Further, the outer end of the first outer driving rod 4 is connected with a corresponding telescopic power mechanism.
Furthermore, a first pressure sensing mechanism 7 for sensing the side contact state of the jack panel 1 is embedded in one side panel of the first clamping side panel 5; a second pressure sensing mechanism 15 for sensing the side contact state of the jack panel 1 is embedded in one side panel of the second transverse base plate 11.
Further, a second distance measuring sensor 13 is arranged on the second end side distance measuring device 12; and a second distance measurement baffle plate 14 matched with the detection position of the second distance measurement sensor 13 is arranged on the first clamping side plate 5.
Further, the aperture detection range/size of the longitudinal hole photoelectric detection mechanism 25 is smaller than the slot hole range/size of the longitudinal insertion hole 2; the aperture detection range/size of the inclined hole photoelectric detection mechanism 24 is smaller than the slotted hole range/size of the inclined jack 3; the inclined angle of the inclined hole photoelectric detection mechanism 24 is matched with the inclined angle of the inclined jack 3.
In the present invention:
the first outside driving rod 4 drives the first clamping side plate 5 and the first limiting clamping plate 6 to perform displacement motion, and the second outside driving rod 10 drives the second transverse substrate 11 to perform displacement motion so as to clamp/position the jack panel 1.
The first pressure sensing mechanism 7 and the second pressure sensing mechanism 15 sense the extrusion state of the first clamping side plate 5 and the second transverse base plate 11 to the side of the jack panel 1, so as to prevent excessive clamping.
A first transverse distance measuring sensor 8 on the first clamping side plate 5 measures the distance of a first transverse distance measuring baffle plate 9, and the detection of the transverse size of the jack panel 1 is completed; and the second distance measuring sensor 13 on the second transverse base plate 11 measures the distance of the second distance measuring baffle plate 14, and the detection of the longitudinal size of the jack panel 1 is completed.
After the detection system determines the accurate specification of the corresponding jack panel 1, the first middle position adjusting device 17 adjusts the position of the middle position detection mechanism 21 to ensure that the longitudinal hole photoelectric detection mechanism 25 is located at the standard position; the second side position adjusting device 18 adjusts the position of the side position detecting mechanism 22, and the side position rotating input mechanism 23 adjusts the angle of the inclined hole photoelectric detecting mechanism 24, so that the inclined hole photoelectric detecting mechanism 24 is in a standard position.
