As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an emergency drilling method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to an emergency drilling device, where the emergency drilling device may specifically be a computer device, such as a computer, and the emergency drilling device may implement the method through software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S01 to S04.
Step S01, the label information of the participant is acquired.
The label information may be, but is not limited to, working life, the number of times of participating in public health emergency drills, the number of times of actually handling emergent public health events, and the like. The label information may be used to reflect the work experience of the participants for subsequent grouping and assignment of the drilling plan based on the work experience of the participants.
And step S02, grouping the participants according to the label information of the participants to obtain at least one participant group.
In a specific implementation, since the tag information may represent the work experience of the participants, the participants may be divided into a plurality of participant groups with different experience levels according to the tag information during the specific grouping, for example, highly experienced participants (e.g., those experienced in actually handling the emergent public health event) may be divided into one group, and relatively inexperienced participants (e.g., those who have just entered the job) may be divided into another group; alternatively, the participants may be divided into a plurality of participant groups of the same experience level according to the tag information, for example, highly experienced participants and inexperienced participants may be divided into different participant groups.
In addition, in order to facilitate the management of the participating groups, a group leader may be selected for each participating group, and in specific implementation, the group leader may be selected according to the tag information, for example, a person with the most experience in each group may be selected as the group leader.
And step S03, respectively allocating a corresponding preset drilling scheme to each of the participating groups according to the label information of the participants in each of the participating groups, so that the participating groups perform emergency drilling according to the corresponding preset drilling scheme.
The preset drilling scheme is a pre-established drilling scheme, and the drilling scheme is mainly used for planning the whole drilling process, for example, when the emergency drilling is emergency answer drilling, namely answer drilling of emergency related knowledge is performed, the drilling scheme should include all questions and the like needing to be answered in the whole drilling process; or when the emergency drilling is the actual operation drilling, namely the actual operation drilling for processing the emergent public health event is performed, the drilling scheme should include the actual operation drilling items (such as the specific name and the treatment requirement of the emergent public health event) and the like.
In specific implementation, a plurality of sets of drilling schemes can be preset, and the plurality of sets of drilling schemes can be equal in difficulty coefficient or different in difficulty coefficient so as to be convenient for scheme allocation of a plurality of participation groups. For example, when the participants are divided into a plurality of participant groups of different experience levels, the plurality of participant groups may be respectively assigned with the drilling schemes corresponding to the difficulty factors. For example, a drilling scheme with a large difficulty coefficient is allocated to a very experienced group, and a drilling scheme with a relatively small difficulty coefficient is allocated to a relatively inexperienced group, so that the drilling scheme matched with the work experience of the participants can be obtained, and the fairness and the reasonableness of drilling are ensured. For another example, when the participants are divided into a plurality of participant groups with the same experience level, that is, highly experienced participants and inexperienced participants are all divided into different participant groups, a plurality of participant groups may be assigned with a drilling scheme with the same difficulty factor, or even the same drilling scheme, so that the fairness and the rationality of drilling may be ensured.
Step S04, acquiring the drilling process data generated by the participating group in the emergency drilling process, and generating the drilling report of the participating group according to the drilling process data, wherein the drilling process data comprises voice data and/or video data.
In specific implementation, emergency drilling can be performed in a specified place (such as an emergency drilling place), in order to obtain drilling process data generated by a participating group in the emergency drilling process, a camera and/or a recording device (such as a sound pickup) can be distributed in the specified place, for example, when performing emergency answering drilling, answering voice of an answering person can be obtained, or when performing actual drilling, operation action monitoring video of an operator can be obtained, so that the participating person is drilled and scored according to the answering voice and/or the monitoring video, and drilling scoring of the participating person is recorded in a drilling report of the participating group where the participating person is located, thereby automatically forming a drilling report of the participating group.
In some optional embodiments, the preset drilling scheme includes emergency answer drilling, the drilling process data includes answer voice data, and the step of generating the drilling report of the participating group according to the drilling process data may specifically include:
identifying corresponding target participants according to the answer voice data, and determining a target participation group to which the target participants belong;
extracting the answer content of the target actor from the answer voice data, matching the extracted answer content with a preset standard answer, and generating a drilling score according to a matching result;
and recording the drilling score as the answer mark of the target participant in the drilling report of the target participant group.
Specifically, when performing emergency answer practice, the recording device arranged in the practice place collects answer voice data of the participants, and can identify the target participants corresponding to the answer voice data by combining a voiceprint recognition technology, namely, identify which participant generates the answer voice data when answering the question, and determine a target participation group to which the target participants belong; then extracting the answer content of the target actor from the answer voice data by using a voice-to-text technology, matching the extracted answer content with a preset standard answer (text matching), and generating a drilling score according to a matching result; and finally, recording the drilling scores of the target participants in the drilling reports of the target participant group to which the target participants belong so as to finally generate the drilling reports of the target participant group.
