目前现有技术,一种燃气壁挂炉生活热水恒温阀,需手动调节,手动调节的恒温阀,不能根据水温变化,自动调节出水温度;采用电动恒温阀,虽然能自动调节出水温度,但结构复杂,成本高,使用寿命短。

本发明的目的是:提供一种燃气壁挂炉用热水恒温阀,它具有调节恒温水出水温度,及根据水温自动调节出水温度的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种燃气壁挂炉用热水恒温阀,它包括外壳、热水进水件、热水活动套、热水记忆压力弹簧、热水套调节装置、冷水进水件、冷水活动套、冷水记忆压力弹簧、冷水套调节装置和活动阀芯套,
外壳两端开口、中部设有恒温水出水接口,一端为热水安装部、另一端为冷水安装部;
热水进水件包括外螺纹的热水进水接口、热水进水管部、设在热水进水接口和热水进水管部相交的热水连接部,热水进水管部的封闭端的周向壁上设有热水出水孔;
冷水进水件包括外螺纹的冷水进水接口、冷水进水管部、设在冷水进水接口和冷水进水管部相交的冷水连接部,冷水进水管的封闭端的周向壁上设有冷水出水孔;
活动阀芯套一端为热水部、另一端为冷水部,冷水部上设有径向出水孔,热水部和冷水部的端部分别设有弹簧座;
热水进水管部穿过热水活动套和热水记忆压力弹簧并插入外壳的热水安装部内、热水连接部与热水安装部固定连接并密封;冷水进水管部穿过冷水活动套和冷水记忆压力弹簧并插入外壳的冷水水安装部内、冷水连接部与冷水安装部固定连接并密封;活动阀芯套的热水部套在热水进水管部上、冷水部套在冷水进水管部上,热水部的弹簧座与热水记忆压力弹簧配合、冷水部的弹簧座与冷水记忆压力弹簧配合;热水套调节装置和冷水调节装置分别驱动热水活动套和冷水活动套。

通过冷水套调节装置9可以调节冷水记忆压力弹簧8的弹力,冷水进水管的冷水出水孔64和活动阀芯套10的径向出水孔101相交度,实现调节冷水进入外壳的水量。
还包括进水单向阀15,进水单向阀15设在冷水进水件6的冷水进水接口61内。

单向阀体的开口端设有内螺纹及环绕开口端的法兰、封闭端的端板上设有导向孔及环绕导向孔设置的导水孔,
导向杆穿过压力弹簧及导向孔伸出,压力弹簧与阀芯和端板配合;环形阀芯座与单向阀体的内螺纹螺合,阀芯与环形阀芯座配合;单向阀体插入冷水进水接口内,法兰与沉孔嵌合。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种燃气壁挂炉用热水恒温阀,其特征在于:还包括感温控制阀,感温控制阀设有恒温水出水接口内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种燃气壁挂炉用热水恒温阀,其特征在于:所述恒温水出水接口内设有沉孔;
所述感温控制阀包括感温阀体、带外螺纹的阀盖和感温材料制成的热膨胀球;
感温阀体的开口端设有内螺纹部和环绕开口端的法兰,封闭端设有恒温出水孔;
阀盖上设有出水孔;
热膨胀球设在感温阀体内,阀盖与内螺纹部螺合;感温阀体插入恒温水出水接口内,法兰与沉孔嵌合。
