本发明提供一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材及其制备方法,以及胶带。所述聚氨酯泡棉基材包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,C组分为多元醇组合物、阻燃剂、催化剂、粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶、泡沫稳定剂、扩链剂、水的混合物。本发明制备的聚氨酯泡棉基材表面具有导电膜,防静电性能好,能应用于电子产品的封装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯泡棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材及其制备方法、及胶带。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡棉材料是由多异氰酸酯和多元醇反应而得的含有若干个氨基甲酸酯链段的有机高分子材料。聚氨酯材料具有优异的力学、声学、电学和耐化学介质性能,硬度范围宽,柔韧性、粘接性能、耐磨性能、耐低温性能和耐辐射性能等良好。聚氨酯材料在汽车、机械、电子、包装、建筑、医疗、航空航天等领域应用广泛。
防静电胶带是一种通用的电子封装材料,被广泛地被运用于电子产品的封装制作过程中,不仅可对集成电路加以封闭,以隔绝外部环境,并通常具有抗静电功能,可避免静电对集成电路造成破坏。但电子产品的更新换代特别快,有时半年就出现新的高配的手机,为了满足电子产品的更新升级,需要开发新的防静电性能好的聚氨酯泡棉胶带。
发明内容
本发明通过提供一种新型的防静电性能好的聚氨酯泡棉基材以满足电子产品的更新升级。
本发明实施例提供一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份;B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液和粘合剂的混合物,其中,所述水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为15~30份、所述乙炔碳黑的重量份数为0.5~3份、所述二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.2~0.8份、所述粘合剂的重量份数为0.5~1份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:
多元醇组合物80~120份;
阻燃剂30~50份;
催化剂2~5份
粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶20~40份;
泡沫稳定剂5~20份;
扩链剂5~12份;
水4~8份。
可选的,所述多元醇组合物包含:平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇为10~20wt%;羟值为20~500且官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇为80~90wt%。
可选的,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵。
可选的,所述催化剂为胺类催化剂或者锡类催化剂。
可选的,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
可选的,所述扩链剂为1,4丁二醇、乙二醇、乙二胺、二乙烯二胺中的一种或多种的组合物。
可选的,所述粘合剂选自四氟乙烯树脂、聚偏氟乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
本发明实施例还提供一种上文所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:称取100份所述A组分置于容器中,称取配方重量的水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化大硅分散液、粘合剂通过高切乳化机混合均匀后得到所述B组分;
步骤二:称取配方重量的多元醇组合物、阻燃剂、发泡剂、粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶、泡沫稳定剂、扩链剂、水并搅拌均匀得到所述C组分;
步骤三:将所述C组分倒入模具中,所述模具的侧壁开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,所述通孔通过管道和盛放所述A组分的容器连接;
步骤四:将步骤一的所述B组分涂覆于所述C组分的表面,然后通过所述多个通孔向所述C组分中通入所述A组分进行发泡得到聚氨酯发泡体;
步骤五:将所述聚氨酯发泡体涂覆到一张离型膜或永久支撑膜或其它载体上,进行处理达到均一厚度,并进行干燥以形成聚氨酯基材。
可选的,所述B组分在聚氨酯发泡体的表面形成网格结构,且所述网格结构在压力下能够被拉伸延长。
本发明实施例还提供一种胶带,包括聚氨酯泡棉基材、粘剂层和离型膜,所述聚氨酯泡棉基材为采用上文所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的制备方法制备得到。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明将水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘性剂组成的B组分涂覆于C组分的表面,在发泡反应生成的气体的压力下成型为网格结构,该网格结构具有防静电的效果。
2、本发明的组合白料的多元醇包括平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇,利用了其优越的吸收结合水的能力,进一步提高了防静电效果。
3、本发明制备防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的组合白料中通过加入纳米矿晶,第一方面,纳米矿晶的纳米孔可以延缓气体的释放速度,从而降低发泡的速率,延长发泡时间,使发泡反应更充分,同时也方便后续的成型操作,使得处理得到的聚氨酯薄膜厚度更均匀;第二方面,纳米矿晶的纳米孔可以将发泡反应生成的气体分割为纳米气泡,使得泡孔更均匀,B组分形成的网格结构更规则;第三方面,可以吸附部分发泡过程中产生的易挥发的胺臭气体、乙醛等,降低聚氨酯泡棉的TVOC量,使制得的产品更环保。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中,所述A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份;B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为15~30份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为0.5~3份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.2~0.8份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.5~1份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:
多元醇组合物80~120份;
阻燃剂30~50份;
催化剂2~5份
粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶20~40份;
泡沫稳定剂5~20份;
扩链剂5~12份;
水4~8份。
石黑烯和乙炔碳黑均具有良好的导电性能,再通过加入适量的二氧化硅和粘合剂混合均匀后,涂覆于C组分的表面,形成导电膜,当A组分和C组分进行发泡反应时,生成的二氧化碳气体形成的压力会冲击该膜,从而使该膜形成网状结构,当将聚氨酯发泡体涂覆到一张离型膜或永久支撑膜或其它载体上,进行处理达到均一厚度,该网状结构拉伸,从而使得聚氨酯薄膜表面成型有导电膜,进而采用所述聚氨酯薄膜制备的胶带具有防静电性能。添加二氧化硅可在聚氨酯薄膜表面形成的一定的凸起状态,起到防粘作用。
