本发明属于机械领域,具体涉及的是小型联轴节,要解决的技术问题是,对小型轴、特别是直径相差较大的轴的万向联轴器的改善。本发明是这样一种小型万向联轴节,它包括大轴,小轴、传动体、弹簧,其特征是,大轴有轴孔,套在小轴上,之间有间隙,传动体通过大轴上的径向圆柱孔,被弹簧压在小轴的园锥孔上,依靠弹簧的压力,使传动体保持压紧,传递扭力。

本发明属于机械领域,具体涉及的是小型联轴节。
背景技术
万向联轴节有好几种,有十字联轴节等,但如果轴径比较小,如3毫米,特别是,一个比较大的轴和一个比较小的轴联接,这些联轴节显得大材小用,加工也比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,对小型轴、特别是直径相差较大的轴的联轴器的改善。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样一种小型万向联轴节,它包括大轴,小轴、传动体、弹簧,其特征是,大轴有轴孔,套在小轴上,之间有间隙,传动体通过大轴上的径向圆柱孔,被弹簧压在小轴的园锥孔上,小轴上圆锥孔接近中心。依靠弹簧的压力,使传动体保持压紧,传递扭力。
作为优先方案,所述的传动体可按圆周三等分分布,使得定心效果较好。传递扭力随着传动体数量的增加而增大。
作为优先方案,所述的传动体按圆周两等分对称分布,使得加工方便,成本最低。同时基本保证对中要求,同其他对称分布的偶数传动体一样,传递扭力成为力偶,效果较好。
作为优先方案,所述的传动体是球头钢柱,大多数小轴轴颈都需要钻孔达到一定深度,使得小轴圆锥孔距离接近中心,所以都需要球头钢柱。
作为优先,当轴径较小时,锥孔深度较小,所述的传动体就可以是钢珠。使得结构更为简单。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
大轴件1,直径为d=7,有一个内孔为2.5的轴孔,其上,通过中心钻了一个d=1.3的径向通孔,套在小轴直径为d=2的件4上,在小轴件4上通过中心,钻了对称2个d=1.3深度仅为0.8的120度的锥孔,对准孔位,加入黄油后,每边压入2个d=1.3的钢珠,大轴外径弹簧槽上卡上弹簧。小轴转动时,通过钢珠,带动大轴转动,允许两轴有一定的轴夹角;当扭力超过一定值时,打滑,具有过载保护,同时,也能承受一定的轴向力。

1.一种小型万向联轴节,包括大轴,小轴、传动体、弹簧,其特征是,大轴有轴孔,套在小轴上,之间有间隙,传动体通过大轴上的径向圆柱孔,被弹簧压在小轴的园锥孔上。
2.根据权利要求1,其特征是,所述的传动体按圆周,三等分分布。
3.根据权利要求1,其特征是,所述的传动体按圆周两等分对称分布。
4.根据权利要求1,其特征是,传动体是球头钢柱。
