Abstract
本发明公开了一种氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,是由原料电熔刚玉、蓝晶石、碳化硅、氮化硅、硅微粉、活性氧化铝微粉、球状沥青、碳黑粉、碳树脂粉、碳分散剂、抗氧化剂、有机纤维、防爆剂按比例配制而成;施工时外加结合剂硅溶胶或纯铝酸钙水泥。本发明基于对冷却型炉缸内衬材料的研究,综合了各种材料的优点而提出并确定的配方科学,配制的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料富集了氧化铝材料、碳化硅材料、含碳材料的优点,适应冷却型高炉或矿热电炉及类似工况条件的炉缸内衬工作层,能够承受入炉物料的冲击、炉内压力等工作状况;有效传导热量,使工作层耐火材料与渣铁接触的界面形成1150℃的铁水凝固等温线,真正发挥冷却型炉缸结构的优势,延长了炉缸寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料,尤其是涉及一种氮化硅复合高导热浇注料。
背景技术
高炉或者矿热电炉是炼铁或者冶炼铁合金的重要设备,炉体的炉缸则是直接承受矿物熔化成渣铁的核心设施,高炉或者矿热电炉的炉体寿命就是由炉缸的寿命决定的。高炉或者矿热电炉在冶炼时炉内温度高达1500~1800℃,炉缸工作层耐火材料不但要承受高温,还要具备承受入炉物料的冲击、炉内压力、高温液体环流冲涮、高温熔渣的化学侵蚀、高温渣铁的渗透等。提高炉缸材料的性能、延长炉缸寿命、提高炉子利用率、减少固废排放等一直是行业内的研发方向。
研究发现,如果能有效降低炉缸工作层耐火材料的工作温度,不仅可延长炉缸的使用寿命,还能提高使用的安全性。而炉子加装冷却装置则是一种普遍而且有效的方法,冷却装置为金属或者陶瓷材质的冷却壁、冷却板、冷却管、喷吹装置等;冷却介质可以为水、氮气、压缩空气等。冷却装置能通过有效的热传导作用带走炉缸耐火材料内衬的富余热量,使炉缸内衬的温度稳定,并在炉缸工作层内衬耐火材料与高温渣铁溶液接触的界面形成半凝固的渣铁层来保护炉缸工作层,进而大幅提高高炉或矿热炉及类似工况条件的炉缸的使用寿命。
为保证冷却装置能够充分将炉缸耐火材料内衬中的富余热量带走,使工作层内表面形成半凝固的渣铁层,就必须要求炉缸内衬耐火材料具有较好的导热性。下面对于现有的炉缸状况及内衬耐火材料分析如下:
1、炼铁高炉:炉缸普遍采用冷却壁外壳,紧邻冷却壁砌筑高导热碳砖,这些均符合冷却型炉缸结构的原理;但是由于炉缸工作层一般采用复合棕刚玉砖砌筑,而复合棕刚玉砖的导热系数低于5.0w/(m·k),故此种材质的工作层不符合冷却型炉缸结构的原理。
2、镍铁矿热电炉:部分炉缸外壳仅在铁口、渣口等局部设置冷却装置,不符合冷却型炉缸结构原理;有少部分炉缸外壳整体设置冷却装置,符合冷却型炉缸结构原理。但是目前此类矿热电炉的炉缸均采用烧成镁砖作为炉衬材料,而镁砖导热系数低于7.0w/(m·k),此种材质的工作层不符合冷却型炉缸结构原理。
3、硅锰合金矿热电炉:部分炉缸外壳未设置冷却装置,部分炉缸外壳仅在铁口、渣口等局部设置冷却装置,不符合冷却型炉缸结构原理;有少部分炉缸外壳整体设置冷却装置,符合冷却型炉缸结构原理。目前此类矿热电炉的炉缸一般采用碳砖做为安全层、采用高铝砖做为工作层;安全层所采用的碳砖导热性较好,符合冷却型炉缸结构的原理,但工作层的高铝砖导热系数低于2.0w/(m·k),不符合冷却型炉缸结构的选材原理。
从以上分析可以看到,炉缸冷却结构是被行业认可的,并且在各种炉型均有着普遍或者局部的应用,但是由于工作层耐火材料材质的限制,不能使冷却型炉缸起到应有的作用、发挥最大的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,将其作为高炉或矿热电炉的炉缸工作层内衬的局部或整体浇注材料,可使冷却型炉缸发挥最大的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,是由原料电熔刚玉、蓝晶石、碳化硅、氮化硅、硅微粉、活性氧化铝微粉、球状沥青、碳黑粉、碳树脂粉、碳分散剂、抗氧化剂、有机纤维、防爆剂按下述重量份配制而成:
电熔刚玉10~15份,其中粒度5~12mm颗粒料7~10份,325目粉料3~5份;
100目蓝晶石细粉3~5份;
碳化硅60~70份,其中0~5mm颗粒料50~55份,200目粉料10~15份;
粒度1~2μm氮化硅1~2份;
粒度1μm的硅微粉1~4份;
粒度3~5μm的活性氧化铝微粉4~8份;
粒度0.2~0.5mm的球状沥青2~5份;
碳黑粉0.3~1份;
碳树脂粉1份;
碳分散剂0.2~0.5份;
抗氧化剂1.5~3.5份;
有机纤维0.04~0.1份;
防爆剂0.06~0.12份。
为保证成品浇注料的质量,本发明所用的电熔刚玉中Al2O3≥95%,蓝晶石中Al2O3≥58%,活性氧化铝微粉中Al2O3≥99%。
本发明所用的碳化硅中SiC≥97%;氮化硅中Si3N4≥98%;硅微粉中SiO2≥94%。
本发明所用的球状沥青的软化温度为105~125℃,其中C≥48%。
本发明所用的碳黑粉中C≥95%;碳树脂粉中C≥80%。
本发明所用的碳分散剂为氟硼酸镍,商品代号N1055。
本发明所用的抗氧化剂由金属硅粉和碳化硼按1.5~2: 0.3~0.5之重量份配比配制而成。
本发明所用的有机纤维为低熔点有机纤维,其熔化温度为70~100℃。
本发明所用的防爆剂为粒度80~120目的金属铝粉,其中Al≥98%。
本发明还包括外加结合剂;具体来说,外加结合剂为硅溶胶或纯铝酸钙水泥。
如果外加结合剂采用硅溶胶(SiO2≥25%、25℃黏度5~7pa·s)时,其加入量为物料总量的5~7%,并加入Al2O3≥70%的纯铝酸钙水泥0.5%做为促凝剂。
如果外加结合剂采用纯铝酸钙水泥(Al2O3≥70%)时,其用量为物料总量的2~3%,并加入三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠按照0.04~0.1:0.08~0.13之重量份配制而成的减水剂0.2%。
配制时,将所有原料准确称量后混合均匀,装入防潮防晒的吨袋储存即可;结合剂在施工前以外加比例加入,采用纯铝酸钙水泥作为结合剂时需要另加入5~6%的自来水。
现场将浇注料和外加剂(自来水)一起搅拌均匀后直接施工,经过养护及按规程烘烤后即可投入使用。
经测试,本发明配制的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料的技术参数如下表1所示:

