工作原理:预警组件2对仓库本体1内的烟气情况起到监测和预警作用,预警组件2包括烟气收集管201,烟气收集管201固定贯穿于仓库本体1的上壁,烟气收集管201的下端固定连接有烟气收集斗202,氧气收集管201的上端连通设置有连接板203,连接板203的上端面固定连接有电离室204,电离室204的内部安装有粒子放射源,粒子放射源在电离室204的内部放射α粒子,电离室204电连接有电路板205,电路板205电连接有声音报警器206,声音报警器206,电离室204的上端连通设置有负压管207,负压管207的两端分别连接有第一连接管208的一端和第二连接管209的一端,第一连接管208的另一端与风机210相连接,第二连接管209的另一端与风窗211相连接,风机210和风窗211分别安装于仓库本体1的两侧壁上,预警组件2的工作过程为,风机210工作,使空气不断沿第一连接管208、负压管207和第二连接管209流动,空气在负压管207内流动过程中,负压管201内产生一定负压,由此使得与其相连通的电离室204内产生一定负压,当仓库本体1内有烟气存在时,烟气在一定负压作用下会很快沿烟气收集斗202和烟气收集管201,进入到电离室204内,由于电离室204内的α粒子很容易被微小颗粒阻止,因此聚集于电离室204内的电极上的α粒子数量减少,此时电路板205探测到电离室204电压电流的变化,从而控制声音报警器206发出警报,灵敏度高,预警效果佳,仓库本体1的内部侧壁上安装有监控器3和温度传感器4,监控器3和温度传感器4的设置用于监测仓库本体1内的情况和温度,温度传感器4与外部温度显示器电连接,仓库本体1的外侧壁上设置有隐藏监控器5,监控器3和隐藏监控器5均与外部监控显示端电连接,隐藏监控器5作为备用摄像头,在仓库本体1处于常态时,不会启用,当仓库本体1内发生险情时,如遇火灾,仓库本体1内的监控器3遭到破坏,此时可启用隐藏摄像头502,用以监控仓库本体1内情况,确定火源或其他危险源头发生处,以便有针对性的对仓库本体1内实施救援等活动,隐藏监控器5的设置也便于险情结束后的取证工作。Working principle: The
