Abstract

提供“合成池”合成核酸的方法及系统。所述方法基于亚磷酰胺法四步循环固相合成核酸,其中脱保护、偶联、盖帽、氧化在彼此独立的第一反应容器、第二反应容器、第三反应容器、第四反应容器中进行。所述方法利用多碱基核苷酸作为核酸合成单体能够快速地合成链长更长的核酸,合成的错误率低,且试剂可以重复使用,合成效率大幅提高。
