Abstract
本发明属于木塑板组件技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，包括相互拼接的木塑板，其特征在于，所述木塑板上部设置有上盖板，所述木塑板下部设置有下盖板，所述上盖板内壁固定连接有插杆，所述下盖板内壁固定连接有插筒，所述插杆插接在插筒内部，所述上盖板和下盖板外壁滑动连接有连接板，所述木塑板两端固定连接有插接板；本发明采用连接板连接的扣接杆插接在木塑板连接的插接板开设的连接槽内，并利用对连接板的移动，进而能带动固定后的木塑板的移动调整，保证木塑板在拼接后的效果，满足多种板材的拼接使用，结构简单，操作方便，且通过盖板的形状改变，也能对木塑板片接之间的角度改变，实现了多功能调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及木塑板组件技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件。
背景技术
木塑复合板材是一种主要由木材（木纤维素、植物纤维素）为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料（塑料）和加工助剂等，混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高科技绿色环保新型装饰材料，兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征，是能替代木材和塑料的新型复合材料。
现有木塑板在使用时需对其进行拼接组合，但现有的木塑板在拼接固定时，多是对木塑板固定，无法对固定后的木塑板进行轻微的调整，在木塑木大规模拼接时，缺乏对其很好的调整，造成木塑板在拼接过程中的使用不便。
为解决上述问题，本申请中提出一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件。
发明内容
（一）发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，本发明采用连接板连接的扣接杆插接在木塑板连接的插接板开设的连接槽内，并利用对连接板的移动，进而能带动固定后的木塑板的移动调整，保证木塑板在拼接后的效果，且本发明使用范围广，满足多种板材的拼接使用，结构简单，操作方便，且通过盖板的形状改变，也能对木塑板片接之间的角度改变，实现了多功能调节。
（二）技术方案
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，包括相互拼接的木塑板，其特征在于，所述木塑板上部设置有上盖板，所述木塑板下部设置有下盖板，所述上盖板内壁固定连接有插杆，所述下盖板内壁固定连接有插筒，所述插杆插接在插筒内部，所述上盖板和下盖板外壁滑动连接有连接板，所述木塑板两端固定连接有插接板。
进一步地，所述上盖板和下盖板外壁均开设有条形槽，所述连接板通过螺杆与条形槽连接。
进一步地，所述插杆下部固定连接有分体杆，所述插筒内壁固定连接有挡杆，所述分体杆插接在挡杆下部。
进一步地，所述上盖板内侧开设有条形槽，所述条形槽内部嵌设有滚珠。
进一步地，所述插接板端口处开设有连接槽，所述连接板内壁固定连接有扣接杆，所述扣接杆插接在连接槽内部。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果：本发明采用连接板连接的扣接杆插接在木塑板连接的插接板开设的连接槽内，并利用对连接板的移动，进而能带动固定后的木塑板的移动调整，保证木塑板在拼接后的效果，且本发明使用范围广，满足多种板材的拼接使用，结构简单，操作方便，且通过盖板的形状改变，也能对木塑板片接之间的角度改变，实现了多功能调节。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了，下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图，对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解，这些描述只是示例性的，而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外，在以下说明中，省略了对公知结构和技术的描述，以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1-4所示，本发明提出的一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，包括相互拼接的木塑板1，其特征在于，所述木塑板1上部设置有上盖板2，所述木塑板1下部设置有下盖板3，所述上盖板2内壁固定连接有插杆5，所述下盖板3内壁固定连接有插筒6，所述插杆5插接在插筒6内部，所述上盖板2和下盖板3外壁滑动连接有连接板4，所述木塑板1两端固定连接有插接板13。
