Description

Electronic device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to electronic devices.
Background
Electronic devices such as a commercial audio system and a power amplifier are used as permanent devices in a concert hall and a theater, or mobile devices in a live broadcast field and a ceremony hall. In many of such electronic apparatuses, a plurality of electronic apparatuses are used at the same time, and therefore, the electronic apparatuses are mounted (mounted) on a rack. In particular, when used as a mobile device, the electronic devices of the number corresponding to the number of conference sites are mounted in the rack in the conference site.
In order to facilitate the mounting to the rack, the electronic apparatus is provided with a pair of handles on the left and right of the front control board (see, for example, japanese patent No. 4831000). The handle is generally designed in consideration of design and space saving and does not hinder operability of a switch or the like mounted on the front control panel.
Accordingly, for example, as electronic devices have become more versatile and switches have increased, the front control board may protrude from the front surface of the main body in order to accommodate the switches. In such an electronic device, if the conventional handle is configured as described above, the front control board is likely to be caught by fingers when the electronic device is mounted, and there is a problem that workability in mounting is poor. In an electronic apparatus in which the front panel has a detachable portion at its side end portion, the detachable portion may come off if a finger is caught on the front panel. On the other hand, if the handle is designed in consideration of workability at the time of mounting, it is difficult to achieve both design of appearance and space saving. In the handle of the electronic apparatus in which the front control panel protrudes on the front surface of the main body in this way, it is difficult to achieve both the degree of freedom of design in consideration of the design and space saving and the workability at the time of mounting.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic apparatus having a handle, which can improve workability in mounting while maintaining a degree of freedom in design.
Technical solution for solving technical problem
An electronic apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention is an electronic apparatus including a main body and a front control board protruding from a front surface of the main body, the electronic apparatus including a pair of handles provided on both left and right sides of the front control board on the front surface of the main body, the handles including: a support portion protruding from a front surface of the main body; a hand-held portion disposed in front of the support portion and having a through hole in a left-right direction; the inner surface of the through hole on the support portion side has a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control plate.
In the electronic apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention, the front control board may have a detachable portion at a side end portion thereof, the detachable portion being detachable from the main body.
In the electronic apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention, a magnet may be used as the attaching/detaching mechanism of the detaching unit.
In the electronic device according to one aspect of the present invention, a concave portion that is concave toward the main body side may be formed on a front surface of the support portion, and the regions on the same plane may be located above and below the concave portion.
In the electronic device according to one aspect of the present invention, the maximum width of the through hole in the vertical direction is preferably 4cm or more and 7cm or less.
In the electronic apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention, the side end portion of the front control plate may be bent toward the main body.
An electronic device according to an aspect of the present invention can be mounted on a rack for use.
In the present invention, the "front surface" mainly indicates a surface on which the display device and the operation panel are arranged, and mainly indicates a surface on the opposite side of the surface on which the input/output terminals are arranged. Further, although there are cases where switches and the like are disposed on the front control board, the "surface of the front control board" does not include projections due to the switches and the like, and refers to the surface of the panel main body. The "up-down" and the "left-right" refer to up-down and left-right in a state where the electronic device is placed on a horizontal plane in a predetermined direction.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
In the electronic apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention, the inner surface of the handle on the support portion side of the through hole has a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control board. The inventors of the present invention have considered that by providing a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control panel in a part of the inner surface of the through hole on the support portion side, the fingers of the operator inserted into the through hole of the handle can be easily guided to a position on the front surface of the front control panel, and the fingers can be prevented from being caught on the front control panel. Further, since the region on the same plane as the surface of the front control plate is only a part of the inner surface of the through hole on the support portion side, the degree of freedom in design is high, and both the design of the handle and space saving can be achieved. Therefore, the electronic apparatus can maintain the degree of freedom in designing the handle and improve the workability in mounting.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
Fig. 1 to 3 show an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic apparatus 1 is mounted on a rack for use, and has a main body 2 and a front control board 3 protruding on a front surface of the main body 2. The electronic apparatus 1 includes a pair of handles 4 on both left and right sides of a front control board 3 on the front surface of the main body 2.
Examples of the electronic device 1 include amplifiers (control amplifiers and power amplifiers), audio devices such as CD players, and video devices such as DVD players. The electronic device 1 is particularly preferably a heavy power amplifier.
< body >
As shown in fig. 1, the main body 2 includes, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped housing 21, a front panel 22 disposed on a front surface of the housing 21, and an electronic component (not shown) mounted inside the housing 21.
