The invention solves the contradiction between three proofings and easy decontamination, also solves the problems between three proofings and antibiosis, simultaneously endows the fabric with the function of water washing resistance, and can meet the comprehensive actual requirements of actual conditions on functional fabrics.

soaping: pre-desizing, boiling, bleaching and mercerizing the fabric, removing impurities on the cloth surface through a soaping process, and drying after soaping; impurities such as an alkaline agent, a hydrophilic penetrating agent, a hydrophilic leveling agent and the like which may be contained on the cloth surface are removed through a soaping process, so that the influence of the hydrophilic impurities on functional after-finishing is avoided;
one-bath washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial finishing: the soaped and dried fabric is shaped, processed, dried, baked and finished on a shaping machine to obtain the washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial fabric, a working solution simultaneously containing a C6 durable three-proofing finishing agent, a pure cotton durable fluorine-free waterproof agent, a durable cross-linking agent, an antibacterial agent and a waterproof special penetrating agent is prepared in a rolling groove of the shaping machine during shaping, the fabric is padded, and then dried and baked to obtain the washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial fabric.

Further, drying and then baking are needed after the shaping processing, wherein the drying can be carried out in a roller or shaping machine drying mode, the drying temperature is 80-120 ℃, the time is 1-2 min, and the vehicle speed is controlled at 10-40 m/min.
Further, the shaping processing adopts a mode of one-dipping one-rolling or two-dipping two-rolling, the speed of the shaping machine is controlled to be 5-40 m/min, the pressure of a press roll is controlled to be 2-4 kg, the liquid carrying rate of the fabric is controlled to be 50-100%, the shaping baking temperature is controlled to be 135-180 ℃, and the baking time is controlled to be 45-120S.
Furthermore, the soaping agent is a novel active soaping agent, and has the characteristics of low foam, low temperature, high fastness, time saving, water saving, energy saving, emission reduction, environmental protection and the like; more importantly, the detergent can quickly remove various loose colors and hydrophilic substances on the fabric, and the soaping agent is easy to clean, does not contain the forbidden substances specified in Oeko-Tex 100 and Reach regulations, and does not contain APEO, VOC, COD and the like. Preferably, the soaping agent is selected from the group consisting of Heyu Shanghai and Kogyo company EX-961, EX-750, and mixtures thereof.

Further, the durable cross-linking agent is a terminal isocyanate substance, has good compatibility with various water-proofing agents, and does not contain formaldehyde, forbidden aromatic amine and other substances, and preferably, MEIKANATE FM-1 in the Japanese patent chemical industry or XAN in the gold industry is selected as the durable cross-linking agent.
Further, the C6 durable three-proofing finishing agent is a fluorine-containing water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent, and preferably, the C6 durable three-proofing finishing agent is selected from NEXGARD FG-6014X of Shanghai and the industry, AG-E082 and AG-E081 of Asahi glass gall, TG-5601 of Dajin or 8300 of Suzhou province.
Further, the durable non-fluorine water repellent for cotton is an isocyanate-based material which does not contain any forbidden material specified in ZDHC and does not contain any fluorine-carbon material, and is preferably selected from NEXGARD ECO-3U, merchantable, japan.
Further, the durable antimicrobial agent is a nonionic antimicrobial agent containing a specific sulfur-nitrogen compound, and preferably, the durable antimicrobial agent is selected from PROTX 2W, PROTX 2WN from Shanghai province or XIANCHUN 930FLEX from Shanghai Valley.
Further, the fabric is made of all-cotton, polyester-cotton, cotton-polyester, polyester-cotton spandex blended fabric, all-polyester or polyester-ammonia fabric.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention uses one-bath water-washing-resistant three-proofing, easy-to-clean and antibacterial finishing without the need of water-washing-resistant, three-proofing, easy-to-clean and antibacterial finishing step by step.
The soaping agent, the C6 durable water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent, the fluorine-free water-repellent agent, the cross-linking agent, the antibacterial agent, the penetrating agent and the like used in the invention completely meet the environmental protection requirement of ZDHC and the environmental protection requirement of OEKO-TEX Standard100, and the finished fabric does not contain formaldehyde, harmful heavy metals, forbidden substances such as aromatic amine, PFOA, PFOS, APEO and the like
According to the invention, the durable isocyanate non-fluorine waterproof agent for cotton and the C6 durable three-proofing finishing agent are cooperatively used, so that the initial water and oil repellency of the fabric is improved, especially the initial water repellency of the fabric is excellent, and the antifouling property and the initial soil release property of the fabric are improved; the original water repellency of the durable three-proofing finishing agent C6 on pure cotton fabric can hardly reach 95-100 minutes of the top level, after the fluorine-free waterproof agent is added, a layer of acrylic acid or isocyanate film is formed on the surface of cellulose firstly, and then a water-repellent oil-repellent layer is formed on the film by the C6 waterproof agent, so that the water repellency is more excellent, oil is difficult to permeate into the fiber, and the original water repellency and oil repellency is very excellent; the antibacterial auxiliary agent with a special molecular structure is screened and used together with the three-proofing auxiliary agent, so that the three-proofing effect of the fabric is not influenced, and the surface layer of the fabric has antibacterial components after the fabric is processed in one bath, so that the initial antibacterial performance of the fabric is very excellent, and the air permeability of the fabric is not influenced; the durable cross-linking agent, the C6 waterproof agent, the non-fluorine waterproof agent and the antibacterial agent act synergistically to form a spatial net structure on the surface of the fiber, so that the washing resistance effects of three proofings, easy decontamination and antibiosis of C6 are improved, and all functions have excellent washing resistance.

