When the membrane filaments pass through, partial coating enters the water in the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to enable the concentration of the water to be thickened, the liquid concentration sensors 7 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 transmit the concentration information of the water to the control machine, when the concentration exceeds the concentration value preset in the control machine, the control machine starts drain valves 8 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to discharge the concentrated water, meanwhile, the control machine can start water inlet valves 9 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to enable the water supplementing mechanism to introduce clean water into the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6, so that the concentration of the water in the tanks is adjusted at any time, the phenomenon that the forming quality of the membrane filaments is influenced due to overhigh concentration of the water in the tanks is avoided, and automatic water changing is realized, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
