Claims (10)
1. A business model of a merchandise authentication and authorization platform, comprising:
a user side sends a commodity authentication request and commodity information corresponding to the authentication request to an authentication and right-maintaining platform; the user side can also send a selling shop of the commodity to the authentication and authorization platform, or the selling shop is acquired by the authentication and authorization platform according to the commodity information; or the user side can express the commodities to the authentication enterprise; wherein, the commodity information right and evidence required in litigation;
an authentication enterprise receives an authentication request sent by the user side through the authentication and right-maintaining platform and acquires commodity information and sales shop information corresponding to the authentication request;
the identification enterprise judges whether the obtained commodity information is the same as the relevant information of the commodity in the database of the identification enterprise; if yes, the goods are identified as true goods; if not, identifying as a counterfeit; generating an identification book according to the identification result in a preset format;
after the goods are identified as counterfeit goods, the user side can send a goods right-maintaining request to the right-maintaining identification platform, the right-maintaining identification platform can delegate lawyers on the platform to form a delegation relationship with the user side, the user side delegates the lawyers to put forward consumption complaints or reports to a market supervision and management department, and the market supervision and management department processes the consumption complaints or reports, and/or makes administrative penalties and/or no penalty results by law; the authentication enterprise can request the right to the sales shop from the right authentication platform, the right authentication platform appoints lawyers on the platform to form an entrusting relation with the authentication enterprise, and lawyer agents authenticate the enterprise to mediate or resolve the sales shop and/or carry out civil litigation.

The business model of the commodity authentication and right-keeping platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication and right-keeping platform counts the number of times of right-keeping of the same commodity, the number of times of right-keeping of different commodities in the same selling shop, the number of times of authentication as a counterfeit and the amount of money.

The business model of a merchandise authentication and right maintenance platform according to claim 2, wherein the attorney can determine the amount of the claim for the right maintenance of the selling shop according to the number and amount of the counterfeit merchandise authentication and the sales amount of the selling shop.
4. The business model of a merchandise authentication and right maintenance platform according to claim 3, wherein when the consumption complaint treatment is successful and/or the mediation is successful and/or the litigation is successful, the lawyer can obtain the attorney fee from the sales shop and the settlement or compensation amount; the user side and/or the accreditation enterprise and/or the accreditation right platform can also obtain partial and remittance or compensation.

The business model of the commodity authentication and authorization platform as claimed in claim 2, wherein the authentication and authorization platform can issue fake-selling information, including name of suspected fake-selling shop, page, link, amount of fake goods purchased at user end, number of people, authorization result; the user side can upload information of commodities purchased from the shop, after the enterprise is identified to identify the commodities purchased by the user side as counterfeit commodities and determine the counterfeit money amount, the identification and maintenance platform counts the counterfeit money amounts of different user sides, the same commodities and/or different commodities, when the counterfeit money amount accumulated and counterfeited commodities reach a preset value, the identification and maintenance platform can delegate lawyers on the platform to control and report to a public security department and/or report to a market supervision and management department and/or mediate to solve and/or lift civil litigation, and the platform can issue related maintenance information.

The business model of claim 1, wherein said lawyer updates the case progress of said consumer complaints or litigation on said authentication platform periodically; the user side and/or the accreditation enterprise and/or the market supervision and management department can refer to the updated transaction progress of the lawyer through the accreditation and right maintaining platform.

The business model of the commodity authentication and authorization platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the commodity information comprises a trademark photo, and/or a commodity photo, and/or a bar code photo, and/or a commodity code photo, and/or a two-dimensional code photo, and/or a package photo, and/or a courier receipt photo, and/or a commodity record photo or screen shot for purchase, and/or a voucher for purchase, and/or a description of the purchase commodity.
8. The business model of the merchandise authentication and authorization platform according to claim 7, wherein the proof of purchase comprises an invoice photo or a receipt photo or a payment screen shot of the purchased merchandise.

The business model of the commodity authentication and right maintenance platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authentication and right maintenance platform can be classified according to the industry of the authentication enterprises, respectively display the authentication enterprise information, including registered trademark pictures and/or characters, commodity photos, videos, enterprise e-commerce, online stores, links, offline stores, positioning and the like, search keywords in a search box, and perform real goods navigation; the authentication and right maintenance platform can push shopping guide links to the user side; advertisement pages and links can be set; the accreditation enterprise or operator may publish advertisements on the accreditation and maintenance platform.
10. The business model of the commodity authentication and authorization platform according to claim 1, wherein the authentication enterprise can first determine whether the counterfeit infringes its own exclusive rights and/or patent rights of registered trademark rights and/or whether it constitutes a confusing behavior and/or a fleeing behavior; and if so, requesting the right to the authentication right platform.
