Detailed Description
The following description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a statistical method for human body biological information according to the present application. The statistical method of the human body biological information comprises the following steps:
s101: a data set is obtained containing the biological information of the human body collected by the cervical vertebra massager, the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager, the identity of the user using the cervical vertebra massager, and the delivery address of the purchase of the cervical vertebra massager.
Specifically, the execution body of the above step S101 is a processor, which may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ). The processor may be an integrated circuit chip with signal processing capabilities. The processor may also be a general purpose processor, a digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), a Field programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components. In addition, the processor may be commonly implemented by a plurality of integrated circuit chips.
The human body biological information collected by the cervical vertebra massage instrument comprises body temperature, blood pressure and the like, and the structure of the specific cervical vertebra massage instrument is described later.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an embodiment of step S101 in fig. 1. The step S101 specifically includes:
s201: the method comprises the steps of receiving position information of a mobile terminal, identity information of the mobile terminal and human body biological information acquired by the cervical vertebra massager, wherein the position information of the mobile terminal is bound with the cervical vertebra massager, and taking the position information of the mobile terminal as the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager and the identity information of the mobile terminal as the identity of a user using the cervical vertebra massager.
Specifically, communication elements such as bluetooth and wireless can be arranged in the cervical vertebra massage instrument, when the cervical vertebra massage instrument is connected with the mobile terminal for the first time, the mobile terminal can bind the cervical vertebra massage instrument with the mobile terminal in a mode such as account registration, so that human body biological information collected by the subsequent cervical vertebra massage instrument can be sent to the mobile terminal bound with the cervical vertebra massage instrument.
In addition, the mobile terminal and the cervical vertebra massage instrument bound with the mobile terminal are in the same geographic position under the condition of high probability. Therefore, the mobile terminal can obtain the position information through the built-in positioning system, and the subsequent processor can take the position information as the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager bound with the position information after receiving the position information. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal can also send the unique equipment identification code or the telephone number of the SIM card built in the mobile terminal to the processor as identity information, and the processor takes the identity information as the identity of the user using the cervical vertebra massage instrument. Even if there is a situation that the identity of the user actually using the cervical vertebra massager is not the same person as the identity information of the mobile terminal, for example, the user actually using the cervical vertebra massager is the old and the child actually using the mobile terminal is the child of the old, it is foreseeable that there is a correlation between the actually used user identity and the identity information of the mobile terminal, and the identity information of the mobile terminal is used as the user identity of the cervical vertebra massager, so that the actual user can be tracked later.
S202: and sending an order information acquisition request of the cervical vertebra massage instrument matched with the user identity to a third-party shopping platform.
Specifically, the third party shopping platform may be jindong, naughty, etc. After receiving the identity information returned by the mobile terminal, the processor in step S202 may use the identity information (e.g., name, phone number, etc.) to send a cervical vertebra massager order acquisition request matched with the user identity to all third party shopping platforms.
S203: and receiving order information returned by the third-party shopping platform, and obtaining a delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the order information.
Specifically, in some cases, the user may purchase more than one cervical vertebra massager on the third party shopping platform, where step S203 specifically includes: judging whether the number of the received order information is more than or equal to 2; if yes, forwarding order information to the mobile terminal, receiving confirmation information returned by the mobile terminal, and obtaining a delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the confirmation information; otherwise, directly obtaining the delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the order information. This approach may increase the accuracy of the returned shipping address.
In still another embodiment, the delivery address may also be directly returned to the server by the mobile terminal, for example, refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another embodiment of step S101 in fig. 1. The step S101 specifically includes S301: the method comprises the steps of receiving human body biological information sent by a mobile terminal bound with a cervical vertebra massager, position information of the mobile terminal, identity information of the mobile terminal and a delivery address for purchasing the cervical vertebra massager, taking the position information of the mobile terminal as an actual position of the cervical vertebra massager, and taking the identity information of the mobile terminal as a user identity using the cervical vertebra massager. The process of acquiring the delivery address of purchasing the cervical vertebra massager by the mobile terminal can be as follows: the mobile terminal sends an order information acquisition request of the cervical vertebra massage instrument matched with the user identity to a third-party shopping platform; the mobile terminal receives order information returned by the third-party shopping platform and obtains a delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the order information; and sending the delivery address to the server together. When the order information returned by the third-party shopping platform is more than one, the mobile terminal can present the order information to the user, and receive the confirmation information of the user so as to obtain the delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the confirmation information.
In still another embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the data set obtained by the processor, the cervical vertebra massager may be built with a positioning element and a storage element, after the cervical vertebra massager is shipped or arrives at the user's home, the user identity and the delivery address may be pre-stored in the storage element of the cervical vertebra massager by means of the mobile terminal, and the subsequent processor may directly obtain the human body biological information, the actual position, the pre-stored user identity and the pre-stored delivery address sent by the cervical vertebra massager, without transferring through the mobile terminal, so that the accuracy and the efficiency thereof are improved.
