It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an automatic checkout method of an auxiliary shopping cart according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The automatic checkout method of the auxiliary shopping cart can be applied to an application scene requiring the auxiliary shopping cart to perform automatic checkout, and can be executed by the automatic checkout device of the auxiliary shopping cart provided by the embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the automatic checkout method of the auxiliary shopping cart includes:
s110, placing the commodity in a code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart.
Specifically, in the shopping process of shopping places such as supermarkets or shopping malls, the user places the selected commodities in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart. The code scanning area can be arranged corresponding to a commodity inlet area of the auxiliary shopping cart, and can also be arranged in other areas of the auxiliary shopping cart.
S120, automatically acquiring price information of the commodity placed in the code scanning area.
The user places the selected commodity in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart, and the auxiliary shopping cart can automatically acquire the price information of the commodity placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart. Optionally, automatically acquiring the price information of the commodity placed in the code scanning area comprises automatically scanning the code of the commodity placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart, and acquiring the price information of the corresponding commodity according to the code scanning result.
Specifically, each commodity can be provided with a graphic code containing commodity information, and the scanned commodity can be determined to be the specific commodity through scanning the graphic code on the commodity, so that the price information of the commodity is obtained. Illustratively, the graphic code may be printed at a specific location on the outer package of the commodity, and the graphic code may include a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the specific form of the graphic code is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The automatic scanning component can be arranged corresponding to the code scanning area and installed on the auxiliary shopping cart to automatically scan the commodities placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart by customers, for example, the automatic scanning component can be arranged corresponding to the commodity inlet area of the auxiliary shopping cart, the selected commodities are placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart by the users in the shopping process of supermarkets or shopping malls and other shopping places, for example, the surface of the selected commodities printed with graphic codes is placed facing the code scanning area, the automatic scanning component automatically scans the graphic codes placed on the commodities in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart, and the price information of the commodities placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart can be obtained according to the scanning result of the graphic codes.
S130, judging whether the price information of the commodity is successfully acquired.
Specifically, after the price information of the commodity placed in the code scanning area is automatically acquired, whether the price information of the commodity is successfully acquired or not can be judged; if not, a first prompt message is sent, namely if the price information of the commodity placed in the auxiliary shopping cart is not successfully acquired, the first prompt message is sent to the user.
Alternatively, the auxiliary shopping cart may further include a commodity carrying area, and it may be determined whether the acquisition of the price information of the commodity is successful, and it may be determined whether the acquisition of the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area is successful via the detecting means. For example, the commodity carrying area may be an area for carrying a commodity purchased by a customer in the bottom of the auxiliary shopping cart, the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area may be basically determined as a commodity that the customer needs to check out for purchase, whether the acquisition of the price information of the commodity is successful may be determined via the detection means, and whether the acquisition of the price information of the commodity that the customer placed in the commodity carrying area needs to check out for purchase is successful.
Alternatively, the detecting means may be configured to include a first detecting means and a second detecting means, determine whether the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area is successfully acquired via the detecting means, detect whether the user's code scanning action is present in the corresponding code scanning area via the first detecting means, detect whether the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area via the second detecting means, and determine whether the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area is successfully acquired based on whether the price information is successfully acquired between the code scanning action detection and the commodity placement detection of the commodity carrying area.
For example, the code scanning area may be set corresponding to a commodity entrance area of the auxiliary shopping cart, and the first detecting component may be set corresponding to the code scanning area, that is, the first detecting component may be set corresponding to the commodity entrance area of the auxiliary shopping cart, so that whether the code scanning action of the user exists in the corresponding code scanning area is detected through the first detecting component.
The first detecting component may include an infrared detecting component, and if the infrared detecting component may receive infrared rays reflected by shielding an infrared region when a user places a commodity, it indicates that a code scanning action of the user exists in a corresponding code scanning region; if the infrared detection part cannot receive the reflected infrared rays, the fact that the code scanning action of the user does not exist in the corresponding code scanning area is indicated, and therefore the infrared detection part can judge whether the code scanning action of the user exists in the corresponding code scanning area according to whether the reflected infrared rays can be received.
The first detecting component may also include an ultrasonic detecting component, where if the ultrasonic detecting component can receive ultrasonic waves reflected back due to shielding of an ultrasonic area when a user places a commodity, it is indicated that a code scanning action of the user exists in a corresponding code scanning area; if the ultrasonic detection part cannot receive the reflected ultrasonic wave, the fact that the code scanning action of the user does not exist in the corresponding code scanning area is indicated, and therefore the ultrasonic detection part can judge whether the code scanning action of the user exists in the corresponding code scanning area according to whether the reflected ultrasonic wave can be received.
For example, the commodity carrying area may be an area of the bottom of the auxiliary shopping cart for carrying the commodity purchased by the customer, and the second detecting member may be provided corresponding to the commodity carrying area, that is, the second detecting member may be provided corresponding to the commodity carrying area of the bottom of the auxiliary shopping cart, and whether the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area is detected by the second detecting member.