The frame body 21 can be configured to include, for example, a main frame having a bottom portion and side portions formed by bending from both sides of the bottom portion, and a cover frame covering the top portion and the back surface portion of the main frame. The configuration of the housing 21 is not limited to the above configuration, and may be a configuration in which the frame configuration is different or a configuration in which the frame is not used.
In fig. 1, the front panel 22 covers the front surface of the housing 21 and protrudes on both left and right sides of the housing 21. Alternatively, the front panel 22 may be provided in a pair only at positions protruding to the left and right of the front surface of the housing 21. When the front panel 22 is provided only at a portion protruding from the housing 21, the front surface of the housing 21 is covered with, for example, a cover frame and the front control board 3 described later.
The height (length in the vertical direction) of the front panel 22 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately determined in consideration of design and the like, and may be, for example, approximately the same as the height of the housing 21.
The above-described electronic device is a component for realizing the function of the electronic apparatus 1. When the electronic device 1 is a power amplifier, examples of the electronic device include a power amplifier circuit configured by a transistor, a DSP, a CPU, and the like, a power supply circuit for supplying power, a heat sink, a cooling fan, and the like.
The size of the main body 2 is determined as appropriate in accordance with the number, size, and the like of electronic components and the like mounted to realize the functions of the electronic apparatus 1. The size of the main body 2 is determined to match the size of the rack to which it is attached.
< front control panel >
The front control panel 3 is disposed on the front surface of the front panel 22. The width (length in the left-right direction) of the front control plate 3 is shorter than the width of the front panel 22, and is, for example, approximately the same as or slightly shorter than the width of the housing 21 when viewed from the front. By making the width of the front control panel 3 shorter than the width of the front panel 22 in this way, the handle 4 can be directly attached to the front panel 22, and therefore, the strength of the handle 4 is easily ensured.
The height (vertical length) of the front control plate 3 is not particularly limited, and is, for example, the same as or lower than the height of the front panel 22.
The upper limit of the distance (projecting distance) by which the front control plate 3 projects forward from the front panel 22 is preferably 5cm, and more preferably 3 cm. If the projection distance exceeds the upper limit, the projection distance of the support portion 41 of the handle 4 projecting from the front surface of the main body 2 needs to be increased, the degree of freedom in designing the handle 4 is reduced, and the strength of the handle 4 may be insufficient. On the other hand, the lower limit of the projecting distance is not particularly limited, and is appropriately determined according to design and the like, and may be selected to be 1cm, for example.
As shown in fig. 4, the front control plate 3 has a control switch 31 at the center portion and a detachable portion 32 at the side end portion, which is detachable from the main body 2, and a detaching mechanism 33 of the detachable portion 32.
(switch)
The switch 31 realizes a function of adjusting or selecting functional control of the electronic apparatus 1, and is configured by, for example, a knob 31a for controlling the magnitude of output and a button 31b for controlling selection of sound quality, selection of an output object, and the like.
(detaching part)
The detaching portion 32 is used to house a filter disposed at the suction port of the cooling fan, for example. The filter becomes dirty due to long-term use of the electronic apparatus 1, and therefore needs to be replaced or cleaned. By providing the removal portion 32 that houses the component that needs to be replaced or tilted in this way on the front control plate 3, the maintainability of the component can be improved.
The outer side of the detachable portion 32 is bent toward the main body 2, i.e., rearward. That is, the side end portion of the front control plate 3 is bent toward the main body 2. By bending the side end portions of the front control panel 3 in the direction of the main body 2 in this way, when fingers are inserted into the left and right grips 4 provided on the left and right sides of the front control panel 3 from the left and right outer sides, the inserted fingers are easily guided to the front surface of the front control panel 3, and the fingers can be suppressed from getting caught on the front control panel 3. Therefore, workability in mounting the electronic apparatus 1 can be improved.
(disassembling and assembling mechanism)
As the attaching and detaching mechanism 33, a magnet can be used. When a magnet is used in the attachment/detachment mechanism 33, for example, as shown in fig. 4, magnets may be disposed at positions where the upper and lower and left and right end portions of the detachment portion 32 come into contact with the main body 2. The detachable portion 32 can be formed of a metal close to the magnet, but the detachable portion 32 may be formed of a metal or a magnet close to the magnet only at a position where the detachable portion contacts the magnet. By disposing a metal or a magnet in this manner, positioning at the time of attaching the detachable portion 32 can be easily performed. When the magnet is disposed in the detaching unit 32, the magnet is disposed so that the polarity of the surface is opposite to that of the surface of the magnet used in the attaching and detaching mechanism 33.
