Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a seat angle adjusting device, which aims to solve the problem of short service life of the existing seat angle adjusting device.
The seat angle adjusting device comprises a connecting part and an adjusting base, wherein the adjusting base is arranged below a seat cushion of a seat and is provided with a columnar cavity, the connecting part is arranged in the columnar cavity and is used for being connected with a supporting column of the seat, an elastic buffer body is filled between the connecting part and the adjusting base, the adjusting base is provided with a limit protrusion protruding into the columnar cavity, the elastic buffer body is provided with a avoidance position for embedding the limit protrusion, the limit protrusion is annular protrusion or is a plurality of toothed protrusions uniformly distributed in an annular shape, and the protruding height of the limit protrusion is smaller than the distance between the connecting part and the adjusting base.
Preferably, the limit projection is disposed near the upper end and/or the lower end of the columnar cavity.
Preferably, the columnar cavity is in the shape of an elliptic cylinder.
Preferably, the limit protrusion is embedded in one side of the elastic buffer body.
Preferably, the projection height of the annular projection or the tooth-like projection in the first direction is smaller than the projection height in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, or the pitch of the tooth-like projections in the first direction is larger than the pitch of the tooth-like projections in the second direction.
The invention further provides another seat angle adjusting device, which comprises a connecting part and an adjusting base, wherein the adjusting base is arranged below a cushion of a seat and is provided with a columnar cavity, the connecting part is arranged in the columnar cavity and is used for being connected with a supporting column of the seat, an elastic buffer body is filled between the connecting part and the adjusting base, the connecting part is provided with a limiting protrusion protruding outwards, the elastic buffer body is provided with a avoidance position for embedding the limiting protrusion, the limiting protrusion is annular protrusion or a plurality of toothed protrusions uniformly distributed in an annular shape, and the protruding height of the limiting protrusion is smaller than the distance between the connecting part and the adjusting base.
Preferably, the limit projection is provided near the upper end and/or the lower end of the connecting portion.
Preferably, the elastic buffer is made of a rubber material.
The invention also provides another seat, which comprises the seat angle adjusting device.
According to the technical scheme, the elastic buffer body is filled between the adjusting base and the connecting part, and the limiting protrusion is arranged to limit the maximum inclination angle of the adjusting base, so that the deformation amount of the elastic buffer body when the seat angle is changed is reduced, the damage to the elastic buffer body is reduced, and the service life of the seat angle adjusting device is prolonged.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear are referred to in the embodiments of the present invention), the directional indications are merely used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, and the like between the components in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are correspondingly changed.

In order to increase the comfort of the seat and reduce the damage of sedentary sitting to human bodies, the office seat generally adopts a design with an adjustable inclination angle, and the inclination angle of the seat is adjusted as required. The seat with the angle adjusting device generally adopts the structure that an elastic buffer body is filled between the connecting part and the adjusting base, and the inclination angle of the seat is dynamically adjusted according to the different stress of the elastic buffer body so as to be more matched with the stress surface of a person sitting on the seat, thereby improving the comfort of the seat.
The invention provides a seat angle adjusting device and a seat adopting the same, wherein referring to fig. 1 to 7, the seat angle adjusting device comprises an adjusting base 100, a connecting part 200, an elastic buffer body 300 and a limit protrusion 400, wherein the adjusting base 100 is arranged in a hollow mode and is provided with an annular first inner connecting surface 101, the annular first inner connecting surface is enclosed to form a cylindrical cavity, the adjusting base 100 is used for connecting and supporting a seat surface of the seat, the connecting part 200 is used for connecting a supporting column 500 of the seat and the adjusting base 100, the connecting part 200 is annular and is provided with a second inner connecting surface 201 and an outer connecting surface 202, the second inner connecting surface 201 is used for connecting the supporting column 500, the elastic buffer body 300 is annular and is embedded between the first inner connecting surface 101 and the outer connecting surface 202 in a matched mode, and the limit protrusion 400 is embedded in the elastic buffer body 300 so as to reduce the maximum deformation of the elastic buffer body 300.