S102: and judging whether the actual position is matched with the delivery address.
In general, the actual location obtained by positioning by the positioning system may be accurate to the cell name and the province, street where the cell is located, while the shipping address may be accurate to the house number, cell name and the province, street where the cell is located. In the step S102, it is only necessary to determine whether the cell name in the actual location and the location of the cell are the same as those in the delivery address.
S103: if the two types of the human body biological information are matched, the delivery address is used as the collection position of the human body biological information of the user identity to carry out human body biological information statistics.
Specifically, the processor may establish a plurality of biometric tables, each of which uniquely corresponds to a delivery address and a user identity, in which the use time and biometric information collected at the use time may be recorded.
S104: otherwise, taking the actual position as the acquisition position of the human body biological information of the user identity to carry out human body biological information statistics.
Specifically, the processor may establish a plurality of biometric tables, each of which uniquely corresponds to an actual location and a user identity, in which a usage time and biometric information collected at the usage time may be recorded.
On the one hand, the above-mentioned way of counting the human body biological information can enable the processor to effectively monitor the human body biological information of the user, for example, the subsequent processor can judge whether the body of the user is abnormal such as hyperthermia, tachycardia, hypertension or continuous cough through the human body biological information; on the other hand, the delivery address or the actual position can be selected as the collection position of the human body biological information for statistics, the method can be used for accurately positioning the specific address of the user, and when the body of the user is abnormal (such as hyperthermia, too fast heart rate, too high blood pressure and continuous cough), the user is tracked through the actual position or the delivery address, so that the user can be conveniently contacted and managed.
The statistical method of the human body biological information of the present application is further described below from the perspective of the mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating an embodiment of a method for counting human body biological information according to the present application, where the method for counting human body biological information includes:
s401: the mobile terminal obtains the human body biological information collected by the cervical vertebra massage instrument bound with the mobile terminal, the actual position of the cervical vertebra massage instrument and the identity of the user using the cervical vertebra massage instrument.
Specifically, a communication module such as Bluetooth and wireless can be arranged in the cervical vertebra massage instrument, when the cervical vertebra massage instrument is connected with the mobile terminal for the first time, the mobile terminal can bind the cervical vertebra massage instrument with the mobile terminal in a mode such as account registration, so that human body biological information collected by the subsequent cervical vertebra massage instrument can be sent to the mobile terminal bound with the cervical vertebra massage instrument.
In one embodiment, the step S401 of obtaining, by the mobile terminal, the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager and the identity of the user using the cervical vertebra massager includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of a mobile terminal and identity information of the mobile terminal, taking the position information of the mobile terminal as an actual position of a cervical vertebra massage instrument, and taking the identity information of the mobile terminal as a user identity using the cervical vertebra massage instrument. The mode has lower structural requirements on equipment, and can be realized by using the existing mobile terminal and cervical vertebra massage instrument.
Of course, in other embodiments, the cervical vertebra massager may also be provided with a positioning element and a storage element, when the cervical vertebra massager is first connected with the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may send the user identity (for example, name, mobile phone number, etc.) and/or the delivery address of the cervical vertebra massager to the cervical vertebra massager, and the storage element built in the subsequent cervical vertebra massager may store the received user identity and/or delivery address. The step S401 of the mobile terminal obtaining the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager and the user identity using the cervical vertebra massager includes: acquiring an actual position sent by a cervical vertebra massage instrument and a prestored user identity; alternatively, the actual location of the cervical massager transmissions, the pre-stored user identity, and the pre-stored shipping address are obtained. The method can improve the accuracy of the actual position, the user identity and the delivery address.
Of course, in other embodiments, the delivery address of the cervical vertebra massager may also be obtained by the mobile terminal through the third party shopping platform, specifically: the mobile terminal sends an order information acquisition request of the cervical vertebra massage instrument matched with the user identity to a third-party shopping platform; receiving order information returned by a third-party shopping platform, and obtaining a delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the order information; and sending the delivery address to the server together. When the order information returned by the third-party shopping platform is more than one, the mobile terminal can present the order information to the user, and receive the confirmation information of the user so as to obtain the delivery address related to the cervical vertebra massage instrument from the confirmation information.
S402: the human body biological information, the actual position and the user identity are sent to the server, so that the server can select the acquisition position of the human body biological information taking the actual position or the delivery address as the user identity to carry out human body biological information statistics according to the matching relation between the actual position and the delivery address of the purchase cervical vertebra massage instrument.
