基于所述植物去屑洗发露的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)乳化锅清洗干净,按照质量百分比加入68.518%~71.391%的去离子水;
2)开启均质及搅拌,按照质量百分比加入0.18%~0.22%卡波姆均质至完全分散,然后再加入0.29%~0.31%聚季铵盐-10和0.29%~0.31%瓜尔胶丙基三甲基氯化铵均质溶解;
3)开启升温,按照质量百分比加入14.8%~15.2%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠升温至70℃待其完全溶解好;
4)按照质量百分比依次加入1.8%~2.2%椰油酰胺MEA, 0.09%~0.11%尿囊素,0.18%~0.21%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲基胺,0.09%~0.11% EDTA, 0.049%~0.051%氢氧化钾,0.09%~0.11%氯化锌,0.49%~0.51%氯化钠加热至85℃保温30分钟;
5)开启降温,降温至65℃加入0.48%~0.52%吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐,55℃加入2.8%~3.2%月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,1.8%~2.2%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,0.09%~0.11% C12-13醇乳酸酯搅拌5分钟;再加入1.8%~2.2%聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.48%~0.52%氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.09%~0.11% C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3, 0.9%~1.1%吡硫鎓锌搅拌10分钟;45℃依次加入0.09%~0.11% DMDM乙内酰胺,0.069%~0.071%卡松,加入0.09%~0.11%厚朴树皮提取物,0.09%~0.11%苦参根提取物,0.09%~0.11%人参根提取物,0.09%~0.11%库拉索芦荟提取物,0.09%~0.11%益母草提取物,0.09%~0.11%金黄洋甘菊提取物,0.09%~0.11%金盏花提取物;最后,将0.48%~0.52%香精加入,搅拌20分钟至均匀;
6)经检测PH5.5-6.5之间,温度25℃稠度的锥入度值在7800~8200,即可放置至室温过滤出锅。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤6)中,稠度的锥入度值为8000;其中,稠度的锥入度指在25℃下,用钝角形的金属尖锥体,在时间为5s内,自重沉入润滑脂的深度,以1/10mm为单位。锥入度值越大,润滑脂的稠度越小。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明的植物去屑洗发露及其制备方法所制备的洗发露,特点如下:
1.通过氨基酸表面活性剂与两性离子表面活性剂复配,起到温和而不刺激地清洁效果,避免了因去脂力过强而导致头皮分泌更大量油脂。
2.聚季铵盐和瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵用于头发的调理剂,抗静电剂;提供极佳的保湿性能,赋予头发优越的梳理性能,使头发长时间的保持光泽与柔软。
3.卡波姆起到对头皮的保护作用,减少刺激性物质;尿囊素起到抗炎舒缓作用,并促进细胞修复,加速表皮细胞更新。
4.提取物的使用,能减少头部多余油脂,平衡控油,去除头屑,同时补充和保持秀发水分,令秀发柔软光泽。
5.本产品去屑效果好,柔和清洁头皮头发,深度焕活发根,多重植物精粹,从根源改善头皮问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
植物去屑洗发露的制备
1)乳化锅清洗干净,按照质量百分比加入71.391%的去离子水;
2)开启均质及搅拌,按照质量百分比加入0.18%卡波姆均质至完全分散,然后再加入0.29%聚季铵盐-10和0.29%瓜尔胶丙基三甲基氯化铵均质溶解;
3)开启升温,按照质量百分比加入14.8%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠升温至70℃待其完全溶解好;
4)按照质量百分比依次加入2.2%椰油酰胺MEA, 0.09%尿囊素,0.18%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲基胺,0.09%EDTA, 0.049%氢氧化钾,0.09%氯化锌,0.49%氯化钠加热至85℃保温30分钟;
5)开启降温,降温至65℃加入0.48%吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐,55℃加入3.2%月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,2.2%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,0.09% C12-13醇乳酸酯搅拌5分钟;再加入2.2%聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.48%氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.09% C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3, 0.9%吡硫鎓锌搅拌10分钟;45℃依次加入0.09% DMDM乙内酰胺,0.069%卡松,加入0.09%厚朴树皮提取物,0.09%苦参根提取物,0.09%人参根提取物,0.09%库拉索芦荟提取物,0.09%益母草提取物,0.09%金黄洋甘菊提取物,0.09%金盏花提取物;最后,将0.48%香精加入,搅拌20分钟至均匀;
6)经检测PH5.7之间,温度25℃稠度的锥入度值在7950,即可放置至室温过滤出锅。
实施例2
植物去屑洗发露的制备
1)乳化锅清洗干净,按照质量百分比加入68.518%的去离子水;
2)开启均质及搅拌,按照质量百分比加入0.22%卡波姆均质至完全分散,然后再加入0.31%聚季铵盐-10和0.31%瓜尔胶丙基三甲基氯化铵均质溶解;
3)开启升温,按照质量百分比加入15.2%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠升温至70℃待其完全溶解好;