One-bath washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial finishing: preparing working solution in a material dissolving tank: c6 durable water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent FG-6014X 45g/L, durable non-fluorine finishing agent ECO-3U 45g/L, cross-linking agent FM-120 g/L, antibacterial finishing agent 10g/L and penetrating agent SO 1g/L, preparing working solution into a rolling groove of a forming machine, soaking and rolling the soaped and dried fabric on the forming machine for forming, wherein the liquid carrying rate is 65.0%, drying the fabric by a 120 ℃ roller after forming, baking the fabric by the forming machine for 45-60S at 165 ℃ and performing baking finishing.
Example 2: preparation of washable, three-proofing and easily-decontaminable antibacterial fabric
The fabric prepared by using the 40S/110S 90 desizing, boiling, bleaching and mercerizing of the all-cotton fabric has softer hand feeling, and the fabric is finished as follows:
continuous soaping of the fabric: the total amount of the 6 water-saving washing tanks is 6, the concentrations of soaping agents EX-961 used in the first 5 sections are 0.2g/L respectively, the soaping temperatures of the first 5 sections are 80 ℃, and the soaping time of the first 5 sections is 4min respectively; and finally, washing with clean water for 5min, adjusting the pH value of the cloth surface to be 6.5-7.5, and drying by adopting a roller at 100-120 ℃.
One-bath washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial finishing: preparing working solution in a material dissolving tank: c6 durable water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent FG-6014X 40g/L, durable non-fluorine finishing agent ECO-3U 40g/L, cross-linking agent FM-125 g/L, antibacterial finishing agent 25g/L and penetrating agent SO 1g/L, preparing working solution into a rolling groove of a forming machine, soaking and rolling the soaped and dried fabric on the forming machine for forming, wherein the liquid carrying rate is 80%, drying the fabric by a 120 ℃ roller after forming, baking the fabric by the forming machine for 50S at 165 ℃ and performing drying and baking finishing. .
Example 3: preparation of washable, three-proofing and easily-decontaminable antibacterial fabric
The fabric prepared by using the T/C/SP blended polyester cotton spandex fabric to desize, boil and bleach the mercerized fabric has softer hand feeling, and the fabric is finished as follows:
continuous soaping of the fabric: the total amount of the 6 water-saving washing tanks is 6, the concentrations of soaping agents EX-961 used in the first 5 sections are 0.2g/L respectively, the soaping temperatures of the first 5 sections are 65 ℃, and the soaping time of the first 5 sections is 5min respectively. One-bath washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial finishing: preparing working solution in a material dissolving tank: c6 durable water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent FG-6014X 50g/L, durable non-fluorine finishing agent ECO-3U 50g/L, cross-linking agent FM-125 g/L, antibacterial finishing agent 25g/L and penetrating agent SO 1g/L, preparing working solution into a rolling groove of a forming machine, carrying out two-dipping and two-rolling forming processing on the soaped and dried fabric on the forming machine, wherein the liquid carrying rate is 85%, drying the fabric by using a 120 ℃ roller after forming processing, baking the fabric for 60 seconds by using the forming machine at 165 ℃ and carrying out baking finishing.
Example 4: preparation of washable, three-proofing and easily-decontaminable antibacterial fabric
The fabric prepared by using the 40S/130S 98 desizing, boiling and bleaching of the all-cotton fabric has softer hand feeling, and the fabric is finished as follows:
continuous soaping of the fabric: the total amount of the 6 water-saving washing tanks is 6, the concentrations of soaping agents EX-961 used in the first 5 sections are 0.2g/L respectively, the soaping temperatures of the first 5 sections are 85 ℃ respectively, and the soaping time of the first 5 sections is 5min respectively. And finally, washing with clean water for 5min, adjusting the pH value of the cloth surface to be 6.5-7.5, and drying by adopting a roller at 100-120 ℃.
One-bath washable three-proofing easy-decontamination antibacterial finishing: preparing working solution in a material dissolving tank: c6 durable water-repellent oil-repellent finishing agent FG-6014X 45g/L, durable non-fluorine finishing agent ECO-3U 45g/L, cross-linking agent FM-120 g/L, xianban 930FLEX 40g/L and penetrating agent SO 1g/L, preparing working solution into a rolling groove of a setting machine, soaking the soaped and dried fabric on the setting machine twice, rolling and setting, the liquid carrying rate is 62%, drying by a 120 ℃ roller after setting, baking by the setting machine for 45-60S at 165 ℃ and performing baking and finishing.
Performance detection
The three-proofing and soil-release antibacterial fabrics obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 are subjected to third party detection and water-resistance washing tests, and the test results are shown in tables 1 to 4, wherein the detection bases are as follows: water repellency AATCC 22-2012; oil-repellent AATCC 118-2012; an anti-fouling FZ/T01118-2012 soy wiping process; soil Release test IN house method-1013; the antibacterial detection method comprises the following steps: GB/T20944.2-2007 part 2: absorption method

As can be seen from tables 1 to 4, the water-washable, three-proofing, soil-release and antibacterial textile fabric provided by the preparation method disclosed by the invention solves the contradiction between water repellency, oil repellency, stain resistance and soil release, also solves the contradiction between three-proofing and antibacterial properties, is soft in hand feeling, is breathable and has a certain water washing resistance; the fabric is completely environment-friendly, meets the environment-friendly requirements of ZDHC textiles and OEKO-TEX Standard100, and completely does not contain PFOA and PFOS. The fabric can be used for hotel linen products such as: pillow core, quilt core, protective cover, and protective pad, and can be used in operating coat, protective coat, bathing coat, and other related products.