By using a magnet as the attachment/detachment mechanism 33, the detachable section 32 can be completely detached from the main body 2, and the maintainability of the components housed in the detachable section 32 can be improved. Further, since the structure of the attachment/detachment mechanism 33 can be simplified, the attachment/detachment mechanism 33 can be reduced in weight and at low cost.
Note that the attachment/detachment mechanism 33 is not limited to a structure using a magnet. As the attaching and detaching mechanism 33, for example, a structure can be adopted in which one side of the detaching unit 32 is fixed to the main body 2 by a hinge or the like, and the detaching unit 32 is detached by rotating about the hinge as an axis. In such a configuration, one side of the detachable portion 32 fixed to the main body 2 is preferably a side on the side end side of the front control plate 3. By making one side of the detachable section 32 fixed to the main body 2 in this way the side end side of the front control board 3, on which a finger is likely to be caught at the time of mounting the electronic apparatus 1, even if the finger touches the front control board 3 at the time of mounting, the detachable section 32 can be effectively prevented from being opened.
< handle >
The handle 4 has a support portion 41 protruding from the front surface of the main body 2 and a grip portion 42 disposed in front of the support portion 41. The hand-held portion 42 has a through hole 43 in the left-right direction.
(bearing part)
As shown in fig. 2, a recess 41a recessed toward the main body 2 side is formed in the front surface of the support portion 41. The bottom surface of the recess 41a is formed by the surface of the main body 2. Specifically, the support portion 41 is formed by a pair of columnar portions 41b that protrude from the main body 2 and face each other in the vertical direction, and a recess 41a is formed between the pair of columnar portions 41 b. By providing the recess 41a in the support portion 41 in this manner, the handle 4 can be reduced in weight.
The shape of the columnar portion 41b is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a columnar shape or a prismatic shape as shown in fig. 1. The pair of columnar portions 41b may be identical in shape or different in shape.
The size of the cross section of the columnar portion 41b is appropriately determined in consideration of the design and strength of the handle 4. The height (the protruding distance from the main body 2) of the columnar portion 41b is appropriately determined according to the arrangement position of the through hole 43. The distance between the pair of columnar portions 41b is appropriately determined in consideration of the size of the through hole 43, the design of the handle 4, and the like.
The pair of columnar portions 41b are preferably screwed to the rear surface side (frame 21 side) of the front panel 22 at the portion of the front panel 22 protruding from the frame 21. With such a configuration, the handle 4 can be easily detached from the electronic apparatus 1 without requiring the handle 4. This can improve the operability of the electronic apparatus 1.
(hand-held portion)
The shape of the hand-held portion 42 is not particularly limited, and for example, in fig. 1, both ends are extended so as to be aligned with the upper end and the lower end of the support portion 41 in front of the support portion 41, and the front is rounded.
As described above, the hand-held portion 42 has the through hole 43 in the left-right direction, and the portion of the hand-held portion 42 other than the through hole 43 has a plate shape as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The average thickness of the plate-like portion of the hand-held portion 42 is determined by the strength required for the hand-held portion 42, and is, for example, 3mm to 5 mm.
The plate-like portion of the grip portion 42 is preferably thickened on the main body 2 side, that is, the portion connected to the support portion 41. By making the portion connected to the support portion 41 thick in this way, the strength of the portion connected to the support portion 41, on which a load is relatively likely to act, can be increased.
The average width of the plate-like portion is appropriately determined in consideration of the design of the handle 4, and can be, for example, substantially equal to the columnar portion 41b of the support portion 41.
(through hole)
The through hole 43 is formed in an O-shape in a side view as shown in fig. 2, for example, and a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control plate 3 (a region 43a on the same plane) is formed on the inner surface on the support portion 41 side. When there is a protrusion of 3mm or less, more preferably 1mm or less, from the surface of the front control plate 3 in side view, on the inner surface of the through hole 43 on the support portion 41 side, it is considered to belong to the "region on the same surface". Even in the case where there is a slight protrusion on the inner surface on the support portion 41 side in this way, there is no influence on the effect of the present invention. In addition, although the areas 43a on the same plane are generally configured by a flat surface, for example, when the front surface of the front control plate 3 draws a curve in a side view, the areas 43a on the same plane can also be a curved surface that follows the curve.