4)按照质量百分比依次加入2.2%椰油酰胺MEA, 0.11%尿囊素, 0.21%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲基胺, 0.11% EDTA, 0.051%氢氧化钾,0.11%氯化锌, 0.51%氯化钠加热至85℃保温30分钟;
5)开启降温,降温至65℃加入0.52%吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐,55℃加入3.2%月桂酰两性基乙酸钠, 2.2%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱, 0.11% C12-13醇乳酸酯搅拌5分钟;再加入2.2%聚二甲基硅氧烷, 0.52%氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷, 0.11% C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3, 1.1%吡硫鎓锌搅拌10分钟;45℃依次加入0.11% DMDM乙内酰胺,0.71%卡松,加入0.11%厚朴树皮提取物,0.11%苦参根提取物, 0.11%人参根提取物, 0.11%库拉索芦荟提取物, 0.11%益母草提取物, 0.11%金黄洋甘菊提取物, 0.11%金盏花提取物;最后,将0.52%香精加入,搅拌20分钟至均匀;
6)经检测PH5.5-6.5之间,温度25℃稠度的锥入度值在8100,即可放置至室温过滤出锅。
实施例3
植物去屑洗发露的制备
1)乳化锅清洗干净,加入69.88%去离子水;
2)开启均质及搅拌,加入0.2%卡波姆均质至完全分散,然后再加入0.3%聚季铵盐-10和0.3%瓜尔胶丙基三甲基氯化铵均质溶解;
3)开启升温,加入15%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠升温至70℃待其完全溶解好;
4)依次加入2%椰油酰胺MEA,0.1%尿囊素,0.2%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲基胺,0.1%EDTA,0.05%氢氧化钾,0.1%氯化锌,0.5%氯化钠加热至85℃保温30分钟;
5)开启降温,降温至65℃加入0.5%吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐,55℃加入3%月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,2%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,0.8%C12-13醇乳酸酯搅拌5分钟;再加入2%聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.5%氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.1%C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3,1%吡硫鎓锌搅拌10分钟;45℃依次加入0.1%DMDM乙内酰胺,0.07%卡松,加入0.1%厚朴树皮提取物,0.1%苦参根提取物,0.1%人参根提取物,0.1%库拉索芦荟提取物,0.1%益母草提取物,0.1%金黄洋甘菊提取物,0.1%金盏花提取物;最后,将0.5%香精加入,搅拌20分钟至均匀;
6)经检测PH6.0之间,温度25℃稠度的锥入度值在8000,即可放置至室温过滤出锅。

月桂酰两性基乙酸钠 2.8%~3.2%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 1.8%~2.2%;
聚二甲基硅氧烷 1.8%~2.2%;
瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 0.29%~0.31%;
山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺 0.18%~0.21%;
聚季铵盐-10 0.29%~0.31%;
氨端聚二甲硅氧烷 0.48%~0.52%;
C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3 0.09%~0.11%;
尿囊素 0.09%~0.11%;
吡硫鎓锌 0.9%~1.1%;
吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐 0.48%~0.52%、
卡波姆 0.18%~0.22%、
C12-13醇乳酸酯 0.78%~0.82%;
EDTA二钠 0.09%~0.11%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的植物去屑洗发露,其特征在于,包括以下按照质量百分比的原料:去离子水68.518%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15.2%、椰油酰胺MEA 2.2%、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠3.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2.2%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2.2%、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.31%、山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺0.21%、聚季铵盐-10 0.31%、氨端聚二甲硅氧烷0.52%、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3 0.11%、尿囊素0.11%、吡硫鎓锌1.1%、吡罗克酮乙醇铵盐0.52%、卡波姆0.22%、C12-13醇乳酸酯0.82%、EDTA二钠0.11%、DMDM乙内酰脲0.11%、卡松0.071%、氢氧化钾0.051%、氯化锌0.11%、氯化钠0.51%、厚朴树皮提取物0.11%、苦参根提取物0.11%、人参根提取物0.11%、库拉索芦荟提取物0.11%、益母草提取物0.11%、金黄洋甘菊提取物0.11%、金盏花提取物0.11%、香精0.52%。

1)乳化锅清洗干净,按照质量百分比加入68.518%~71.391%的去离子水;
2)开启均质及搅拌,按照质量百分比加入0.18%~0.22%卡波姆均质至完全分散,然后再加入0.29%~0.31%聚季铵盐-10和0.29%~0.31%瓜尔胶丙基三甲基氯化铵均质溶解;
3)开启升温,按照质量百分比加入14.8%~15.2%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠升温至70℃待其完全溶解好;
