3 seconds, condensed water in the steam outlet pipe automatically flows back to the pressure boiler under the atmospheric pressure because of the negative pressure in the pressure boiler, and no water exists in the steam outlet pipe. After the set period of time is over, the solenoid valve closes. After that, pressure boiler rises to high temperature and can turn into steam with water, then when releasing steam through opening the solenoid valve, can not take place the water spray phenomenon, guarantees the ironing effect of preferred. Wherein, open the solenoid valve can be synchronous with the start-up electromagnetic pump, then the electromagnetic pump carries water to pressure boiler, and water is released outward through open solenoid valve, outlet duct, brush head after being converted into steam by the heating in pressure boiler.
An example of another control method is as follows: after the appliance is used, the pressure boiler stops working, the one-way valve and the electromagnetic valve are closed, and the pressure boiler is sealed; and then the power is cut off, the pressure boiler is naturally cooled, and a certain negative pressure is always kept after the pressure boiler is cooled in a closed state. When the power is connected again for use, the temperature is measured by the normally closed temperature controller, if the temperature of the pressure boiler is less than or equal to 90 ℃, the normally closed temperature controller is closed, the electromagnetic valve is opened, during the opening period of the electromagnetic valve, because negative pressure exists in the pressure boiler, condensed water in the steam outlet pipe automatically flows back to the pressure boiler under the atmospheric pressure, and no water exists in the steam outlet pipe. When the temperature of the pressure boiler is increased and the normally closed temperature controller is closed, the electromagnetic valve is closed. After that, pressure boiler continues to heat up to high temperature and can turn into steam with water, then when releasing steam through opening the solenoid valve, can not take place the water spray phenomenon, guarantees the ironing effect of preferred.
