Abstract
本发明公开了一种除湿机,包括机壳和风道壳,风道壳安装在机壳内,风道壳内开设有风道腔,风道壳上开设有出风口,风道腔与出风口连通,风道壳靠近出风口的顶部外壁上设有安装件,安装件内开设有离子释放槽,离子释放槽与风道腔相互隔离设置,出风口与安装件的开口处于同一平面,安装件的开口处设有隔断块,隔断块将安装件的开口分隔形成进风开口和出风开口,离子释放槽的顶部设有U形槽,安装件的侧壁上开设有与U形槽连通的安装孔,安装孔上安装有离子发生器,离子发生器的离子发射端通过安装孔延伸至U形槽内。本发明提供的一种除湿机,离子释放槽与风道腔相互隔离设置,提高了除湿机的安全性,并且无需设置引风装置,节约空间和成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种除湿机。
背景技术
目前,市面上的除湿机上大多带有离子净化功能,由于除湿机内会使用冷媒,这些冷媒具有可燃性,除湿机长时间使用会导致内部的冷媒泄露,为了防止离子与泄露的冷媒接触,产生离子的离子发生器大部分是安装在机壳外,因此需要安装额外的引风装置将离子吹至空气中,这导致除湿机的安装过程繁琐,占地面积增大,成本提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:传统的除湿机的离子发生器安装在机壳外并需要安装引风装置,导致除湿机安装过程繁琐,占地面积增大,成本提高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种除湿机,包括机壳和风道壳,所述风道壳安装在所述机壳内,所述风道壳内开设有风道腔,所述风道壳上开设有出风口,所述风道腔与所述出风口连通,所述风道壳靠近所述出风口的顶部外壁上设有安装件,所述安装件内开设有离子释放槽,所述离子释放槽与所述风道腔相互隔离设置,所述出风口与所述安装件的开口处于同一平面,所述安装件的开口处设有隔断块,所述隔断块将所述安装件的开口分隔形成进风开口和出风开口,所述离子释放槽的顶部设有U形槽,所述安装件的侧壁上开设有与所述U形槽连通的安装孔,所述安装孔上安装有离子发生器,所述离子发生器的离子发射端通过所述安装孔延伸至所述U形槽内。
进一步地,所述除湿机还包括压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,所述压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器均安装在所述机壳内,所述冷凝器安装在所述压缩机上,所述蒸发器和所述风道壳分别安装在所述冷凝器的两侧,所述压缩机与所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器之间通过管道连通。
进一步地,所述风道壳包括风道座和风道盖,所述风道座安装在所述换热器的一侧,所述风道盖盖设在所述风道座上。
进一步地,所述风道壳内安装有风机,所述风机包括电机和固定安装在电机输出轴上的风扇。
进一步地,所述风道盖上开设有进风口,所述进风口靠近所述风机设置,所述进风口与所述风道壳内的所述风道腔连通。
进一步地,所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器内分别设有往复迂回的冷凝管和蒸发管,所述冷凝管和所述蒸发管部分设置在所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器的外部。
进一步地,所述隔断块呈“T”形结构。
进一步地,所述机壳的表面开设有出风格栅、离子发射孔和进风孔,所述离子发射孔靠近所述出风格栅设置。
进一步地,所述出风格栅遮挡所述风道壳上的出风口,所述离子发射孔和所述进风孔分别对应所述安装件上的所述出风开口和所述进风开口。
进一步地,所述安装件的开口与所述机壳之间设有密封层,所述密封层为密封海绵或密封胶。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种除湿机,离子发生器安装在机壳内的安装件上,安装件与机壳之间设有用于填充空隙的密封层,风道壳一侧的出风口与安装件的开口共面,安装件内的离子释放槽与风道壳的风道腔相互隔离设置,能有效防止安装件内的离子与泄露在风道壳内的冷媒混合造成火灾,提高了除湿机的安全性。并且,外部气体通过进风口进入至风道壳内的风道腔中,经冷凝器除去水分后再从出风口通过出风格栅排出,使靠近出风格栅的离子发射孔处的气压降低,安装件内的气体携带离子通过出风开口从离子发射孔处流出,进风孔处的气体通过进风开口进入安装件内,气体循环流动形成连续的气流,形成的气流通过U形槽将离子发生器产生的离子全部携带至空气中,无需设置额外的引风装置,节约空间和成本的同时有效提高除湿机的工作效率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图4所示,本发明提供了一种除湿机100,用于室内除湿,除湿机100包括机壳1、压缩机2、风道壳3、离子发生器4、冷凝器5和蒸发器6,压缩机2、风道壳3、离子发生器4、冷凝器5和蒸发器6均安装在机壳1内,冷凝器5安装在压缩机2上,风道壳3和蒸发器6分别安装在冷凝器5的两侧,离子发生器4安装在风道壳3的顶部。
风道壳3包括风道座31和风道盖32,风道座31安装在冷凝器5的一侧,风道盖32盖设在风道座31上,风道壳3内部通过风道座31和风道盖32的闭合形成有风道腔(图未示),风道壳3的一侧开设有出风口33,出风口33与风道壳3内部的风道腔连通,风道壳3内安装有风机(图未示),所述风机包括电机和固定安装在电机输出轴上的风扇,风道盖32上开设有进风口321,进风口321靠近所述风机设置,进风口331与风道壳3内部的风道腔连通。风道壳3靠近出风口33的顶部外壁上设有用于安装离子发生器4的安装件34,安装件34内开设有离子释放槽344,离子释放槽344与风道壳3的风道腔相互隔离设置,风道壳3上的出风口33与安装件34的开口处于同一平面,安装件34的侧壁上开设有安装孔343,离子释放槽344的顶部设有与安装孔343连通的U形槽345,安装件34的开口处设有隔断块35,隔断块35呈“T”形结构,隔断块35将安装件34的开口分隔形成进风开口341和出风开口342,进风开口341和出风开口342均与离子释放槽344连通,安装件34的开口四周设有用于填充空隙的密封层36,本实施例中,密封层36为密封海绵或密封胶。
