Abstract

The spinning equipment with the automatic water supply and drainage function comprises a reaction kettle 1, a spinning pump 2, a metering pump 3, a coagulating tank 4, a rinsing tank 5, a filament collecting rinsing tank 6, a liquid concentration sensor 7, a drain valve 8 and a water inlet valve 9, and comprises the reaction kettle 1, the coagulating tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6, wherein the reaction kettle 1 is communicated with the metering pump 3, the spinning pump 2 is connected with a spinning nozzle, the coagulating tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 are respectively provided with the liquid concentration sensor 7 and the drain valve 8, the liquid concentration sensor 7, the drain valve 8 and the water inlet valve 9 are respectively electrically connected with a control machine, and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 is provided with a winding roller. The liquid concentration sensor 7 is an analog quantity sensor. The drain valve 8 is an electromagnetic drain valve.
As shown in fig. 1, a spinneret ejects film filaments through a spinning pump, the film filaments are attached to a plurality of guide rollers, and the film filaments are guided by the guide rollers to move down to form a predetermined transmission line. The membrane filaments sequentially pass through a solidification tank 4, a rinsing tank 5 and a filament collecting rinsing tank 6, and are finally wound on a winding roller in the filament collecting rinsing tank.
The coating is sprayed on the membrane wires by the reaction kettle 1 through the quantitative pump 3, then the sprayed membrane wires enter the coagulating tank 4, and the membrane wires are immersed in the warm water in the coagulating tank 4 for coagulation treatment. Then enters the clean water of the rinsing groove 5 for cleaning, and finally enters the clean water of the silk collecting rinsing groove 6 for cleaning.
When the membrane filaments pass through, partial coating enters the water in the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to enable the concentration of the water to be thickened, the liquid concentration sensors 7 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 transmit the concentration information of the water to the control machine, when the concentration exceeds the concentration value preset in the control machine, the control machine starts drain valves 8 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to discharge the concentrated water, meanwhile, the control machine can start water inlet valves 9 on the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6 to enable the water supplementing mechanism to introduce clean water into the solidification tank 4, the rinsing tank 5 and the filament collecting rinsing tank 6, so that the concentration of the water in the tanks is adjusted at any time, the phenomenon that the forming quality of the membrane filaments is influenced due to overhigh concentration of the water in the tanks is avoided, and automatic water changing is realized, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
