Abstract
本发明公开了一种丝素蛋白美肌护理液及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳5%‑8%、益生菌0.1%‑0.5%、抗氧化剂1.0%‑5.0%、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠25.0%‑35.0%、APG表面活性剂5.0%‑8.0%、油溶性油脂10%‑20%、多元醇溶剂2%‑6%、皮肤调理剂0.5%‑1.0%、防腐剂0.5%‑1%,乳酸0.5%‑1%、沉香精油0.5%‑1%,余量为纯水,丝素蛋白纳米乳和纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素的协同作用,能有效抑制氧自由基的生成并能清除已经形成的自由基,另外乳酸杆菌和乳酸可以协同调节私处pH值,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠和APG癸基葡糖苷协同作用,泡沫柔软丰富,手感温和、舒适,辛酸/癸酸甘油酯、多元醇溶剂、辛酰甘氨酸可以增强保湿性,本发明作为上层乳状、下层水状的护理液,融合身体乳与清洁泡沫双重功能,带来的洁净、滋润、防护的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护理液,特别是一种丝素蛋白美肌护理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
女性私处由于长时间处于潮湿闷热的环境,容易滋生细菌,从而产生红肿、瘙痒或炎症,阴道菌群失衡及微生态平衡问题,这些严重影响着女性的生活品质,处于亚健康状态的女性,使用一些护理液产品,可以缓解治疗轻度的女性常见妇科疾病,为自身的健康构建坚固的防御体系,除了以治疗为目的的药用私处护理液以外,还衍生出许多日常清洁、保健用的私处护理液类型,这些新型的私处护理液可洁净滋润私处,满足日常保养护理的需求。
私处肌肤娇嫩敏感,一般私处护理液中含有的酒精,香料等刺激成分会对皮肤造成刺激,另外市面上有部分声称可以美白私处的产品,其实是通过添加嫩红素来使私处变得粉嫩,其原理类似于染色,就是把本来的颜色遮盖住,染成粉红,因此使用这类产品效果持续时间短,甚至容易引起皮肤过敏,对于孕产期、哺乳期、月经期的女性来说危害更大,甚至会影响新陈代谢,因此设计一种低敏安全的私处护理液很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种丝素蛋白美肌护理液及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种丝素蛋白美肌护理液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳5%-8%、益生菌0.1%-0.5%、抗氧化剂1.0%-5.0%、发泡成分包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠25.0%-35.0%、APG表面活性剂5.0%-8.0%、油溶性油脂10%-20%、多元醇溶剂2%-6%、皮肤调理剂0.5%-1.0%、防腐剂0.5%-1%,乳酸0.5%-1%、沉香精油0.5%-1%,余量为纯水。
所述益生菌为乳酸杆菌。
所述抗氧化剂为纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素。
所述APG表面活性剂为癸基葡糖苷。
所述油溶性油脂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
所述多元醇溶剂为甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇重量比为1:1:1的混合物。
所述皮肤调理剂为辛酰甘氨酸。
所述防腐剂为甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇中重量比为1:1:1:1的混合物。
一种制备所述丝素蛋白美肌护理液的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、先将上述重量分数的月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、癸基葡糖苷和纯水加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟,制得组分A;
(2)、将上述重量分数丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌、纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇和沉香精油加入第一搅拌机中以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟至混合均匀,并保持温度低于45℃,制得组分B;
(3)、将上述重量分数的皮肤调理剂、多元醇溶剂加入第二搅拌机中加热至75-80℃并以转速50-60r/min搅拌至目测澄清透明,无杂质,制得组分C;
(4)、先将组分B加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌20-30分钟;再将组分C加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌5-10分钟;接着将上述重量分数的油溶性油脂加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌20-30分钟;然后将上述重量分数的乳酸加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌10-15分钟,搅拌均匀,置静,制得上层乳状、下层水状的护理液。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以丝素蛋白纳米乳和纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素的协同作用,有效抑制氧自由基的生成并能清除已经形成的自由基,具有明显的抗氧化作用,另外乳酸杆菌和乳酸可以协同调节私处pH值,改善肌肤微生态平衡,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠和APG癸基葡糖苷协同作用,泡沫柔软丰富,手感温和、舒适,辛酸/癸酸甘油酯、多元醇溶剂、辛酰甘氨酸可以增强保湿性,本发明作为上层乳状、下层水状的护理液,融合身体乳与清洁泡沫双重功能,为私处娇嫩肌肤带来有效的洁净、滋润、防护效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步介绍本发明的实施及所具有的有益效果,不能构成对本发明实施范围的限定。
