本发明属于木塑板组合技术领域，尤其涉及一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构，包括木塑板，所述木塑板一端卡接有上盖板，所述木塑板另一端卡接有下盖板，所述上盖板内侧固定连接有上滑块，所述下盖板内侧固定连接有下滑块，所述上滑块一侧固定连接有凸块，所述下滑块一侧开设有凹槽，所述凸块插接在凹槽内部；本发明通过上滑块与下滑块滑动错位的方式插接固定，在通过伸缩定位杆插接在孔内部辅助固定，增加木塑板组合的牢固性，且整个过程操作简单，固定牢固，在拼接后，木塑板拼接处整齐美观，适合广泛推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木塑板组合技术领域，尤其涉及一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构。
背景技术
木塑复合板材是一种主要由木材（木纤维素、植物纤维素）为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料（塑料）和加工助剂等，混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高科技绿色环保新型装饰材料，兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征，是能替代木材和塑料的新型复合材料。
现有的木塑板在组合时，长通过螺钉钉合，何种方式在固定螺钉时，容易对操作者的手部造成敲打，存在安全隐患，且木塑板在通过螺钉固定时，螺钉产生的震感容易对木塑板的整体结构造成损坏，缩短木塑板的使用寿命，影响其内部整体强度，木塑板在组合拼接后，容易发生错位的现象，造成其拼接后缺乏平整和美观。
为解决上述问题，本申请中提出一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构。
发明内容
（一）发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构，本发明通过上滑块与下滑块滑动错位的方式插接固定，在通过伸缩定位杆插接在孔内部辅助固定，增加木塑板组合的牢固性，且整个过程操作简单，固定牢固，在拼接后，木塑板拼接处整齐美观，适合广泛推广。
（二）技术方案
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构，包括木塑板，所述木塑板一端固定连接有上盖板，所述木塑板另一端固定连接有下盖板，所述上盖板内侧固定连接有上滑块，所述下盖板内侧固定连接有下滑块，所述上滑块一侧固定连接有凸块，所述下滑块一侧开设有凹槽，所述凸块插接在凹槽内部。
进一步地，所述凹槽内部插接有三角块，所述下滑块表面对应三角块的位置开设有通孔，所述通孔内部插接有与三角块接触连接的定位杆，所述上盖板内壁开设有与定位杆适配的孔。
进一步地，所述三角块通过连接片与凹槽连接。
进一步地，所述上盖板和下盖板的侧壁开设有螺纹孔。
进一步地，所述上盖板和下盖板的端口处连接有斜板。
进一步地，所述上盖板和下盖板的两侧均安装有固定柱，所述固定柱一侧固定设置有卡舌。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果：本发明通过上滑块与下滑块滑动错位的方式插接固定，在通过伸缩定位杆插接在孔内部辅助固定，增加木塑板组合的牢固性，且整个过程操作简单，固定牢固，在拼接后，木塑板拼接处整齐美观，适合广泛推广。

如图所示，本发明提出的一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构，包括木塑板1，所述木塑板1一端卡接有上盖板2，所述木塑板1另一端卡接有下盖板3，所述上盖板2内侧固定连接有上滑块4，所述下盖板3内侧固定连接有下滑块5，所述上滑块4一侧固定连接有凸块8，所述下滑块5一侧开设有凹槽9，所述凸块8插接在凹槽9内部。
需要说明的是，上滑块4与下滑块5的切面均为三角形结构，且上滑块4与下滑块5的斜面相对应，且斜面外光滑结构，满足上滑块4与下滑块5之间的滑动，在上滑块4与下滑块5滑动错位后凸块8插接在凹槽9内部，增加木塑板1之间连接的牢固。
在实施例中，所述凹槽9内部插接有三角块12，所述下滑块5表面对应三角块12的位置开设有通孔14，所述通孔14内部插接有与三角块12接触连接的定位杆11，所述上盖板2内壁开设有与定位杆11适配的孔10。
其中，三角块12的切面呈三角形结构，三角块12的尖端与定位杆11接触性连接，凹槽9内部开设有槽体，其槽体满足三角块12的移动，上盖板2上部开设的孔10，是在凸块8插接在凹槽9内部后，定位杆11对应在上盖板2的位置，起到对上盖板2与下盖板3盖合后的辅助加固。
在实施例中，所述三角块12通过连接片13与凹槽9连接。
其中，该连接片13可为具有弹性的连接片结构，且连接片13的厚度较薄，不会影响凸块8插接在凹槽9内部，连接片13的一端粘接在三角块12一侧，连接片13的另一端粘接在凹槽9的内壁处，起到对三角块12的拉动作用。
在实施例中，所述上盖板2和下盖板3的侧壁开设有螺纹孔7。
其中，为进一步增加上盖板2与下盖板3之间盖合后的牢固度，在上盖板2和下盖板3的前端均开设有螺纹孔7，其螺纹孔7内部可螺纹插接有螺杆，用以对盖合后的上盖板2与下盖板3进行再次加固。
在实施例中，所述上盖板2和下盖板3的端口处连接有斜板6。
其中，斜板6的倾斜方向与上盖板2和下盖板3前端倾斜方向相同，保证上盖板2与下盖板3之间盖合的整齐性，且斜板6的设置方便上盖2与下盖板3之间的盖合。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程：取两个待拼接组合的木塑板1，将上盖板2和下盖板3分别固定在木塑板1两端，将木塑板1的一端的上盖板2滑动在下盖板3上部，上盖板2内侧的上滑块4沿下盖板3内侧的下滑块5滑动，上滑块4与下滑块5滑动错位，上滑块4一端连接的凸块8插接在下滑块5一侧的凹槽9内部，凸块8插接在凹槽9内部时，凸块8挤压凹槽9内部的三角块12向下滑块5内部移动，三角块12推动定位杆11向上延伸，定位杆11插接在孔10内部，对上盖板2与下盖板3之间的盖合加固，也可在取螺杆穿过螺纹孔7内部，实现对木塑板1组合再次固定。

1.一种卡轮式木塑板组合结构，包括木塑板（1），其特征在于，所述木塑板（1）一端卡接有上盖板（2），所述木塑板（1）另一端卡接有下盖板（3），所述上盖板（2）内侧固定连接有上滑块（4），所述下盖板（3）内侧固定连接有下滑块（5），所述上滑块（4）一侧固定连接有凸块（8），所述下滑块（5）一侧开设有凹槽（9），所述凸块（8）插接在凹槽（9）内部，所述凹槽（9）内部插接有三角块（12），所述下滑块（5）表面对应三角块（12）的位置开设有通孔（14），所述通孔（14）内部插接有与三角块（12）接触连接的定位杆（11），所述上盖板（2）内壁开设有与定位杆（11）适配的孔（10）。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的卡轮式木塑板组合结构，其特征在于，所述三角块（12）通过连接片（13）与凹槽（9）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卡轮式木塑板组合结构，其特征在于，所述上盖板（2）和下盖板（3）的侧壁开设有螺纹孔（7）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡轮式木塑板组合结构，其特征在于，所述上盖板（2）和下盖板（3）的端口处连接有斜板（6）。
