本发明属于燃气采暖热水炉技术领域,具体涉及一种冷凝热交换器,包括烟气通道和置于烟气通道上的吸热组件,烟气通道从吸热组件上端面进入,下端面排出,吸热组件下方安装有倾斜的挡水板,挡水板低端设置有排水口。本发明提供的冷凝热交换器,烟气由上至下进入吸热组件,并在吸热组件下方设置排水结构,解决冷凝水排放问题并提高热效率。

技术领域
本发明属于燃气采暖热水炉技术领域,具体涉及一种冷凝热交换器。
背景技术
吸热组件由于内部水路通有冷水,在与上升的热气进行能量交换时,热气中的水蒸气会遇冷凝结在吸热组件的壁面上,影响热交换效率;同时,冷凝水集聚后在自重作用下下滑,造成设备内部积水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冷凝热交换器,烟气由上至下进入吸热组件,并在吸热组件下方设置排水结构,解决冷凝水排放问题并提高热效率。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种冷凝热交换器,包括烟气通道和置于烟气通道上的吸热组件,烟气通道从吸热组件上端面进入,下端面排出,吸热组件下方安装有倾斜的挡水板,挡水板低端设置有排水口。
进一步的,所述吸热组件外部覆盖有烟罩,烟罩底面为烟气入口,烟罩顶部设置烟气出口;烟罩和挡水板构成所述烟气通道,吸热组件横置于烟气通道上。
进一步的,所述烟气通道为Z型走向,所述烟罩一侧设置烟囱。
进一步的,所述烟罩侧壁设置对接排水口的排水管道。
进一步的,所述烟罩侧壁设置对接吸热组件内部水路的进水接口和出水接口。
进一步的,所述挡水板低端设置聚水槽,排水口设置在聚水槽端部。
进一步的,所述吸热组件包括吸热管和吸热片,吸热管平行排列并通过端部的水盒相互连通,吸热片固定在吸热管外侧。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:冷凝水流向与烟气流向一致,减少吸热组件表面凝水;挡水板结构的设置,使得冷凝水及时得到排放,避免酸性的冷凝水影响设备内部。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
一种冷凝热交换器,具体看图3,包括烟气通道(图中箭头所示)和横置于烟气通道上的吸热组件4。本实施例中,烟气通道整体呈Z字型走向,烟气先从烟罩1底部的烟气入口1a进入,再从吸热组件4左侧上升,从吸热组件4上端面进入,下端面排出,再从吸热组件4右侧上升并从烟气出口1b排出。
其中,烟罩1的具体结构呈L型,在一侧形成烟囱5结构。在吸热组件4下方安装倾斜的挡水板2,挡水板2将烟气引导向吸热组件4左侧,并由烟罩1引导至吸热组件4顶部上方,烟气在风机(安装在烟气出口1b)作用下从吸热组件4上端面进入,下端面排出,再由挡水板2将烟气引导向吸热组件4右侧烟囱5并向上排出。
结合图3和图5,挡水板2的另一作用是收集吸热组件4上流下的冷凝水,并使其流向挡水板2的低端,在低端设置聚水槽,并由排水口2a对接排水管道3排出。
结合图1和图2,在烟罩1侧壁设置对接吸热组件4内部水路的进水接口4a和出水接口4b,冷水通过此通道与烟罩1内部烟气通道实现热交换。
具体看图4,吸热组件4,包括吸热管4a和吸热片4b,吸热管4a平行排列并通过端部的水盒4c相互连通,吸热片4b固定在吸热管4a外侧。吸热管之间的间隙为烟气通过的间隙,烟气经过此间隙时与吸热管4a和吸热片4b实现热交换,从而对吸热4a管内部的水流进行加热。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种冷凝热交换器,包括烟气通道和置于烟气通道上的吸热组件(4),其特征在于:烟气通道从吸热组件(4)上端面进入,下端面排出,吸热组件(4)下方安装有倾斜的挡水板(2),挡水板(2)低端设置有排水口(2a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述吸热组件(4)外部覆盖有烟罩(1),烟罩(1)底面为烟气入口(1a),烟罩(1)顶部设置烟气出口(1b);烟罩(1)和挡水板(2)构成所述烟气通道,吸热组件(4)横置于烟气通道上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述烟气通道为Z型走向,所述烟罩(1)一侧设置烟囱(5)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述烟罩(1)侧壁设置对接排水口(2a)的排水管道(3)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述烟罩(1)侧壁设置对接吸热组件(4)内部水路的进水接口(4a)和出水接口(4b)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述挡水板(2)低端设置聚水槽(2b),排水口(2a)设置在聚水槽(2b)端部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷凝热交换器,其特征在于:所述吸热组件(4)包括吸热管(4a)和吸热片(4b),吸热管(4a)平行排列并通过端部的水盒(4c)相互连通,吸热片(4b)固定在吸热管(4a)外侧。
