Abstract

本发明公开了一种行星齿轮滚筒式流水发电装置,用于河流流水发电;它主要包括滚筒、中心轴、电池组、叶片、中空立柱、行星齿轮、航标装置、发电机转子、发电机定子、浮箱、航标灯、弧面A、弧面B,滚筒外周均匀布置多个叶片,叶片有弧面A、弧面B,弧面A的弧度小,弧面B的弧度大;其工作原理是:水流冲击滚筒的多个叶片,根据流体力学原理可知:滚筒的叶片的弧面A上部水流流动快,水流压力小,弧面B下部水流流动漫,水流压力大,叶片的上下弧形面将产生压力差,这样水流始终推动滚筒绕中心轴反时针转动,滚筒的内轮齿A推动行星齿轮转动,行星齿轮的轮齿B推动发电机转子的轮齿C转动从而推动发电机转子转动发电并给航标装置的电池组充电。

技术领域
本发明主要用于河流流水发电,为河流中的航标灯提供电力。
背景技术
目前已使用的河道航标灯不能自主供电,需要人工供给电能,极其不方便。
发明内容
本发明利用河流流水发电,自动为河道里的航标灯提供电力,解决了航标灯供电的难题; 它主要包括滚筒(1)、中心轴(2)、电池组(3)、轮齿A(4)、叶片(5)、中空立柱(6)、行星齿轮(7)、航标装置(8)、轮齿C(9)、发电机转子(10)、发电机定子(11)、浮箱(12)、轮齿B(13)、航标灯(14)、弧面A(15)、弧面B(16)、电缆(17)、行星齿轮架(18);滚筒(1)的纵向中心线固定有中心轴(2),中心轴(2)的两端与左右两端的中空立柱(6)的侧面固定,左右两根中空立柱(6)的上端与浮箱(12)固定,浮箱(12)通过锚链固定在水面上,航标装置(8)均安装在浮箱(12)内,浮箱(12)的顶面固定有航标灯(14),滚筒(1)外周均匀布置多个叶片(5),叶片(5)有弧面A(15)、弧面B(16),弧面A(15)的弧度小,弧面B(16)的弧度大,滚筒(1)的内周有均匀布置的轮齿A(4),轮齿A(4)与行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)齿合,多个均匀分布的行星齿轮(7)由行星齿轮架(18)固定在滚筒(1)与发电机转子(10)之间的空间内,行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)与发电机转子(10)的轮齿C(9)齿合,发电机转子(10)的外周均匀分布有多个轮齿C(9),滚筒(1)、发电机转子(10)、发电机定子(11)均与中心轴(2)共轴,中心轴(2)有中心孔,电缆(17)的一端穿过中心轴(2)的中心孔并与发电机转子(10)的电刷连接,电缆(17)的另一端与电池组(3)的电极连接;所述水流发电装置的工作原理是:水流冲击滚筒(1)的多个叶片(5),根据流体力学原理可知:滚筒(1)的叶片(5)的弧面A(15)上部水流流动快,水流压力小,弧面B(16)下部水流流动漫,水流压力大,叶片(5)的上下弧形面将产生压力差,这样水流始终推动滚筒(1)绕中心轴(2)反时针转动并保持反时针转动,滚筒(1)的内轮齿A(4)推动多个行星齿轮(7)绕自身轴转动,同时多个行星齿轮(7)绕其公转轨道公转,行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)推动发电机转子(10)的轮齿C(9)转动从而推动发电机转子(10)转动发电并给航标装置(8)的电池组充电。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3,滚筒1的叶片5的弧面A15上部水流流动快,水流压力小,弧面B16下部水流流动漫,水流压力大,叶片5的上下弧形面将产生压力差,这样水流始终推动滚筒1绕中心轴2反时针转动并保持反时针转动,滚筒1的内轮齿A4推动多个行星齿轮7绕自身轴转动,同时多个行星齿轮7绕其公转轨道公转,行星齿轮7的轮齿B13推动发电机转子10的轮齿C9转动从而推动发电机转子10转动发电并给航标装置8的电池组充电。
需说明:参见图3,行星齿轮7的主要作用是增大发电机转子10的转动速度。

1.一种行星齿轮滚筒式流水发电装置,其特征是:它主要包括滚筒(1)、中心轴(2)、电池组(3)、轮齿A(4)、叶片(5)、中空立柱(6)、行星齿轮(7)、航标装置(8)、轮齿C(9)、发电机转子(10)、发电机定子(11)、浮箱(12)、轮齿B(13)、航标灯(14)、弧面A(15)、弧面B(16)、电缆(17)、行星齿轮架(18);滚筒(1)的纵向中心线固定有中心轴(2),中心轴(2)的两端与左右两端的中空立柱(6)的侧面固定,左右两根中空立柱(6)的上端与浮箱(12)固定,浮箱(12)通过锚链固定在水面上,航标装置(8)均安装在浮箱(12)内,浮箱(12)的顶面固定有航标灯(14),滚筒(1)外周均匀布置多个叶片(5),叶片(5)有弧面A(15)、弧面B(16),弧面A(15)的弧度小,弧面B(16)的弧度大,滚筒(1)的内周有均匀布置的轮齿A(4),轮齿A(4)与行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)齿合,多个均匀分布的行星齿轮(7)由行星齿轮架(18)固定在滚筒(1)与发电机转子(10)之间的空间内,行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)与发电机转子(10)的轮齿C(9)齿合,发电机转子(10)的外周均匀分布有多个轮齿C(9),滚筒(1)、发电机转子(10)、发电机定子(11)均与中心轴(2)共轴,中心轴(2)有中心孔,电缆(17)的一端穿过中心轴(2)的中心孔并与发电机转子(10)的电刷连接,电缆(17)的另一端与电池组(3)的电极连接;所述水流发电装置的工作原理是:水流冲击滚筒(1)的多个叶片(5),根据流体力学原理可知:滚筒(1)的叶片(5)的弧面A(15)上部水流流动快,水流压力小,弧面B(16)下部水流流动漫,水流压力大,叶片(5)的上下弧形面将产生压力差,这样水流始终推动滚筒(1)绕中心轴(2)反时针转动并保持反时针转动,滚筒(1)的内轮齿A(4)推动多个行星齿轮(7)绕自身轴转动,同时多个行星齿轮(7)绕其公转轨道公转,行星齿轮(7)的轮齿B(13)推动发电机转子(10)的轮齿C(9)转动从而推动发电机转子(10)转动发电并给航标装置(8)的电池组充电。