离子发生器4安装在安装孔343上,离子发生器4的离子发射端通过安装孔343延伸至U形槽345内。
机壳1的表面开设有出风格栅11、离子发射孔12和进风孔13,离子发射孔12靠近出风格栅11设置,出风格栅11用于遮挡风道壳3上的出风口33,离子发射孔12和进风孔13分别对应安装件34上的出风开口342和进风开口341,安装件34的开口与机壳1之间通过密封层36填充空隙。
压缩机2与冷凝器5和蒸发器6之间通过管道连通,冷凝器4和蒸发器6内分别设有往复迂回的冷凝管51和蒸发管61,冷凝管51和蒸发管61部分设置在冷凝器4和蒸发器6的外部,本实施例中,冷凝管51和蒸发管61的材质均为金属铜。
工作时,启动所述风机,气流在所述风机的作用下通过风道盖32上的进风口321进入风道壳3的风道腔内与冷凝器4接触,气流中的水分在冷凝器4的作用下冷凝滴落,去除水分的气流从风道壳3一侧的出风口33吹出,气流流动导致靠近出风口33的出风开口342处的气压降低,安装件34内的气压高于出风开口342处的气压,安装件34内的气体通过出风开口342向外部流动,安装件34内的气体向外流动后,进风开口341处的气压高于安装件34内的气压,进风开口341处的气体通过进风开口341进入安装件34内,气体通过上述的流动过程形成连续的气流,气流从进风开口341进入安装件34内,通过U形槽345携带离子发生器4产生的离子后从出风开口342流出进入空气,图4所示箭头为气流流动方向。
本发明提供的一种除湿机100,离子发生器4安装在机壳1内的安装件34上,安装件34与机壳1之间设有用于填充空隙的密封层36,风道壳3一侧的出风口33与安装件34的开口共面,安装件34内的离子释放槽344与风道壳3的风道腔相互隔离设置,能有效防止安装件34内的离子与泄露在风道壳3内的冷媒混合造成火灾,提高了除湿机100的安全性。并且,外部气体通过进风口321进入至风道壳3内的风道腔中,经冷凝器4除去水分后再从出风口33通过出风格栅11排出,使靠近出风格栅11的离子发射孔12处的气压降低,安装件34内的气体携带离子通过出风开口342从离子发射孔12处流出,进风孔13处的气体通过进风开口341进入安装件34内,气体循环流动形成连续的气流,形成的气流通过U形槽345将离子发生器4产生的离子全部携带至空气中,无需设置额外的引风装置,节约空间和成本的同时有效提高除湿机的工作效率。

1.一种除湿机,其特征在于,包括机壳和风道壳,所述风道壳安装在所述机壳内,所述风道壳内开设有风道腔,所述风道壳上开设有出风口,所述风道腔与所述出风口连通,所述风道壳靠近所述出风口的顶部外壁上设有安装件,所述安装件内开设有离子释放槽,所述离子释放槽与所述风道腔相互隔离设置,所述出风口与所述安装件的开口处于同一平面,所述安装件的开口处设有隔断块,所述隔断块将所述安装件的开口分隔形成进风开口和出风开口,所述离子释放槽的顶部设有U形槽,所述安装件的侧壁上开设有与所述U形槽连通的安装孔,所述安装孔上安装有离子发生器,所述离子发生器的离子发射端通过所述安装孔延伸至所述U形槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述除湿机还包括压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,所述压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器均安装在所述机壳内,所述冷凝器安装在所述压缩机上,所述蒸发器和所述风道壳分别安装在所述冷凝器的两侧,所述压缩机与所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器之间通过管道连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述风道壳包括风道座和风道盖,所述风道座安装在所述换热器的一侧,所述风道盖盖设在所述风道座上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述风道壳内安装有风机,所述风机包括电机和固定安装在电机输出轴上的风扇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述风道盖上开设有进风口,所述进风口靠近所述风机设置,所述进风口与所述风道壳内的所述风道腔连通。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器内分别设有往复迂回的冷凝管和蒸发管,所述冷凝管和所述蒸发管部分设置在所述冷凝器和所述蒸发器的外部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述隔断块呈“T”形结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述机壳的表面开设有出风格栅、离子发射孔和进风孔,所述离子发射孔靠近所述出风格栅设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述出风格栅遮挡所述风道壳上的出风口,所述离子发射孔和所述进风孔分别对应所述安装件上的所述出风开口和所述进风开口。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述安装件的开口与所述机壳之间设有密封层,所述密封层为密封海绵或密封胶。