需要说明的是，上盖板2和下盖板3设置在木塑板1的拼接处，上盖板2与下盖板3的尺寸相等且其宽度均略大于木塑板1的宽度，上盖板2与下盖板3之间采用插杆5与插筒6插接的方式，为便于对连接板4的滑动，在连接板4的外壁固定连接有拨板，便于实现对木塑板1的移动，在本实施例中，上盖板2和下盖板3可为水平性或弯折性结构，满足对木塑板1多角度的调整，且上盖板2和下盖板3的端口处可具有弹性，便于木塑板1插接在上盖板2和下盖板3内部。
在实施例中，所述上盖板2和下盖板3外壁均开设有条形槽7，所述连接板4通过螺杆8与条形槽7连接。
其中，条形槽7活动插接有螺杆8，连接板4两端开设有螺纹孔，其螺纹孔满足螺杆8的螺纹插入，连接板4在滑动后，取螺母套接在螺杆8外部，实现对连接板4的定位。
在实施例中，所述插杆5下部固定连接有分体杆9，所述插筒6内壁固定连接有挡杆10，所述分体杆9插接在挡杆10下部。
其中，分体杆9为两个对称分布的杆体，分体杆9具有一定的弹性，分体杆9外壁开设有条形槽，满足手指按压推动分体杆9向内靠拢，分体杆9底部设置有凸块，挡杆10位于插筒6靠近上部的位置处，挡杆10的长度与插入的分体杆9适配，挡杆10能对分体杆9底部的凸块阻挡，增加上盖板2与下盖板3之间连接的牢固性。
在实施例中，所述上盖板2内侧开设有条形槽11，所述条形槽11内部嵌设有滚珠12。
其中，条形槽11开设在上盖板2的内侧的中部位置处，条形槽11对称分布在木塑板1的上部，条形槽11内部嵌设有多个滚珠12，嵌设在条形槽11内部的滚珠12比上盖板2齐平，便于木塑板1在上盖板2内部滑动，在一个实施例中，一侧上盖板2的内侧嵌设有滚珠12，对应的下盖板3的内侧开设有防滑纹，既能保证木塑板1在上盖板2和下盖板3内部的滑动，又能对滑动后的木塑板1定位，增加木塑板1滑动后放置的牢固性。
在实施例中，所述插接板13端口处开设有连接槽15，所述连接板4内壁固定连接有扣接杆14，所述扣接杆14插接在连接槽15内部。
其中，为增加对木塑板1固定，插接板13与木塑板1固定连接形成一体形成结构，插接板13的端口处开设有连接槽15，连接板4内壁连接的扣接杆14的位置与连接槽15对应，且扣接杆14的形状类倒立的L，扣接杆14的上端呈倾斜结构，其结构如附图1和附图4中展示，且为进一步保证对木塑板1固定的牢固性，连接槽15与扣接杆14之间均采用耐磨橡胶材质，增加连接槽15与扣接杆14之间的摩擦。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程：将两个木塑板1并排放置，取连接板4，并将木塑板1一端的插接板13放置在连接板4处，并将连接板4内壁连接的扣接杆14插接在连接槽15内部，实现对木塑板1的固定，并依次将上盖板2和下盖板3放置在木塑板1拼接处，按压分体杆9插接在插筒6内部，松开分体杆9时，挡杆10对分体杆9阻挡，实现对上盖板2与下盖板3之间的固定，在需对木塑板1之间的间距调整时，推动连接板4，连接板4带动木塑板1移动，滚珠12便于木塑板1的滑动，木塑板1在移动至合适位置处，取螺母螺纹调节在螺杆8上，对连接板4与条形槽7定位，进而实现对木塑板1的固定。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，包括相互拼接的木塑板（1），其特征在于，所述木塑板（1）上部设置有上盖板（2），所述木塑板（1）下部设置有下盖板（3），所述上盖板（2）内壁固定连接有插杆（5），所述下盖板（3）内壁固定连接有插筒（6），所述插杆（5）插接在插筒（6）内部，所述上盖板（2）和下盖板（3）外壁滑动连接有连接板（4），所述木塑板（1）两端固定连接有插接板（13）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，其特征在于，所述上盖板（2）和下盖板（3）外壁均开设有条形槽（7），所述连接板（4）通过螺杆（8）与条形槽（7）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，其特征在于，所述插杆（5）下部固定连接有分体杆（9），所述插筒（6）内壁固定连接有挡杆（10），所述分体杆（9）插接在挡杆（10）下部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，其特征在于，所述上盖板（2）内侧开设有条形槽（11），所述条形槽（11）内部嵌设有滚珠（12）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有多功能调节的木塑板组件，其特征在于，所述插接板（13）端口处开设有连接槽（15），所述连接板（4）内壁固定连接有扣接杆（14），所述扣接杆（14）插接在连接槽（15）内部。
