A cleaning device for plastic product processing comprises a box body (1) and a cleaning unit arranged in the box body (1), and is characterized in that the cleaning unit comprises a net drum (2), a driving component for driving the net drum (2) to swing in a reciprocating manner and a brushing component for cleaning plastic products, the brushing component comprises a first rotating shaft (14), a second rotating shaft (3), a first gear (13), a second gear (6), an annular inner gear ring (5) and a first rotating plate (4), the first rotating shaft (14) is rotatably arranged on a central line of the net drum (2), the first rotating shaft (14) penetrates through the top of the net drum (2) and extends into the net drum (2), the first gear (13) is fixedly arranged on a shaft section of the first rotating shaft (14) positioned at the top of an inner cavity of the net drum (2), the first rotating plate (4) is rotatably arranged on the first rotating shaft (14) and positioned below the first gear (13), the net drum is characterized in that a plurality of second rotating shafts (3) are arranged on the first rotating plate (4) and located around the first rotating shaft (14) at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, a second gear (6) meshed with the first gear (13) is installed at the top end of each second rotating shaft (3), brushes are installed on the first rotating shaft (14) and the second rotating shaft (3), an inner gear ring (5) meshed with the second gear (6) is fixedly installed at the top of an inner cavity of the net drum (2), a fixed bevel gear ring (7) meshed with a bevel gear (8) is fixedly installed at the top of the inner cavity of the box body (1), and the circle center of the fixed bevel gear ring (7) is located at the rotating center of the net drum (2).

The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a first motor, a driving disc (9), a driving sleeve (10) and a driving rod (11), the first motor is fixedly mounted at the top of the inner cavity of the box body (1), the driving disc (9) is fixedly mounted on the output shaft of the first motor, the driving sleeve (10) is hinged to the outer ring of the end surface of the driving disc (9), the driving rod (11) is movably arranged in the driving sleeve (10) in a penetrating manner, the top end of the driving rod (11) is hinged to the top of the inner cavity of the box body (1), the bottom end of the driving rod (11) is fixedly connected with the net barrel (2) through a supporting rod, and a bevel gear (8) is fixedly mounted on the shaft section of the first rotating shaft (14).
3. The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 1, wherein rollers are uniformly and symmetrically installed at the bottom of the box body (1), and the rollers are self-locking rollers.
4. The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 1, wherein a water feeding pipe is connected to the top of the tank body (1), a water discharging pipe (19) is connected to the bottom of the tank body (1), and valves are mounted on the water feeding pipe and the water discharging pipe (19).
5. The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 1, wherein a box door is installed on the box body (1), and a cylinder door is installed on the side wall of the net cylinder (2).

The cleaning device for processing the plastic products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the box body (1) is arranged in an arc shape, the center of the arc is located at the swing center of the net drum (2), two sides of the bottom of the net drum (2) are respectively fixed with an elastic telescopic rod (17), the bottom end of each elastic telescopic rod (17) is provided with a pulley (18), and the pulleys (18) are in contact with the bottom of the box body (1).

The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising a drying unit, wherein the drying unit comprises a second rotating plate (15), an air inlet pipe (20) and a hot air blower (12), the second rotating plate (15) is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the net cylinder (2), an air duct (16) is arranged in the second rotating plate (15), the first rotating shaft (14) and the second rotating shaft (3) are both hollow and have air injection holes uniformly formed therein, a hollow shaft is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the second rotating plate (15) on the central line of the net cylinder (2), the hollow shaft penetrates through the bottom of the net cylinder (2) and extends to the lower part of the net cylinder (2), the bottom end of the hollow shaft penetrates into and is rotatably connected with the air inlet pipe (20), the other end of the air inlet pipe (20) is connected with the air outlet of the hot air blower (12) at the top of the box body (1), a one-way, the first rotating shaft (14) and the second rotating shaft (3) are rotatably connected with the first rotating plate (4), and the air duct (16) is communicated with the first rotating shaft (14) and the second rotating shaft (3) through connecting air pipes.
8. The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of groups of air drying components are installed on the inner side wall of the box body (1) at intervals, each air drying component comprises a second motor, a rotary table (21), sleeves (22) and a hard air pipe (23), an output shaft of the second motor extends into the box body (1) and is fixedly provided with the rotary table (21), two sleeves (22) are hinged to the same position of the outer ring of the end face of the rotary table (21), the two sleeves (22) are rotatably connected, the hard air pipes (23) are hinged to the upper side and the lower side of the rotary table (21) on the inner wall of the box body (1), the two hard air pipes (23) penetrate into the two sleeves (22) respectively, a plurality of air injection holes are formed in one side, facing the net barrel (2), of the hard air pipes (23) are connected with air distribution pipes communicated with the air outlet.
9. The cleaning device for plastic product processing according to claim 8, wherein a corrugated expansion air bag (24) is sleeved on the driving rod (11) below the driving sleeve (10), the top end of the corrugated expansion air bag (24) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the driving sleeve (10), the bottom end of the corrugated expansion air bag (24) is fixedly connected with the driving rod (11), the bottom end of the corrugated expansion air bag (24) is connected with a branch pipe, and the other end of the branch pipe is communicated with the hard air pipe (23).