In specific implementation, answering questions can be extracted from answering voice data, and preset standard answers are obtained according to the answering questions; or the answer questions can be deduced from the answer contents of the target participants, and then the preset standard answers are obtained according to the answer questions. In addition, a corresponding drill score can be preset for each matching result, for example, when the matching rate of the answer content and the preset standard answer is 98%, the corresponding drill score can be set to 98, so that the corresponding drill score can be inquired according to the matching result.
In addition, in some alternative embodiments, the preset drilling scheme may further include a practice drilling, the drilling process data may further include monitoring video data, and the step of generating the drilling report of the participating group according to the drilling process data may include:
identifying corresponding target participants according to the monitoring video data, and determining a target participation group to which the target participants belong;
extracting the operation action of the target actor from the monitoring video data, matching the extracted operation action with a preset standard action, and generating a drilling score according to a matching result;
and recording the drilling score as the answer mark of the target participant in the drilling report of the target participant group.
Specifically, when performing the practice, a camera arranged in a practice place performs video monitoring on the participants to obtain monitoring video data, and then a target participant corresponding to the monitoring video data can be identified by combining a face identification technology, that is, which participant performs the practice, is identified in the monitoring video, and a target participation group to which the target participant belongs is determined; then, the AI vision technology is used for identifying the operation actions (such as whether to wear a mask, wear protective clothing and the like) of the target participants from the monitoring video data, matching the extracted operation actions with the preset standard actions (action matching), and generating a drilling score according to the matching result; and finally, recording the drilling scores of the target participants in the drilling reports of the target participant group to which the target participants belong so as to finally generate the drilling reports of the target participant group.
It should be noted that, in the process of identifying the operation actions of the participants from the monitoring video data, only the actions actually performed by the participants can be identified, and specific details of the actions performed by the participants, such as whether the participants wear masks, wear protective clothing, wear gloves, etc., are not needed to be identified, so that the requirements on system resources can be reduced, the speed of action identification can be increased, and the system can be prevented from being stuck. Of course, the specific operation details of the participants can also be identified if the resources allow.
In specific implementation, the real-time practice items can be obtained from the preset practice schemes of the target participants, and then the preset standard actions can be obtained according to the real-time practice items. Or deducing the real exercise drilling item from the operation action of the target participant, and then acquiring the preset standard action according to the real exercise drilling item. In addition, in some optional embodiments, the preset drilling scheme may further include both real-time drilling and emergency answer drilling, and correspondingly, the drilling process data includes both the monitoring video data and the answer voice data, and for such a case, the monitoring video data and the answer voice data are processed by combining the two processing modes, that is, the monitoring video data is processed by the video processing mode, and the answer voice data is processed by the voice processing mode.
In summary, in the emergency drilling method in the above embodiments of the present invention, the emergency drilling plan is automatically completed by acquiring the tag information of the participants and automatically grouping and allocating the drilling schemes according to the tag information, and the drilling process data generated by the participants in the emergency drilling process is acquired and the drilling reports of the participants are automatically generated according to the drilling process data, so that the intelligent degree of the whole drilling process is high, the workload of the managers, the leaders and the experts can be greatly reduced, the related personnel are more willing to take public health emergency drilling, and the occurrence of the drilling phenomenon is avoided.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, an emergency drilling method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to an emergency drilling device, where the emergency drilling device may specifically be a computer device, such as a computer, and the emergency drilling device may implement the method through software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S11-S16.
And step S11, acquiring label information of the participants, wherein the label information comprises experience characterization values.
In specific implementation, a plurality of token value intervals may be pre-divided, and each token value interval is correspondingly allocated with one participation group, for example, when there are three token value intervals, three participation groups may be correspondingly divided. In addition, the experience characterization value can be calculated according to the working years of the participants, the times of participating in the public health emergency exercises and the times of actually processing emergent public health events, and can be specifically calculated according to the following formula:
P=X*a+Y*b+Z*c
wherein P represents an experience characterization value, X, Y and Z represent the working life, the number of times of participating in the public health emergency drill and the number of times of actually processing the emergent public health event, respectively, and a, b and c represent weight coefficients of the working life, the number of times of participating in the public health emergency drill and the number of times of actually processing the emergent public health event, respectively, and the weight coefficients may be preset, for example, a, b and c may be configured to be 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5, respectively. For example, if the working life of the emergency personnel xiao wang is three years, and the emergency personnel xiao wang respectively participate in a public health emergency exercise and actually deal with an emergent public health event, the experience characteristic value P =3 × 0.2+1 × 0.3+1 × 0.5= 1.4.
