Abstract
The invention provides a display device, which comprises a display panel, a middle frame, a bearing piece and a fixing piece, wherein the display panel is provided with a first screw hole, the middle frame is provided with a second screw hole, the middle frame is arranged at one side of the display panel, the bearing piece is provided with a first end, a second end and a first extending part, the first extending part is arranged at the first end, a first through hole penetrates through the bearing piece from the first end to the second end, the fixing piece is provided with a fixing part and a second extending part, and the second extending part is arranged at one end of the fixing part, wherein when the fixing piece enables a display surface to be locked with the middle frame, the second end of the bearing piece penetrates through the second screw hole, the fixing part penetrates through the first through hole to the second screw hole, the second extending part abuts against the first extending part to enable the first extending part to abut against the middle frame and the second end of the bearing piece to abut against the display panel, therefore, the stability, so as to improve the uniformity of the frame gap of the display device and make the quality of the whole appearance of the display device better.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to display devices, and particularly to a display device with improved frame gap uniformity.
Background
At present, a middle frame and a liquid crystal display panel are usually locked and attached to a narrow-frame liquid crystal display on the market through a screw structure, and the problem that the bearing point of the middle frame and a stud of the display panel is small can occur in the locking and attaching mode, so that the middle frame is easy to deform when the screw is locked, and meanwhile, the gap between the middle frame and the display panel at the corresponding position when the screw is locked is uneven, and the appearance quality of the whole liquid crystal display is affected.
If the stud is directly arranged on the display panel, the middle frame is provided with a screw hole, and the screw penetrates through the screw hole of the middle frame and then is fixed into the stud of the display panel, so that the display panel and the middle frame are locked and fixed. At the moment, because the bearing point of the middle frame and the display panel stud is small, a gap is formed between the middle frame and the display panel during locking.
Therefore, there is a need for a new display device to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a display device, which can enhance the stability of a fixing member, a middle frame and a display panel to improve the uniformity of a gap between frames of the display device, so as to improve the quality of the overall appearance of the display device.

When the through hole 31 of the receiving member 3 passes through the second screw hole 21 to abut against the middle frame 2, the first extending portion 32 of the receiving member 3 is adhered to the second outer wall 222 of the middle frame 2, the balance portion 34 abuts against the first surface 12 of the display panel 1, the fixing member 4 passes through the first through hole 311 to the first screw hole 11, the fixing member 4 is screwed to make the second extending portion 42 of the fixing member 4 adhered to the first extending portion 32 of the receiving member 3, since the balance portion 34 is protruded from the second side 3022 of the second end 302 of the receiving member 3, the receiving member 3 is tilted by the second side 3022 of the second end 302 of the receiving member 3, and when the fixing member 4 is screwed to attach the second extending portion 42 of the fixing member 4 to the first extending portion 32 of the receiving member 3, the bezel 24 rotates toward the display panel 1 when the middle bezel 2 is tilted synchronously, the frame edge 24 of the middle frame 2 is made to approach the display panel 1 to reduce the gap between the frame edge 24 of the middle frame 2 and the display panel 1. Preferably, the balance portion 34 is a plurality of protruding hemispheres 341, and the protruding hemispheres 341 are disposed at intervals on the second side 3022 of the second end 302 of the receiving member 3.
In summary, the display device provided by the present invention includes a display panel, a middle frame, a receiving member and a fixing member, the display panel has a first screw hole, the middle frame has a second screw hole, the middle frame is disposed on one side of the display panel, the receiving member has a first end, a second end and a first extending portion, the first end is opposite to the second end, the first extending portion is located at the first end, the first through hole penetrates the receiving member from the first end to the second end, the fixing member has a fixing portion and a second extending portion, the second extending portion is located at one end of the fixing portion, wherein when the fixing member locks the display panel and the middle frame, the second end of the receiving member penetrates the second screw hole, the fixing portion penetrates the first through hole to the second screw hole, the second extending portion presses the first extending portion to press the middle frame and the second end of the receiving member to press the display panel, so as to enhance the stability of the fixing member, the middle frame and the, the gap between the middle frame and the display panel is eliminated, so that the uniformity of the gap between the frames of the display device is improved, and the quality of the overall appearance of the display device is better.