The region 43a on the same plane may be located only above or below the recess 41a of the support portion 41, but is preferably located above and below the recess 41a of the support portion 41. By providing the areas 43a on the same plane at two locations above and below the concave portion 41a in this way, it is possible to suppress the finger from being caught on the front control board 3.
In each of the regions 43a on the same plane, the inner surface of the through hole 43 on the support portion 41 side, which is continuous upward or downward from the region 43a on the same plane, preferably protrudes forward from the surface of the front control plate 3 in a side view. With such a configuration, the finger can be further prevented from being caught on the front control board 3.
The lower limit of the height of each of the regions 43a on the same plane (the length of the through-hole 43 in the vertical direction, T1 in fig. 2) is preferably 0.1cm, and more preferably 0.2 cm. If the height of each of the areas 43a on the same plane is lower than the above-described lower limit, there is a problem that the finger jam on the front control board 3 cannot be sufficiently suppressed. On the other hand, the upper limit of the height T1 of each of the regions 43a on the same plane is not particularly limited, and the inner surfaces of the through-holes 43 on the side of the support portion 41 may be all the regions 43a on the same plane.
The lower limit of the height (T in fig. 2, hereinafter also referred to as "total height") obtained by adding the regions 43a on the same plane and the region continuing to the same and protruding forward is preferably 0.5cm, and more preferably 1 cm. By setting the total height T to be equal to or greater than the lower limit, the finger can be further prevented from being caught on the front control panel 3.
The lower limit of the maximum width (H in fig. 2) of the through-hole 43 in the vertical direction is preferably 4cm, and more preferably 5 cm. On the other hand, the upper limit of the maximum width H of the through-hole 43 in the vertical direction is preferably 7cm, and more preferably 6.5 cm. If the maximum width H of the through-hole 43 in the vertical direction is less than the lower limit, the number of fingers that can be simultaneously inserted into the through-hole 43 is limited, and the work of mounting the electronic apparatus 1 on the chassis becomes difficult. On the contrary, if the maximum width H of the through hole 43 in the vertical direction exceeds the upper limit, a gap is generated between the inserted finger and the upper end and the lower end of the through hole 43, and the effect of guiding the front surface of the finger front control panel 3 by the region 43a on the same plane is easily deteriorated. Therefore, there is a problem that the finger is easily caught on the front control board 3. When the maximum width of the through-hole 43 in the vertical direction is within the above range, two to three fingers can be simultaneously inserted into the through-hole 43, and a gap is less likely to be formed between the inserted fingers and the upper end and the lower end of the through-hole 43. The state in which the three left and right fingers are inserted into the through holes 43 of the handle 4 is a state in which the electronic device 1 is easily lifted up, and workability at the time of mounting the electronic device 1 is improved. Therefore, by setting the maximum width of the through hole 43 in the vertical direction within the above range, the workability in mounting the electronic apparatus 1 can be improved.
The lower limit of the ratio of the total height T to the maximum width H of the through hole 43 in the vertical direction is preferably 1/4, and more preferably 1/3. If the above ratio is lower than the above lower limit, there is a problem that the finger jam on the front control panel 3 cannot be sufficiently suppressed.
The lower limit of the maximum width (W in fig. 2) of the through-hole 43 in the front-rear direction is preferably 1.5cm, and more preferably 2 cm. On the other hand, the upper limit of the maximum width W of the through-hole 43 in the front-rear direction is preferably 4cm, and more preferably 3 cm. If the maximum width W of the through-hole 43 in the front-rear direction is less than the lower limit, it becomes difficult to insert a finger into the through-hole 43. On the contrary, if the maximum width W in the front-rear direction of the through hole 43 exceeds the above upper limit, a gap is generated between the inserted finger and the front and rear ends of the through hole 43, and the effect of guiding the hand pointing to the front surface of the front control board 3 by the region 43a on the same plane is liable to be deteriorated. Therefore, there is a problem that the finger is easily caught on the front control board 3. If the maximum width W is increased, the moment applied to the support portion 41 increases when the electronic apparatus 1 is lifted by the handle 4, for example. Therefore, if the maximum width W exceeds the upper limit, a large moment acts on the support portion 41, and there is a problem that the support portion 41 is easily broken.