And step S12, distributing the participants to corresponding participation groups according to the characteristic value intervals to which the experience characteristic values of the participants belong.
For example, if the empirical characteristic value of the queen is 1.4 and belongs to the characteristic value interval 1-1.5, the queen is respectively moved to a second participation group corresponding to the characteristic value interval 1-1.5; if the empirical characteristic value of the plums is 0.9 and belongs to the characteristic value interval of 0.5-1, the kings are respectively put into a first participation group corresponding to the characteristic value interval of 0.5-1.
And step S13, calculating the average experience characteristic value of the participants in each participation group.
And accumulating the experience characteristic values of all the participants in the participation group and averaging to obtain the average experience characteristic value of the participation group.
And step S14, respectively looking up a table according to the average experience characterization value of each participating group to obtain the corresponding preset drilling scheme.
In specific implementation, a preset drilling scheme may be respectively configured for each token value interval, and the token value interval and the preset drilling scheme configured corresponding to the token value interval are recorded in the mapping table, so that in actual use, according to the token value interval to which the average experience token value of the participating group belongs, the preset drilling scheme corresponding to the participating group may be obtained by looking up a table.
And step S15, the preset drilling schemes obtained by table lookup are respectively sent to the corresponding participating groups, so that the participating groups perform emergency drilling according to the corresponding preset drilling schemes.
Step S16, acquiring the drilling process data generated by the participating group in the emergency drilling process, and generating the drilling report of the participating group according to the drilling process data, wherein the drilling process data comprises voice data and/or video data.
Step S16 is the same as the specific implementation process of step S04, and when step S16 is implemented, the corresponding content of step S04 may be entered, which is not described herein again.
In addition, in the process of performing emergency drilling by the participating team according to the corresponding preset drilling scheme, the method may further include:
when a temporary insertion drilling scheme is received, judging whether the temporary insertion drilling scheme is a drilling scheme temporarily inserted by a person with a preset authority;
and if so, responding to the temporary insertion exercise scheme with the highest priority.
The personnel with the preset authority can be emergency management personnel, leaders and/or experts, that is, the personnel with the preset authority can temporarily insert a new drilling scheme in the process of emergency drilling so as to further manufacture some emergency situations and increase the drilling difficulty. For example, a leader may enter a new emergency drilling answer or actual operation project on the system during the live supervising process, at which point the system will respond to the ad hoc insertion drilling plan with the highest priority (i.e., priority treatment), such as a drill directly into the ad hoc insertion drilling plan, or a drill immediately into the ad hoc insertion drilling plan after the currently ongoing drilling project is over.
Further, in some optional embodiments, after the step of generating the drilling report of the participating team according to the drilling process data, the method further comprises:
and updating the experience characterization values of the participants according to the drill report.
It can be understood that, since the experience characteristic value is related to the number of times of performing, after the report is generated, it also represents that the person who performs the performance completes one performance successfully, and the experience characteristic value of the person who performs the performance needs to be updated. For example, if b is equal to 0.3, the experience characteristic value of each person participating in the exercise at this time needs to be increased by 0.3 after the exercise report is generated.
However, the above-mentioned method of updating the experience characteristic value has a drawback that the experience characteristic value of each participant is increased by the same amount, which is not disclosed to the person with prominent exercise performance, and the enthusiasm of the participants is affected in the past.
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawback, in another alternative embodiment, after the step of generating the drilling report of the participating team according to the drilling process data, the method may further include:
extracting the drilling scores of the participants from the drilling reports of the participating groups;
calculating an experience updating value of the participants according to the drilling scores of the participants;
updating the experience representation value of the participant according to the experience update value;
wherein the experience update value is equal to the drill score of the participant multiplied by a set coefficient, the set coefficient being any value greater than 1, for example, 1.1.
That is, in the present embodiment, the experience representation value of the actor is updated not based on the number of times of drills but based on the score of drills of the actor. The whole process comprises the steps of extracting the drilling score of the participants from the drilling report, multiplying the drilling score by a set coefficient to obtain an experience updated value, and updating the experience representation value of the participants according to the experience updated value. It can be understood that, since the drill score of each participant is multiplied by the same setting coefficient, the higher the drill score is, the larger the experience update value is, and the more the experience representation value is increased, so as to encourage the emergency personnel to actively fight against the emergency drill.
EXAMPLE III
