The low temperature resistant high fastness banner ribbon of claim 4 wherein the pigment coating fluid used in the color layer is selected from the group consisting of: 10-70 parts of resin mixed liquid, 5-60 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-50 parts of lithopone, 5-50 parts of calcium carbonate and 5-30 parts of organic pigment; the resin mixed solution is a mixed solution of a solvent and copolymerized polyester.
6. The low temperature resistant high fastness banner ribbon of claim 5 wherein the organic pigment is a red organic pigment or a yellow organic pigment or a cyan organic pigment; the resin mixed solution is the mixture of the solvent and the copolymerization polyester with the same volume.

The low temperature resistant high fastness banner ribbon of claim 6 wherein the pigment coating fluid used in the color layer is selected from the group consisting of: 10-70 parts of resin mixed liquid, 5-60 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-50 parts of lithopone, 5-50 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-25 parts of red organic pigment or 5-30 parts of yellow organic pigment or 5-30 parts of cyan organic pigment.
8. The ribbon of claim 2, 5 or 6 wherein the solvent is one or more of benzene-based solvent or cyclohexanone or cyclohexane or butanone; the benzene solvent is toluene.

The low temperature resistant high fastnesses banner ribbon of claim 1 prepared by the process of: (1) preparing heat-resistant protective layer liquid: uniformly mixing and dispersing a solvent and polyurethane resin to obtain heat-resistant protective layer liquid for later use; (2) preparing release layer liquid: uniformly mixing and dispersing a solvent, silicon resin and a curing agent to obtain release layer liquid for later use; (3) preparing a color layer coating liquid: mixing a solvent and the copolymerization fatty, and stirring at the speed of 1500-; uniformly mixing and dispersing titanium dioxide, lithopone, calcium carbonate and resin mixed liquor to obtain a color layer coating liquid for later use; (4) spraying heat-resistant protective layer liquid on the back of the PET film; (5) drying the PET film sprayed with the heat-resistant protective liquid for one time; (6) coating release layer liquid on the front surface of the PET film; (7) carrying out secondary drying on the PET film sprayed with the release layer liquid; (8) and coating the color layer liquid on the PET film subjected to secondary drying.