< advantage >
In the electronic apparatus 1, the inner surface of the handle 4 on the support portion 41 side of the through hole 43 has a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control board 3 (a region 43a on the same plane). By providing a region on the same plane as the surface of the front control panel 3 in a part of the inner surface of the through hole 43 on the support portion 41 side in this way, the operator can easily guide the finger inserted into the through hole 43 of the handle 4 to a position on the front surface of the front control panel 3, and the finger can be prevented from getting caught on the front control panel 3. Further, since the region 43a on the same plane is only a part of the inner surface of the through hole 43 on the support portion 41 side, the degree of freedom in design is high, and both the design of the handle 4 and space saving can be achieved. Therefore, the electronic apparatus 1 can improve workability in mounting while maintaining the degree of freedom in designing the handle 4.
In addition, since the electronic apparatus 1 can easily prevent the finger from being caught on the front control board 3 when attached, the detachable portion 32 can be prevented from coming off. Therefore, the electronic apparatus 1 has a structure having such a detachable portion 32, and the anti-drop effect is good.
In addition, the electronic apparatus 1 uses a magnet as the attachment and detachment mechanism 33 of the detachment section 32. Since the detachable section 32 can be completely detached from the main body 2 if a magnet is used, the detachable section 32 is more likely to come off than an attaching and detaching mechanism that fixes a part of the detachable section 32 to the main body 2. However, in the electronic apparatus 1, since the finger can be prevented from being caught on the front control board 3 by the attachment/detachment mechanism 33, the detachment of the detachable portion 32 can be effectively prevented when the electronic apparatus 1 is attached.
[ other embodiments ]
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the structure of the present invention. Therefore, in the above-described embodiments, the constituent elements of the respective portions of the above-described embodiments can be omitted, substituted, or added based on the description of the present specification and the common technical knowledge, and they should be construed as falling within the scope of the present invention.

In the above embodiment, the case where the through-hole is formed in the O-shape was described, but the shape of the through-hole is not limited thereto. For example, the through-hole may be square or oval. The inner surface of the through hole on the opposite side of the support portion may be formed in a corrugated shape along the shape of the inserted finger.
In the above embodiment, the through-holes are vertically symmetrical, but the through-holes may be vertically asymmetrical.
In the above embodiment, the case where the pair of handles have the same shape was described, but the shape of the pair of handles may be different.
In the above embodiment, the case where the bottom surface of the recess of the support portion is formed by the surface of the main body has been described, but the bottom surface of the recess may be formed by a part of the support portion without reaching the surface of the main body.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the recess portion that is recessed toward the main body side of the electronic device is formed in the front surface of the support portion has been described, but the recess portion is not an essential component. For example, an electronic device 5 having no recess as shown in fig. 5 is also included in the present invention. In the electronic device 5 shown in fig. 5, the handle 6 has a support portion 61 protruding from the front surface of the main body 2 and a grip portion 62 disposed in front of the support portion 61. The hand-held portion 62 has a through hole 63 in the left-right direction.
In the electronic device 5 of fig. 5, the support portion 61 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. In front of the support portion 61, the grip portion 62 extends so that both ends thereof coincide with the upper and lower ends of the support portion 41. The inner surface of the through hole 63 on the side of the support portion 61 (the front surface of the support portion 61) is formed by the front surface of the support portion 61 and is flush with the surface of the front control plate 3. By forming the entire inner surface of the through hole 63 on the support portion 61 side as the region 63a on the same plane as the surface of the front control plate 3 in this manner, the finger inserted into the through hole 63 can be guided more reliably to the position on the front surface than the front control plate 3.
In fig. 5, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in fig. 1 to 3. In the electronic device 5 of fig. 5, the case where the entire inner surface of the through hole 63 on the side of the support portion 61 is the region 63a on the same plane has been described, but a part of the inner surface of the through hole 63 on the side of the support portion 61 may be the region 63a on the same plane. Even if a part of the inner surface of the through hole 63 on the support portion 61 side is formed as the region 63a on the same plane in this way, the effect of guiding the hand to the front surface of the front control board 3 by the region 63a on the same plane can be obtained.
In the above embodiment, the case where the housing of the main body has a rectangular parallelepiped shape was described, but the housing is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and other shapes may be adopted.
In the above embodiment, the case where the front panel of the main body protrudes from the side surface of the housing has been described, but the main body may be configured such that the front panel does not protrude from the side surface of the housing.
The front panel is not essential and can be omitted. In this case, the pair of handles is directly attached to the frame of the main body, for example.
Industrial applicability
The electronic device of the present invention can maintain the degree of freedom in designing the handle and improve workability in mounting.