本实施例中,关于温度和压力没有特别强调的部分,均为常温常压。
所述丝素蛋白纳米乳为经纳米技术处理后的丝素蛋白,所述丝素蛋白纳米乳的制备方法为:将分子量为40kDa以下的丝素蛋白溶液加入油相中混合均匀,丝素蛋白溶液和油相的比例为1:20,得到初乳溶液,然后将初乳溶液经均质活微射流处理后得到丝素蛋白纳米乳。
所述益生菌为乳酸杆菌,为从日本国产米单独分离出来的植物由来乳酸杆菌,乳酸杆菌被公认为阴道正常菌群中最重要的益生菌成员,对维持阴道自净及抗感染中起着关键作用。
所述抗氧化剂为纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素,由姜科植物姜黄根茎中分离出的姜黄素氢化而来,具有抑制酪氨酸酶的强效活性,能有效抑制氧自由基的生成并能清除已经形成的自由基,具有明显的抗氧化作用。
所述月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠为氨基酸表面活性剂,发泡力强,耐硬水,可形成霜质泡沫,温和、舒适。
所述APG表面活性剂为癸基葡糖苷,癸基葡糖苷是新型非离子表面活性剂APG的一种,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,从植物中提取,刺激性低并且稳定,令成品泡沫丰富、细腻、稳定。
所述油溶性油脂为辛酸/癸酸甘油酯,可作为保湿因子的基料,容易被皮肤吸收,使皮肤润滑有光泽,对化妆品的均匀细腻起到很好的作用。
所述多元醇溶剂为甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇,可以增强保湿性,多元醇对最终产品的外观性质和稳定性也有很大影响。
所述皮肤调理剂为辛酰甘氨酸,对肌肤具有良好的亲和性,同时具有很好的抑菌效果,对于金色葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌等均有较强的抑制作用,同时辛酰甘氨酸可以有效抑制弹性蛋白酶的活化,阻止弹性蛋白的分解,减少皮肤皱纹,调节皮肤油脂分泌。
所述防腐剂为甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇中一种或两种及以上任意比例混合物,组合使用对皮肤具有较低的刺激性,具有良好的抗菌性能,可增强保湿性。
所述沉香精油(广州国威生物科技有限公司产)为珍贵的沉香经过蒸馏后提炼而成的挥发油,是一种天然的香料,研究表明,沉香所含的缬草烯酸具有明显的镇静安神活性,α-檀香醇与沉香螺旋醇一样具有氯丙嗪样的安定作用,苍术醇具提高大脑血液循环和新陈代谢等活性。
实施例1:
本实施例由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳5%、益生菌0.1%、抗氧化剂1.0%、发泡成分包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠25.0%、APG表面活性剂5.0%、油溶性油脂10%、多元醇溶剂2%、皮肤调理剂0.5%、防腐剂0.5%,乳酸0.5%、沉香精油0.5%,余量为纯水。
本实施例的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、先将上述重量分数的月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、癸基葡糖苷和纯水加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟,制得组分A;
(2)、将上述重量分数丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌、纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇和沉香精油加入第一搅拌机中以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟至混合均匀,并保持温度低于45℃,制得组分B;
(3)、将上述重量分数的皮肤调理剂、多元醇溶剂加入第二搅拌机中加热至75-80℃并以转速50-60r/min搅拌至目测澄清透明,无杂质,制得组分C;
(4)、先将组分B加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌20-30分钟;再将组分C加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌5-10分钟;接着将上述重量分数的油溶性油脂加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌20-30分钟;然后将上述重量分数的乳酸加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌10-15分钟,搅拌均匀,置静,制得上层乳状、下层水状的护理液。
实施例2:
本实施例由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳8%、益生菌0.5%、抗氧化剂5.0%、发泡成分包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠35.0%、APG表面活性剂8.0%、油溶性油脂20%、多元醇溶剂6%、皮肤调理剂1.0%、防腐剂1%,乳酸1%、沉香精油1%,余量为纯水。
本实施例的制备方法与实施例1相同。
测试标准:
防腐性能检验测试:美国药典USP32(51)
将标准指定编号的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉的菌种接入
实施例1-2分别制得的护理液中,然后在第7天、第14天、第28天分别检验每种菌的存活数量,存活数量越少,其防腐剂抗菌效果越好,细菌第14天时细菌减少99%,28天时不再繁殖,真菌14天和28天时不再繁殖,实施例1-2制得的护理液符合美国药典USP32(51)的测试指标。
质量性能检验测试:GB 15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准
实施例1-2制得的护理液符合GB 15979-2002的测试指标。
志愿者实际使用测试:
