Abstract
一种废气涡轮增压内燃机的进气装置,其特征是:空气滤清器的出气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路,增压管路上安装废气涡轮增压器,自然吸气管路上安装单向蝶阀,内燃机进气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路。当内燃机在起动或小功率运行时,自然吸气管路上的单向蝶阀处于开启状,增压管路和自然吸气管路同时向内燃机进气管供气,克服废气涡轮增压内燃机在起动和小功率运行时进气量不足的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明废气涡轮增压内燃机的进气装置涉及内燃机进气技术领域。
背景技术
目前内燃机大都采取废气涡轮增压技术,此技术相对于自然吸气可以增加内燃机的进气量,从而提高内燃机的质功比和燃油效率。由于废气涡轮增压器叶片的转动是靠内燃机排出的废气推动,故,内燃机在起动和小功率运行时产生的废气少,废气涡轮增压器的压气叶片达不到提高进气压力所需转速,所以,在内燃机小功率运行时,废气涡轮增压技术是起不到积极作用的,特别是在内燃机起动时,由于曲轴转速很低,废气涡轮增压器不仅起不到积极作用,相反,还会对进气起到阻碍作用,加大泵气损失,增加油耗。特别是在高寒地区工作的内燃机,其消极作用更为明显。
发明内容
为了解决废气涡轮增压内燃机在起动和小功率运行时进气量不足的技术问题,本发明提出一种废气涡轮增压内燃机的进气装置,主要由空气滤清器、增压管路、废气涡轮增压器、自然吸气管路,单向蝶阀、内燃机进气管组成,其特征是:空气滤清器的出气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路,增压管路上安装废气涡轮增压器,自然吸气管路上安装单向蝶阀,内燃机进气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路。当内燃机在起动或小功率运行时,自然吸气管路上的单向蝶阀处于开启状,增压管路和自然吸气管路同时向内燃机进气管供气,克服废气涡轮增压内燃机在起动和小功率运行时进气量不足的技术问题,提高内燃机在高寒地区的起动性能,使废气涡轮增压内燃机在小功率运行时的燃烧更充分。

附图中,空气滤清器1的出气管连接增压管路3和自然吸气管路4,增压管路3上安装废气涡轮增压器2,自然吸气管路4上安装单向蝶阀5,内燃机进气管6连接增压管路3和自然吸气管路4。当内燃机在起动或小功率运行时,自然吸气管路4上的单向蝶阀5处于开启状,增压管路3和自然吸气管路4同时向内燃机进气管6供气,克服废气涡轮增压内燃机在起动和小功率运行时进气量不足的技术问题,提高内燃机在高寒地区的起动性能,使废气涡轮增压内燃机在小功率运行时的燃烧更充分。当废气涡轮增压内燃机在小功率以上运行时,废气涡轮增压器2的出气压力高于大气压,在增压管路3内的气体压力下,单向蝶阀5关闭,增压管路3内的气体向内燃机进气管6供气。
由于采取了以上技术措施,克服废气涡轮增压内燃机在起动和小功率运行时进气量不足及产生的消极作用,提高内燃机在高寒地区的起动性能,使废气涡轮增压内燃机在小功率运行时的燃烧更充分。本发明结构简单,成本低廉,易于实施。

1.一种废气涡轮增压内燃机的进气装置,主要由空气滤清器、增压管路、废气涡轮增压器、自然吸气管路,单向蝶阀、内燃机进气管组成,其特征是:空气滤清器的出气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路,增压管路上安装废气涡轮增压器,自然吸气管路上安装单向蝶阀,内燃机进气管连接增压管路和自然吸气管路。