其中,所述多元醇组合物包含:平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇,其重量百分比为10~20%;羟值为20~500且官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇,其重量百分比为80~90%。
在本发明实施例中,多元醇组合物中包括平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇,利用了其优越的吸收结合水的能力,进一步提高了防静电效果。
其中,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵。
其中,所述催化剂为胺类催化剂或者锡类催化剂。
具体地,所述胺类催化剂为三乙烯二胺,所述锡类催化剂为辛酸亚锡。
其中,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷可以稳定泡沫性能,同时还能提升聚氨酯泡棉的延伸性能,还协同阻燃。
其中,所述扩链剂为1,4丁二醇、乙二醇、乙二胺、二乙烯二胺中的一种或多种的组合物。
其中,所述粘合剂选自四氟乙烯树脂、聚偏氟乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
本发明制备防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的组合白料中通过加入纳米矿晶,第一方面,纳米矿晶的纳米孔可以延缓气体的释放速度,从而降低发泡的速率,延长发泡时间,使发泡反应更充分,同时也方便后续的成型操作,使得处理得到的聚氨酯薄膜厚度更均匀;第二方面,第一纳米矿晶的纳米孔可以将发泡反应生成的气体分割为纳米气泡,使得泡孔更均匀,B组分形成的网格结构更规则;第三方面,可以吸附部分发泡过程中产生的易挥发的胺臭气体、乙醛等,降低聚氨酯泡棉的TVOC量,使制得的产品更环保。
纳米矿晶的粒径优选为30~50nm,当所述纳米矿晶的粒度小于30nm,会影响发泡的速度,使得凝胶反应过快,发泡体系来不及完全扩张进而影响发泡高度;当所述纳米矿晶的粒度大于50nm时,会降低所述聚氨酯泡棉的密度。
实施例1
一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为15份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为3份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.2份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.8份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物80份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇16份、羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇64份),阻燃剂的重量份数30份,催化剂(三乙烯二胺)的重量份数为3份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为20份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为5份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为5份,水的重量份数为4份。
将A组分置于溶器中,B组分通过高切乳化机混合均匀,C组分搅拌均匀后倒入模具中,所述模具的侧壁开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,所述通孔通过管道和盛放所述A组分的容器连接,然后将B组分涂覆于所述C组分的表面,然后通过所述多个通孔向所述C组分中通入所述A组分进行发泡得到聚氨酯发泡体,再将所述聚氨酯发泡体涂覆到一张离型膜或永久支撑膜或其它载体上,进行处理达到均一厚度,并进行干燥以形成聚氨酯泡棉基材。其中发泡时间为20~30分钟,发泡温度为常温,聚氨酯泡棉基材的厚度为0.1mm。
实施例2~6按照与实施例1相同的方法制备,区别在于各组分的加入量不一样,具体地:
实施例2
一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为20份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为2.5份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.4份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.5份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物100份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇20份、羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇80份),阻燃剂的重量份数40份,催化剂(三乙烯二胺)的重量份数为4份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为30份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为10份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为7份,水的重量份数为6份。
实施例3
一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为25份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为3份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.8份、粘合剂的重量份数为1份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物120份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇20份、羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇100份),阻燃剂的重量份数50份,催化剂(三乙烯二胺)的重量份数为5份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为40份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为15份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为10份,水的重量份数为8份。
实施例4
一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为30份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为2.5份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.7份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.8份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物120份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇12份、羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇108份),阻燃剂的重量份数50份,催化剂(辛酸亚锡)的重量份数为5份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为50份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为20份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为12份,水的重量份数为8份。