For example, the second detecting means may include a gravity detecting means that, if the gravity detecting means detects an increase in weight of the commodity in the commodity carrying area, indicates that a new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area; if the weight of the commodity in the commodity carrying area is detected to be unchanged in a period of time by the gravity, the fact that no new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the period of time is indicated, and the gravity detection part can judge whether the new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area according to the detected change of the commodity weight in the commodity carrying area.
Illustratively, the second detecting component may include an infrared detecting component that if it receives infrared light reflected back due to shielding of the merchandise, then it indicates that a new merchandise is placed in the merchandise bearing area; if the infrared detection part cannot receive the infrared rays reflected by the shielding of the commodity, the fact that no new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the period of time is indicated, and the infrared detection part can judge whether the new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area according to whether the reflected infrared rays can be received or not. In an exemplary embodiment, a mechanical structure capable of pushing the commodity to change the commodity placement position may be disposed at the bottom of the auxiliary shopping cart, the infrared detection component is disposed corresponding to the commodity carrying area, after the user places the commodity in the commodity carrying area once, the mechanical device may automatically move the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area once to other areas of the non-commodity carrying area of the auxiliary shopping cart, so that the condition that before the user places a new commodity in the commodity carrying area again, no commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area is always maintained, and whether the new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area can be judged by the infrared detection component according to whether the reflected infrared ray can be received.
The second detecting unit may include a sound detecting unit, and if the sound detecting unit detects that the sound decibel value near the commodity carrying area of the auxiliary shopping cart is less than or equal to the set sound decibel value, it indicates that no new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area; if the sound detection part detects that the sound decibel value near the commodity carrying area of the auxiliary shopping cart is larger than the set sound decibel value, the sound detection part indicates that a new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area, and the sound detection part can judge whether the new commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area or not by comparing the sound decibel value near the commodity carrying area of the auxiliary shopping cart detected with the set sound decibel value.
Specifically, whether the code scanning action of a user exists in the corresponding code scanning area is detected through the first detection part, whether the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area is detected through the second detection part, and whether the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area is successfully obtained is judged according to whether the price information is successfully obtained between the code scanning action detection and the commodity placement detection of the commodity carrying area. When the first detecting part detects that the code scanning area is corresponding to the code scanning action of the user, and the second detecting part detects that the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the same time period, if the first detecting part detects that the code scanning action of the user is corresponding to the code scanning area, and the second detecting part detects that the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the same time period, the automatic scanning part arranged corresponding to the code scanning area can acquire the price information of the new commodity through the code scanning, the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area can be judged to be successfully acquired. When the first detection part detects that the code scanning area is corresponding to the code scanning area and the second detection part detects that the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the same time period, if the first detection part detects that the code scanning area is corresponding to the code scanning area and the second detection part detects that the commodity is placed in the commodity carrying area in the same time period and between the two events, the automatic scanning part arranged in the code scanning area does not acquire the price information of the new commodity through the code scanning, the price information of the commodity placed in the commodity carrying area can be judged to be not successfully acquired, the condition that the commodity is not lost and scanned can be judged to appear, the first prompt information is sent, the occurrence of the commodity theft problem is effectively avoided, a preferred scheme is provided for the unmanned shopping in the market, and the intelligent degree of the auxiliary shopping cart is improved.
The auxiliary shopping cart may be provided with a prompting component, when the auxiliary shopping cart judges that the price information of the commodity is not obtained successfully, the prompting component may be triggered to send a first prompting message of the commodity missing scanning code to the user, or the user may be set to send a binding instruction to the corresponding auxiliary shopping cart through the terminal device, the auxiliary shopping cart is bound with the corresponding terminal device after receiving the binding instruction, when the auxiliary shopping cart judges that the price information of the commodity is not obtained successfully, the terminal device bound with the auxiliary shopping cart is triggered to send the first prompting message to the user, and the terminal device may include, for example, a mobile phone, a bracelet or an electronic device such as a platform computer. The first prompt information may be a display prompt information or a sound prompt information, and after receiving the first prompt information of the missing code of the commodity, the user may replace a new product currently placed in the auxiliary shopping cart in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart to scan the code again, so that the user may acquire whether the missing code of the commodity exists in real time, and further avoid the missing code of the commodity.
And S140, automatically generating a payment interface according to the price information and the price information judgment result.
Specifically, the auxiliary shopping cart automatically generates payment information according to price information of the commodity after acquiring the price information of the commodity placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart. The auxiliary shopping cart can acquire the unit price and the quantity of the commodities placed in the code scanning area, can combine the same kind of commodities together and superimpose the same kind of commodities on the quantity of the same kind of commodities in the process of automatically scanning the graphic codes placed on the commodities placed in the code scanning area, and can calculate the total amount of all the commodities purchased by a user according to the price information of the commodities, namely the unit price of the commodities and the quantity of the corresponding commodities, and further automatically generate payment information according to the calculated total amount.