The adjustment of the seat surface inclination angle adopts a dynamic adjustment mode and needs to have an elastic recovery function. The seat angle adjusting apparatus provided by the present invention employs an elastic buffer 300 as a member for providing an elastic restoring force. When receiving the same force, the thicker the elastic cushion 300, the larger the deformation amount thereof, and the larger the change in the seat angle, the easier the seat angle is to be adjusted.
In order to realize the difference of the seat inclination angle adjustment in different directions, in a specific embodiment, the columnar cavity is in an elliptic columnar shape, the major axis direction of the ellipse is the direction of the seat swinging back and forth, and the minor axis direction of the ellipse is the direction of the seat swinging left and right, so that the effect that the maximum inclination angle of the seat swinging back and forth is larger than the maximum inclination angle of the seat swinging left and right is achieved.
The seat angle adjusting device provided by the invention is suitable for a seat with a single support column, the connecting part 200 is connected with the support column 500 of the seat, the adjusting base 100 is connected with the seat surface of the seat, the elastic buffer body 300 is arranged between the rigid adjusting base 100 and the rigid connecting part 200, when the seat surface receives unbalanced force from top to bottom, the seat surface deflects, the elastic buffer body 300 receives lateral pressure due to the deflection of the seat surface, and therefore, elastic deformation occurs and elastic restoring force is generated.
The elastic buffer 300 is preferably made of rubber and has a thickness of between 5mm and 25 mm. After the elastic buffer 300 is subjected to multiple deformation recovery, especially multiple deformation recovery with larger deformation, the elastic deformation capability of the elastic buffer is weakened, so that the situation that the elastic buffer cannot recover normally after deformation finally occurs. In order to reduce the elastic deformation capacity of the elastic buffer body 300 and increase the number of times of elastic deformation and prolong the service life of the elastic buffer body 300, a limit protrusion 400 is arranged between the connecting part 200 and the adjusting base 100 along the connecting part 200 or along the circumferential direction of the adjusting base 100, the limit protrusion 400 is embedded in an avoidance position 301 in the elastic buffer body 300, the avoidance position 301 can be a avoidance hole or a avoidance groove, and when the elastic buffer body 300 deforms laterally, the limit protrusion 400 can reduce the maximum deformation amount of the elastic buffer body 300 under the condition of ensuring the whole thickness of the elastic buffer body 300, thereby reducing the damage of the elastic buffer body 300 and prolonging the service life of the elastic buffer body 300. The limit protrusion 400 may be an annular protrusion or a plurality of tooth-shaped protrusions uniformly distributed in an annular shape.
In other embodiments employing annular protrusions, the protruding height of the annular limiting protrusion in a first direction is smaller than the protruding height of the annular limiting protrusion in a second direction, wherein the first direction is the back-and-forth swing direction of the seat, and the second direction is the left-and-right swing direction of the seat. In this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 400 has a smaller limiting effect on the back-and-forth swing of the seat than on the left-and-right swing of the seat, so that the maximum inclination angle of the seat in the back-and-forth direction is larger than the maximum inclination angle in the left-and-right direction. To achieve the same object, in other embodiments employing a tooth-like projection, the tooth-like projection has a projection height in the first direction smaller than that in the second direction, or the tooth-like projection has a pitch in the first direction larger than that in the second direction.
The place where the elastic buffer 300 is deformed most when the seat angle is changed is the upper end and the lower end, so in the present invention, the limit protrusion 400 is disposed at the upper end and/or the lower end of the columnar cavity, and the limit protrusion 400 is a metal piece.
In a specific embodiment, the limiting protrusion 400 is disposed on the first inner connecting surface 101 of the adjusting base 100, and the protruding height of the limiting protrusion 400 is smaller than the distance between the connecting portion 200 and the adjusting base 100. The limit protrusions 400 circumferentially arranged are embedded from the outer side surface of the elastic buffer 300.
In another embodiment, the limit protrusion 400 is disposed on the outer connection surface 202 of the connection portion 200, and the protruding height of the limit protrusion 400 is smaller than the distance between the connection portion 200 and the adjustment base 100. The limit protrusions 400 circumferentially arranged are embedded from the inner side surface of the elastic buffer 300.