实施例5
一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为28份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为2.5份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.6份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.8份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物110份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇20份、羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇90份),阻燃剂的重量份数45份,催化剂(辛酸亚锡)的重量份数为4份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为45份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为18份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为9份,水的重量份数为6.5份。
对比例1
步骤一:羟值为20~500,官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇、催化剂、阻燃剂、水、泡沫稳定剂、扩链剂,并混合均匀形成白料,其中,所述聚酯多元醇的重量份数为100份、所述催化剂的重量份数为2份(三乙烯二胺0.5份、辛酸亚锡1.5份)、所述水的重量份数为10份、所述泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为4份、所述开孔剂的重量份数为6份;
步骤二:称取重量份数为100份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,形成黑料;
步骤三:将黑料置于溶器中,白料搅拌均匀后倒入模具中,所述模具的侧壁开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,所述通孔通过管道和盛放所述黑料的容器连接,然后通过所述多个通孔向所述白料中通入所述黑料进行发泡得到聚氨酯发泡体,再将所述聚氨酯发泡体涂覆到一张离型膜或永久支撑膜或其它载体上,进行处理达到均一厚度,并进行干燥以形成聚氨酯泡棉基材,聚氨酯泡棉基材的厚度为0.1mm。
对比例2采用与实施例1相同的制备方法,其区别在于各组分的加入量不一样,具体地:
对比例2
一种聚氨酯泡棉基材,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份、B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液、粘合剂的混合物,其中,水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为10份,乙炔碳黑的重量份数为0.2份,二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.5份、粘合剂的重量份数为0.2份;C组分为组合白料,包括以下重量份的组分:多元醇组合物110份(其中平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇0份,羟值为20~500且官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇110份),阻燃剂的重量份数45份,催化剂(辛酸亚锡)的重量份数为4份,粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶的重量份数为0份;泡沫稳定剂的重量份数为18份,扩链剂(乙二醇)的重量份数为9份,水的重量份数为6.5份。
将对比例1和对比例2及实施例1~5制备得到的聚氨酯泡棉基材进行性能测试,包括拉伸强度、静摩擦系数、动摩擦系数、表面电阻、TVOC量的测试,测试结果详见表1。

从表1的实验结果可以得出,本发明B组份的添加可以提高聚氨酯泡棉基材的防静电性能,通过添加二氧化硅分散乳液可以降低静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数,降低卷制聚氨酯薄膜之间的粘性,通过添加纳米矿晶可以降低聚氨酯泡棉基材的TVOC的挥发。
本发明还提供一种胶带,所述包括聚氨酯泡棉基材、粘剂层和离型膜,所述聚氨酯泡棉基材为上文所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,使得该胶带具有良好的导电性能,可用于电子产品的封装。

Claims (10)
1.一种防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,包括A组分、B组分和C组分,其中,所述A组分为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,重量份数为100份;所述B组分为水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化硅分散体乳液和粘合剂的混合物,其中,所述水性石墨烯分散液的重量份数为15~30份、所述乙炔碳黑的重量份数为0.5~3份、所述二氧化硅分散乳液的重量份数为0.2~0.8份、所述粘合剂的重量份数为0.5~1份;所述C组分为组合白料,其组分以及重量份配比如下:
多元醇组合物80~120份;
阻燃剂30~50份;
催化剂2~5份;
粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶20~40份;
泡沫稳定剂5~20份;
扩链剂5~12份;
水4~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述多元醇组合物包含:
平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇,10~20wt%;
羟值为20~500且官能度为2~3的聚酯多元醇,80~90wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为磷酸铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述催化剂为胺类催化剂或者锡类催化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为1,4丁二醇、乙二醇、乙二胺、二乙烯二胺中的一种或多种的组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材,其特征在于,所述粘合剂选自四氟乙烯树脂、聚偏氟乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:称取100份所述A组分置于容器中,称取配方重量的水性石墨烯分散液、乙炔碳黑、二氧化大硅分散液和粘合剂通过高切乳化机混合均匀后得到所述B组分;
步骤二:称取配方重量的多元醇组合物、阻燃剂、发泡剂、粒径为30~50nm的纳米矿晶、泡沫稳定剂、扩链剂和水并搅拌均匀得到所述C组分;
步骤三:将所述C组分倒入模具中,所述模具的侧壁开设有多个均匀分布的通孔,所述通孔通过管道和盛放所述A组分的容器连接;
步骤四:将步骤一的所述B组分涂覆于所述C组分的表面,然后通过所述多个通孔向所述C组分中通入所述A组分进行发泡得到聚氨酯发泡体;
步骤五:将所述聚氨酯发泡体涂覆到一张离型膜或永久支撑膜或其它载体上,进行处理达到均一厚度,并进行干燥以形成聚氨酯基材。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述B组分在聚氨酯发泡体的表面形成网格结构,且所述网格结构在压力下能够被拉伸延长。
10.一种胶带,包括聚氨酯泡棉基材、粘剂层和离型膜,所述聚氨酯泡棉基材为采用如权利要求8或9中任一项所述的防静电聚氨酯泡棉基材的制备方法制备得到。
