The industrial safety emergency management platform based on big data analysis technology according to claim 1, wherein the emergency command system comprises an emergency command linkage controller, an emergency broadcasting device, a public address intercom device, a program-controlled telephone device, a wireless intercom device and an emergency command short message sending terminal; wherein:
the emergency command linkage controller receives an emergency command linkage execution instruction sent by the configuration linkage monitoring server and respectively sends control commands corresponding to the instruction to corresponding emergency command linkage equipment;
the emergency broadcasting equipment is a plurality of emergency broadcasting playing equipment arranged at a production site and an escape passage and is used for playing corresponding broadcasting voices stored and issued by the emergency command linkage controller and guiding field personnel to evacuate;
the short message sending terminal is connected with the emergency command linkage controller, on-site monitoring personnel and mobile monitoring terminals of the monitoring personnel of the monitoring center, and sends accident information corresponding to accidents and corresponding rescue evacuation information;
the public address intercom equipment, the program-controlled telephone device and the wireless intercom equipment are a plurality of emergency communication equipment arranged on a production site, are powered by a standby battery power supply, are started to supply power when an accident triggers alarm, and are used for transmitting command and evacuation command during emergency command.

the personnel identity recognition equipment and the personnel identity positioning device are an area in-out personnel recognition device and an area position recording device which are arranged on a production site and are used for acquiring personnel identity and position information and uploading records;
the entrance guard control system receives the alarm signal of the accident simulation system, opens the entrance guard devices in all areas when an accident is triggered, and provides support for emergency rescue and evacuation.