The scale in the schematic drawings does not represent the scale of actual components for the sake of clarity in describing the required components.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
Claims (10)
1. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises:
the display panel is provided with a first screw hole;
the middle frame is provided with a second screw hole and is arranged on one side of the display panel;
the bearing piece is provided with a first end, a second end, a first through hole and a first extending part, wherein the first end is opposite to the second end, the first extending part is positioned at the first end, and the first through hole penetrates through the bearing piece from the first end to the second end; and
the fixing piece is provided with a fixing part and a second extending part, and the second extending part is positioned at one end of the fixing part;
when the fixing piece locks the display panel and the middle frame, the second end of the bearing piece penetrates through the second screw hole, the fixing part penetrates through the first through hole to the first screw hole, and the second extending part presses the first extending part to enable the first extending part to press the middle frame and the second end of the bearing piece to abut against the display panel.
2. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first extension portion has a first outer diameter, and the first extension portion extends along the first outer diameter at the first end of the receiving member.
3. The display apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first extension has a first outer diameter and the second extension has a second outer diameter, the first outer diameter being greater than the second outer diameter.
4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the display panel has a first face facing the middle frame, the middle frame has a first outer wall and a second outer wall, the first outer wall is opposite to the second outer wall, the first outer wall is close to the display panel, the second outer wall is far from the display panel, the receiving member has a through hole portion, a third outer wall and a fourth outer wall, the third outer wall is opposite to the fourth outer wall, the through hole portion is provided at a side of the first extension portion, the first through hole penetrates the through hole portion from the first end to the second end, the third outer wall is provided facing the through hole portion, the fourth outer wall is provided facing away from the through hole portion, the second extension portion has a fifth outer wall and a sixth outer wall, the fifth outer wall is opposite to the sixth outer wall, the fifth outer wall is provided facing the fixing portion, the sixth outer wall is provided facing away from the fixing portion, when the display panel is locked and attached to the middle frame, the third outer wall is attached to the second outer wall, the fifth outer wall is attached to the fourth outer wall, and the second end of the bearing piece is abutted to the first surface.
5. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle frame includes a groove, the groove is formed by recessing a side of the middle frame away from the display panel, when the fixing member locks the display panel and the middle frame, the first extending portion is disposed in the groove, the groove has a first inner diameter, the first extending portion has a first outer diameter, and the first inner diameter is larger than the first outer diameter.

The display device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the recess has a bottom surface, the receiving member has a through hole portion, a third outer wall and a fourth outer wall, the third outer wall is opposite to the fourth outer wall, the through hole portion is disposed at one side of the first extension portion, the first through hole penetrates the through hole portion from the first end to the second end, the third outer wall is disposed opposite to the through hole portion, the fourth outer wall is disposed opposite to the through hole portion, and when the fixing member locks the display panel to the center frame, the third outer wall is attached to the bottom surface.

The display apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the recess has a groove wall, the receiving member has a position-limiting portion, the position-limiting portion is located on the first extending portion, and when the fixing portion passes through the first through hole and the first screw hole, the position-limiting portion abuts against the groove wall to limit the receiving member from rotating.

The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle frame has a rim, the rim is located at an outer edge of the middle frame, the rim abuts against the display panel to form a first acting force, when the fixing member locks the display panel and the middle frame, the second extending portion forms a second acting force on the first extending portion, the second acting force causes the first extending portion to form a third acting force on the middle frame, and the third acting force causes the rim and the display panel to form the first acting force.
9. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the receiving member has a balance portion, the second end of the receiving member has a first side and a second side, the first side is close to the frame edge, the second side is far from the frame edge, the balance portion is protruded at the second side, when the fixing member locks the display panel and the middle frame, the balance portion passes through the second screw hole, the fixing portion passes through the first through hole to the second screw hole, the second extending portion presses the first extending portion to press the middle frame and the balance portion against the display panel, and the first acting force is increased.
10. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the balance portion is a plurality of protruding hemispheres disposed at intervals on the second side of the second end of the receiving member.