从表1中数据可以看出,本发明配制的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料具备高导热、高强度、耐铁水熔蚀、抗渣子侵蚀、抗环流冲刷等特性,是冷却型炉缸结构普遍适用的工作层整体浇注材料。
本发明的优点在于基于对传统的冷却型炉缸内衬材料的研究,综合了各种材料的优点而提出并确定的配方科学,其中的电熔刚玉提高了材料的耐高温性、耐磨性及结构强度;氧化铝材料具有微粉结合的作用,能改善材料的烧结性能;蓝晶石的加入使材料在高温使用中会产生永久性体积微膨胀,提高了材料的致密度并能有效避免浇注体裂缝;碳化硅是高导热、高耐火、高强度的耐火原料,复合氮化硅加入后,更加提高材料的整体强度、抗渣性、耐冲刷等综合高温性能;碳元素及碳分散剂的加入,可提高材料的导热性能和抗渣性;有机纤维能使材料在烘烤过程中产生排气通道,防止浇注体憋气涨裂;金属铝、金属硅等添加物的加入,在提高材料防爆性能和抗氧化性能的同时,金属物在高温下产生的塑性相可以有效填充气孔、封闭气孔,提高材料的抗铁水渗透性和抗渣性;结合剂硅溶胶或者纯铝酸钙水泥根据不同的施工条件选择加入,便于施工。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做更加详细的说明,以便于本领域技术人员的理解。
本发明所用原料均为市售产品,按文中记载的纯度购买即可。
实施例1 配制高炉炉缸工作层用氮化硅复合高导热浇注料
其原料配比为:
电熔刚玉10份,其中粒度5~12mm颗粒料7份,325目粉料3份;
100目蓝晶石细粉3份;
碳化硅60份,其中0~5mm颗粒料50份,200目粉料10份;
粒度1~2μm氮化硅1.5份;
粒度1μm的硅微粉2份;
粒度3~5μm的活性氧化铝微粉5份;
粒度0.2~0.5mm的球状沥青2.5份;
碳黑粉0.8份;
碳树脂粉1份;
碳分散剂0.3份;
抗氧化剂2.5份;
有机纤维0.08份;
防爆剂0.09份。
实际配制时,根据实际购买的原料批号,各原料组分可以在文中公开的范围内进行适当调整,效果均可。
将上述原料准确称量后,放入搅拌机中混合均匀,装入防潮防晒的吨袋储存。
施工时,外加结合剂采用硅溶胶,使用量为物料总量的6.5%,并加入Al2O3≥70%的纯铝酸钙水泥0.5%做为促凝剂,将其和氮化硅复合高导热浇注料一起搅拌均匀,直接浇注施工,经过24h养护及按规程600~800℃烘烤后即可投入使用。经测试,其理化指标见下表2:

