Abstract
一种钽粉、钽粉坯块、钽粉烧结体、钽阳极、电解电容器及钽粉制备方法。该钽粉含有硼元素,且钽粉的比表面积大于或等于4m2/g;钽粉的硼含量与钽粉的比表面积之比为2~16,硼含量按质量ppm计,比表面积按m2/g计;钽粉中通过ρ目的粉末占钽粉总质量的85%以上,ρ=150~170,该高比容钽粉具有较低的漏电流和损耗,较好的成型性。