In addition, the auxiliary shopping cart also automatically generates a payment interface according to the price information judging result, for example, when the auxiliary shopping cart judges that the commodity is not successfully acquired to the price information, the auxiliary shopping cart can control that the payment information cannot be generated or control that the generated payment information interface carries out abnormal prompt to a user. When the auxiliary shopping cart judges that the commodities with the price information not successfully acquired do not exist, a normal payment interface can be automatically generated according to the price information of all the commodities placed in the auxiliary shopping cart.
Optionally, after automatically generating the payment interface according to the price information and the price information judgment result, the payment interface may also be displayed to the user according to the payment information via a display part mounted on the auxiliary shopping cart; or sending the payment information to the terminal device bound with the auxiliary shopping cart so that the terminal device displays a payment interface to the user.
For example, a display part may be installed on the auxiliary shopping cart, and the display part may acquire payment information automatically generated according to the price of the commodity, the payment information including, for example, a total amount of the commodity selected by the user, and display a payment interface to the user according to the acquired payment information. The user may be set to send a binding instruction to the corresponding auxiliary shopping cart through the terminal device, the auxiliary shopping cart is bound with the corresponding terminal device after receiving the binding instruction, the auxiliary shopping cart obtains payment information according to price information of the commodity and a price information judgment result, the payment information is sent to the terminal device bound with the auxiliary shopping cart, the terminal device displays a payment interface to the user by utilizing a display component integrated with the terminal device, and the terminal device may include electronic devices such as a mobile phone, a bracelet or a platform computer.

The auxiliary shopping cart can send second prompt information about the service life of the commodity to the user through the prompt component arranged on the auxiliary shopping cart, the prompt component can comprise a voice prompt component and/or a display prompt component, when the prompt component is the display prompt component, the auxiliary shopping cart can be further provided with a vibration feedback component, and when the service life of the commodity in the code scanning area is judged to be short, namely the commodity is about to expire, the user can be prompted to watch the service life information of the commodity on the display prompt component through the vibration feedback, so that the user does not need to watch the display prompt component at any time, and the shopping experience of the user is further optimized.
Optionally, before the payment interface is automatically generated according to the price information and the price information judgment result, a commodity cancellation purchase order sent by the user may be obtained, and the payment interface is automatically generated according to the price information and the price information judgment result, including automatically generating the payment information according to the price information of the commodity, the price information judgment result and the commodity cancellation purchase order.
Specifically, when the user does not want to purchase the commodity which has been placed in the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart, the user may take the commodity out of the code scanning area of the auxiliary shopping cart and issue a commodity cancel purchase instruction to the auxiliary shopping cart, and the auxiliary shopping cart may be provided with an instruction receiving part, for example, which may be a touch screen or a voice receiving part mounted on the auxiliary shopping cart. After receiving the commodity cancel purchase order sent by the user, the auxiliary shopping cart determines which commodity corresponds to the commodity cancel purchase order, and then automatically generates payment information according to the price information of the commodity, the price information judgment result and the commodity cancel purchase order, for example, the price of the commodity corresponding to the commodity cancel purchase order is subtracted from the total amount contained in the current payment information to generate new payment information, so that the intelligent degree of the auxiliary shopping cart is improved.
For example, the auxiliary shopping cart obtains the service life of the corresponding commodity through automatic scanning of the commodity graphic code placed in the auxiliary shopping cart code scanning area, when the service life of the commodity in the code scanning area is short, namely the commodity is about to expire, the corresponding service life is prompted to the user, the user can send a commodity cancellation purchase order corresponding to the out-of-date commodity according to the service life fed back by the auxiliary shopping cart, and the auxiliary shopping cart can subtract the price of the out-of-date commodity corresponding to the out-of-date commodity cancellation purchase order from the total amount contained in the current payment information to generate new payment information.
Optionally, the automatic checkout method may further include controlling the automatic packaging device to automatically package the merchandise in the auxiliary shopping cart. Specifically, an automatic packing device can be installed on the auxiliary shopping cart, the automatic packing device can be realized by a mechanical structure comprising mechanical parts such as a mechanical arm, and the automatic packing device can realize automatic packing of commodities in the auxiliary shopping cart.
Optionally, acquiring a packing instruction sent by a user, and controlling an automatic packing device to automatically pack the commodities in the auxiliary shopping cart according to the packing instruction; or controlling the automatic packing device to automatically pack the commodities in the auxiliary shopping cart according to the number of the commodities of which the price information is acquired. Specifically, the auxiliary shopping cart can be provided with an instruction receiving part, a user can send out a packing instruction during complete settlement or shopping, and when the instruction receiving part receives the packing instruction sent by the user, the automatic packing device is controlled to automatically pack commodities in the auxiliary shopping cart. Or when the auxiliary shopping cart is in the process of acquiring commodity price information, judging that the number of commodities with the acquired price information exceeds the set number, wherein the set number can correspond to the number of the commodities needing to be packaged, and the auxiliary shopping cart does not need to receive an external instruction at this time and can directly control the automatic packaging device to automatically package the commodities in the auxiliary shopping cart. Therefore, the step of manual packing by a user is omitted by setting the automatic packing device, the shopping experience of the user is further optimized, and the intelligent degree of the auxiliary shopping cart is improved.