保湿性能检验测试:将志愿者10人,随机分成2组,分别为测试组1和测试组2,测试组1使用实施例1制成的护理液,测试组2使用实施例2制成的护理液,分别以1.5g/100cm2用志愿者手臂上清洗对照,对照检测试验部位的水分含量变化。测试结果如下:

由表格数据得知实施例1-2制得的护理液具有良好的保湿性能。
育菌性能检验测试:将志愿者10人,分别为测试组1,测试组1使用实施例1制成的护理液,以取0.1的添加量涂抹于志愿者的脸部。4周后采集额头处菌种,测试结果如下:测得额头处乳酸菌为双歧杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、乳酸球菌、乳酸明串珠菌、片球菌和链球菌,合计额头处菌的数量,减去原涂抹液中的益生菌数量后得到的值为护理液促进产生的乳酸菌的值。

由表格数据得知实施例1制得的护理液可以促进乳酸菌增长。
PH调节性能测试:将志愿者10人,随机分成2组,分别为测试组1和测试组2,测试组1使用实施例1制成的护理液,测试组2使用市售某护理液产品,分别以1.5g/100cm2用志愿者手臂上清洗对照4周,对照检测试验部位的PH含量变化。测试结果如下:

由表格数据得知实施例1制得的护理液可以调节皮肤PH值至弱酸。
一次完整皮肤刺激试验:受试物对白色家兔的皮肤刺激指数为0,皮肤刺激强度为无刺激性。
阴道粘膜刺激试验:受试物对家兔的阴道粘膜为无刺激性。
毒理试验均由第三方检测机构广东省微生物分析检测中心进行检测。
综合使用检验测试:于某医院妇科门诊招募志愿者,所招募志愿者条件为:具有阴部发炎病史且阴部敏感,共招募女性志愿者120人,随机分成5组,每组24人,分别为测试组1、测试组2、测试组3和测试组4,测试组1使用实施例1制成的护理液,测试组2使用实施例2制成的护理液,测试组3使用市售某护理液产品,测试组4使用市售某滋润型护理液,样品数量按两个月的用量计。
本次测试所使用护理液均已撕去商标等标志性物质,志愿者并不知道自己所使用为何种护理液,志愿者需在每次结束后向实验人员提供自己的使用感受。使用感受包括:用后是否舒爽不紧绷,是否能舒缓瘙痒、是否保湿滋润,用后触感是否有弹性进行评分,每项香分满分10分,感觉越好评分越高,计算各组志愿者三个月经期三次平均分。测试结果如下表所示:
从表格数据可以得出,与市售护理液相比,本发明实施例1-2制得的一种丝质蛋白美肌私处护理液在保湿滋润,不紧绷,舒缓瘙痒有是显的优势。同时,本发明实施例制得的护理液产品可以有效地清洁表皮污垢,缓解阴部发炎的各症状,包括:用后触感有弹性以及清香水润的使用体验。说明本发明实施例制得的护理液产品在有效地起到抗(抑)菌的功效的基础上,可以有效地减少对阴部的刺激感,同时,丝素蛋白美肌成分为氨基酸物质,可有效地减少阴部干涩,滋润补水,进一步提升使用感受。
以上的实施方式不能限定本发明创造的保护范围,专业技术领域的人员在不脱离本发明创造整体构思的情况下,所做的均等修饰与变化,均仍属于本发明创造涵盖的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种丝素蛋白美肌护理液,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳5%-8%、益生菌0.1%-0.5%、抗氧化剂1.0%-5.0%、发泡成分包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠25.0%-35.0%、APG表面活性剂5.0%-8.0%、油溶性油脂10%-20%、多元醇溶剂2%-6%、皮肤调理剂0.5%-1.0%、防腐剂0.5%-1%,乳酸0.5%-1%、沉香精油0.5%-1%,余量为纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述益生菌为乳酸杆菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述抗氧化剂为纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述APG表面活性剂为癸基葡糖苷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述油溶性油脂为辛癸酸甘油酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述多元醇溶剂为甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇重量比为1:1:1的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述皮肤调理剂为辛酰甘氨酸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的护理液,其特征在于所述防腐剂为甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇中重量比为1:1:1:1的混合物。
9.一种制备如权利要求1至8任一所述护理液的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、先将上述重量分数的月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、癸基葡糖苷和纯水加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟,制得组分A;
(2)、将上述重量分数丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌、纳米脂质体四氢姜黄素、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、丁二醇和沉香精油加入第一搅拌机中以转速50-60r/min,搅拌5-10分钟至混合均匀,并保持温度低于45℃,制得组分B;
(3)、将上述重量分数的皮肤调理剂、多元醇溶剂加入第二搅拌机中加热至75-80℃并以转速50-60r/min搅拌至澄清透明,制得组分C;
(4)、先将组分B加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌20-30分钟;再将组分C加入主搅拌釜中,以转速50-60r/min持续搅拌5-10分钟;接着将上述重量分数的油溶性油脂加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌20-30分钟;然后将上述重量分数的乳酸加入主搅拌釜中保持转速50-60r/min均匀搅拌10-15分钟,搅拌均匀,置静,出料。