The statistical method of the human biological information of the present application is further described below from the perspective of the cervical vertebra massager. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a method for counting human body biological information according to the present application, where the method for counting human body biological information includes:
s501: the cervical vertebra massage instrument collects the human body biological information of the current user identity.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a cervical vertebra massage apparatus. The neck massage apparatus includes a resilient arm 100, a first handle 130, a second handle 140, a conductive portion 120, and an electric pulse generating device (not shown) electrically connected to the conductive portion 120.

In addition, the number of the conductive parts 120 can be 2, and one side of the conductive parts 120 far away from the elastic arm 100 is an arc surface, and the arc surface is in profiling design with the neck of the human body, so that the conductive parts 120 are more attached to the neck of the human body, and the use effect of the product and the comfort level of a user are improved.
In addition, the elastic arm 100 can be deformed under the action of external force so as to well adapt to the thickness of the neck without damaging the electric pulse generating device, and the conductive part 120 is well and comfortably attached to the neck by the downward action of the weights of the first handle 130, the second handle 140, the electric pulse generating device and a battery (not shown), so that the acupuncture pain is not caused.
Further, the elastic arm 100 is provided with an elastic silica gel layer 110 on a side of the conductive portion 120, a placement groove (not shown) is formed on the elastic silica gel layer 110, and the conductive portion 120 is disposed in the placement groove (not shown). Preferably, the conductive portion 120 protrudes from the outer surface of the elastic silica gel layer 110, and a better massage effect can be achieved when the conductive portion 120 protrudes slightly from the outer surface of the elastic silica gel layer 110.
In order to acquire and obtain the biological information of the human body, a biological information acquisition element of the human body can be arranged in the cervical vertebra massage instrument. For example, the human body biological information collecting element includes two pressure sensors (not shown) respectively located at inner sides of the first and second handles 130 and 140, which are oppositely disposed, for sensing pressure signals when being attached to the neck position of the user, so that the subsequent server can determine whether the user coughs and the degree of coughing according to the pressure signals. For another example, the human body biological information collecting element includes a temperature sensing element (e.g., a thermocouple or an infrared temperature detector, etc.), which is located at the inner side of the first handle 130 or the second handle 140 and is disposed away from the conductive part 120, for sensing a temperature when being attached to the neck position of the user, so that the subsequent server can determine whether the user generates heat and the degree of heat generation through the temperature. Alternatively, the temperature sensing element may be a heating element located in the conductive portion 120 for detecting a user temperature when the heating element is not in operation. For another example, the human body biological information collecting element includes an alcohol sensor located outside an end of the first handle 130 or the second handle 140 for detecting alcohol content in gas exhaled from the user so that the subsequent server can determine whether the user drinks or not through the alcohol content. Of course, in other embodiments, the human body biological information collecting element may be other, for example, a blood pressure sensor, etc., which are not listed here.
In addition, the cervical vertebrae massage apparatus is further provided with a communication element such as a wireless communication element, a bluetooth communication element, etc. in order to be able to transmit the human body biological information acquired by the human body biological information acquisition element to a mobile terminal or a server. The communication element may be disposed within either the first handle 130 or the second handle 140.
In addition, a storage element may be provided in the cervical vertebra massager, and some information, such as massage programs of respective functions, purchase addresses of the cervical vertebra massager, etc., may be stored in advance. Or, the cervical vertebra massage instrument can be internally provided with a positioning element which can position the actual position of the cervical vertebra massage instrument.
S502: the human body biological information is sent, so that the server can select the acquisition position of the human body biological information taking the actual position or the delivery address as the identity of the user to carry out human body biological information statistics according to the matching relation between the actual position of the cervical vertebra massage instrument and the delivery address of the cervical vertebra massage instrument.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the cervical vertebra massager in the step S502 may send the acquired human body biological information to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal sends the human body biological information and the position information of the mobile terminal, and the identity information of the mobile terminal to the processor, or the mobile terminal sends the human body biological information and the position information of the mobile terminal, the identity information of the mobile terminal, and the delivery address of the cervical vertebra massager to the processor. The subsequent processor takes the position information of the mobile terminal as the actual position of the cervical vertebra massager and takes the identity information of the mobile terminal as the identity of the user using the cervical vertebra massager.
In still another embodiment, when the storage element, the positioning element and the communication element are built in the cervical vertebra massage apparatus, the cervical vertebra massage apparatus in step S502 can directly send the human body biological information, the actual position, the pre-stored user identity and the pre-stored delivery address to the processor without transferring through the mobile terminal, so that the accuracy and efficiency are improved.
In summary, the statistical system corresponding to the statistical method of the human body biological information may include a processor, a mobile terminal and a cervical vertebra massager; or, a processor and a cervical massager. Specifically, the selection can be performed according to actual conditions.
The foregoing description is only of embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the patent application, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and the contents of the present application or other related technical fields are included in the scope of the patent application.