电熔刚玉15份,其中粒度5~12mm颗粒料10份,325目粉料5份;

碳化硅70份,其中0~5mm颗粒料55份,200目粉料15份;
粒度1~2μm氮化硅2份;
粒度1μm的硅微粉4份;
粒度3~5μm的活性氧化铝微粉8份;
粒度0.2~0.5mm的球状沥青5份;
碳黑粉1份;
碳树脂粉1份;
碳分散剂0.5份;
抗氧化剂3.5份;
有机纤维0.1份;
防爆剂0.12份。
实际配制时,根据实际购买的原料批号,各原料组分还可以在文中公开的范围内进行适当调整,效果均可。

施工时,外加结合剂采用纯铝酸钙水泥,使用量为物料总量的2.5%,然后再添加5~6%的自来水,并加入0.2%由三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠按比例配制的减水剂,和氮化硅复合高导热浇注料一起搅拌均匀,直接浇注施工,经过36h养护及按规程600~800℃烘烤后即可投入使用。经测试,其理化指标见下表3:

试验证明,本发明配制的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料富集了氧化铝材料、碳化硅材料、含碳材料的优点,适应冷却型高炉或矿热电炉及类似工况条件的炉缸内衬工作层,能够承受入炉物料的冲击、炉内压力、高温液体环流冲涮、高温熔渣的化学侵蚀、高温渣铁的渗透等工作状况;能够有效传导热量,使工作层耐火材料与渣铁接触的界面形成1150℃的铁水凝固等温线,真正发挥冷却型炉缸结构的优势,延长了炉缸寿命,提高了炉子的利用率,减少了固废排放。

1.一种氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:是由原料电熔刚玉、蓝晶石、碳化硅、氮化硅、硅微粉、活性氧化铝微粉、球状沥青、碳黑粉、碳树脂粉、碳分散剂、抗氧化剂、有机纤维和防爆剂按下述重量份配制而成:
电熔刚玉10~15份,其中粒度5~12mm颗粒料7~10份,325目粉料3~5份;
100目蓝晶石细粉3~5份;
碳化硅60~70份,其中0~5mm颗粒料50~55份,200目粉料10~15份;
粒度1~2μm氮化硅1~2份;
粒度1μm的硅微粉1~4份;
粒度3~5μm的活性氧化铝微粉4~8份;
粒度0.2~0.5mm的球状沥青2~5份;
碳黑粉0.3~1份;
碳树脂粉1份;
碳分散剂0.2~0.5份;
抗氧化剂1.5~3.5份;
有机纤维0.04~0.1份;
防爆剂0.06~0.12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述电熔刚玉中Al2O3≥95%,所述蓝晶石中Al2O3≥58%,所述活性氧化铝微粉中Al2O3≥99%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述碳化硅中SiC≥97%;所述氮化硅中Si3N4≥98%;所述硅微粉中SiO2≥94%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述球状沥青的软化温度为105~125℃,其中C≥48%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述碳黑粉中C≥95%;所述碳树脂粉中C≥80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述碳分散剂为氟硼酸镍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由金属硅粉和碳化硼按1.5~2: 0.3~0.5之重量份配比配制而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述有机纤维为低熔点有机纤维,其熔化温度为70~100℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:所述防爆剂为粒度80~120目的金属铝粉,其中Al≥98%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的氮化硅复合高导热浇注料,其特征在于:还包括外加结合剂;所述外加结合剂为硅溶胶或纯铝酸钙水泥。
