Background
With the development of socioeconomic and the change of life style of people, obesity has become a potential health killer and seriously threatens the health of human beings. Data show that with increasingly good living conditions, the incidence of obesity diseases is on a clear rising trend in developing countries and developed countries. The world health organization reports that about 2.5 million adults worldwide suffer from obesity and over 5 million people are overweight.
At present, a plurality of weight-losing and lipid-lowering products exist in the market, but most of the products have certain dependence and side effects and influence the body health. Some products are also added with additives which can stimulate the skin, thereby causing the problems of itching, allergy and the like of the skin of a user; and the purpose of losing weight and losing weight in a short time is realized by a method for quickly reducing water, and the method can dry the skin and cause the skin to rebound easily, so that the weight losing effect cannot be realized. The natural plant composition with the weight-losing function is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-15 parts of artemisia scoparia, 5-15 parts of broomrape, 3-9 parts of acer ginnala wings, 3-9 parts of mangosteen peels, 3-9 parts of ramose scouring rush herb, 3-9 parts of pistacia chinensis leaves, 2-8 parts of citron peels, 2-8 parts of tamarind fruits, 2-8 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli, 2-8 parts of guava leaves, 4-10 parts of Chinese soapberry, 4-10 parts of blue pot flowers, 4-10 parts of dioscorea nipponica, 5-8 parts of salacia reticulata, 5-8 parts of artocarpus hypargus stems, 5-10 parts of raspberry, 5-10 parts of mango stems, 1-2 parts of trona, 1-2 parts of shiitake mushrooms, 2-3 parts of aromatic additives and 2-3 parts of color additives.
Preferably, the aroma additive includes at least one of grape extract, apple extract, strawberry extract, or orange extract.
Preferably, the color additive comprises at least one of spinach extract, red dragon fruit extract or mango extract.
Preferably, the grape extract, the apple extract, the strawberry extract, the orange extract, the spinach extract, the red pitaya extract and the mango extract are obtained by extracting raw materials according to the proportion of 5: 1.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a natural plant composition having a weight-reducing function.
The preparation method of the natural plant composition with the weight-losing function comprises the following steps:
weighing herba artemisiae, broomrape, Acer ginnala Maxim wings, ramose scouring rush herb, pistacia chinensis leaves, citron bark, guava leaves, Sapindus delavayi, potted blueberries, Dioscorea nipponica Makino, salacia reticuloensis, artocarpus nitidum stems, mango stems, trona and dried mushrooms according to the weight parts, mixing and crushing the weighed raw materials;
adding 60% ethanol into the crushed mixture, soaking for 24 hours, and then adding 1.5 times of 60% ethanol by volume and mixing;
then percolating with a percolating cylinder, and collecting 60% ethanol extract;
placing the extract on a rotary evaporator, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a condensate A;
weighing the mangosteen pericarp, the tamarind fruit, the Sichuan pepper and the raspberry, grinding, adding the aromatic additive and the color additive, and mixing;
adding distilled water into the crushed mixture, performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature for 1h, and centrifuging to extract a supernatant;
concentrating the extracted supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain condensate B;
mixing the condensate A and the condensate B, and mixing the condensate A and the condensate B with distilled water and glycerol according to the ratio of 1:4.8: 1;
heating and stirring the mixture, then sterilizing at high pressure, and cooling at normal temperature to obtain a composition;
the composition is aseptically packaged.

The invention adopts the following raw materials in parts:
one artemisia: the contained artemisia rupestris polysaccharide has warm nature, bitter and numb taste, strong toxicity, anti-inflammation and pain-relieving, and wind-dispelling and dampness-removing effects.
Broomrape: the herba Orobanches polysaccharide has effects of invigorating kidney, strengthening tendons, and treating kidney deficiency, lumbago, knee psychroalgia, enteritis, and diarrhea.
Acer ginnala wing extract: can inhibit the biological activity of fatty acid synthase.
Mangosteen pericarp: has cold and cool nature, has antipyretic and refreshing effects, and can dissolve fat, moisten skin, and reduce pathogenic fire.
Straw of pennisetum: is a plant of Equisetaceae, and has effects of lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipid, and lowering blood sugar.
Pistacia chinensis leaf: the extract of Pistacia chinensis leaf can inhibit lipogenesis.
Citron peel: has effects in activating spleen, eliminating dampness, regulating qi-flowing, promoting blood circulation, and reducing fat accumulation.
Tamarind fruit: can provide fiber, regulate intestines and stomach, remove impurities in blood and achieve the effect of dredging blood vessels.
Sichuan pepper: has effects in promoting blood circulation, inducing perspiration, eliminating dampness, and reducing weight.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the polysaccharide of herba Achilleae, the polysaccharide of herba Orobanches, Acer ginnala Maxim wing extract, and the pericarp extract of mangosteen can inhibit the bioactivity of fatty acid synthase, meanwhile, the Chinese soapberry contains oleanane type triterpenes, the potted blueberry contains triterpenoid saponins, the dioscorea nipponica contains dioscin, flavonoids of the stem and branch of the artocarpus hypargyreus hance, and the vein salacia leyana, the raspberry and the mango stem contain polyphenols, and the lipid and the sugar can be effectively reduced by matching, and tamarind fruit and trona are added for assisting in weight reduction, simultaneously regulating intestines and stomach, enhancing gastric motility, discharging moisture in vivo, relaxing bowels, moistening intestines and discharging toxin, and the functions of the winter mushroom and the Sichuan pepper are matched for promoting blood circulation, sweating and discharging dampness, furthermore, the metabolism efficiency of the human body can be accelerated, the weight-losing efficacy is obvious, the safety and the reliability are realized, no toxic or side effect exists, and the effects of activating collaterals, reducing fat, promoting diuresis, reducing weight and losing weight are achieved by matching the components.

the product prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 (with a conventional weight-reducing composition selected) were tested for efficacy.
Test objects: each experimental group was 5 volunteers aged 22-47 years. All volunteers applied the composition uniformly to the vicinity of the navel once a day for 3 months.
