Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfectants, and particularly relates to a foam type low-carbon alcohol system hand disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Daily hygiene and disinfection of hands are beneficial to public health, and the medical staff's hand hygiene code clearly stipulates that soap (soap solution) and running water are used to wash hands when the hands have macroscopic pollution such as blood or other body fluids; when the hands are not polluted by naked eyes, the quick-drying hand disinfectant is preferably used for disinfecting the hands instead of washing the hands. Among them, alcohol-based hand disinfectants are the most used variety. At present, the quick-drying hand disinfectant is mainly prepared by taking ethanol as a solvent, and the product forms of the quick-drying hand disinfectant mainly include two types: spray type and gel type. The spray type alcohol hand disinfectant has low viscosity, and is not comprehensive in disinfection due to excellent fluidity, easy slipping from hands and short action time; the gel-type product is a new product developed to overcome the drawbacks of the spray-type product, and although the gel-type product can be applied to hands for a long time, the gel-type product gives a sticky feeling to the hands after use due to the characteristics of the thickener. The traditional disinfectant has short disinfection time, and the specific environment affects the disinfection effect of bacteria and viruses.
The foam disinfectant is a novel disinfectant product, is essentially different from a common disinfectant, converts a liquid disinfectant into a gas-phase foam form through a foam generating device and adheres to the surface of an object, and removes a biological film on the surface of the object through the action modes of wetting, emulsifying, permeating, dispersing, solubilizing and the like after the foam disinfectant is contacted with the surface to be disinfected so as to prolong the disinfection time and achieve the aim of deep cleaning and disinfection. However, the foam type alcohol disinfectant in the market is mainly aerosol type foam type alcohol disinfectant [ journal of preventive medicine of liberty military, 1992, 10 (1), 10 ], although the foam is abundant, the disinfectant and the propellant need to be packaged together in a pressure-resistant container with a special valve system, the preparation process is complex and the cost is high. In recent years, chinese patent CN 109288728A, US patent US 7651990B 2 and US201104079a1 respectively report that an atmospheric foam type alcohol disinfectant is prepared by adding organosilicon or organic fluorine as a foaming agent into alcohol, but the foam stability is poor, and the problem of drug resistance generated by using alcohol for many years cannot be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a foam type low-carbon alcohol system hand disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, the disinfectant has high foam stability, the sterilization rate of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and the like reaches 99.999 percent, and the activity rate of resisting viruses such as enterovirus, influenza virus, novel coronavirus and the like reaches 99 percent.
The invention mainly adds the special foaming agent for the low-carbon alcohol system and the corresponding foam stabilizer, so that the low-carbon alcohol system can generate rich and fine stable foam, meanwhile, the mixed alcohol and the novel bactericide are used for effectively reducing the drug resistance, and the action time of the alcohol and the bactericide is prolonged under the synergistic action of the mixed alcohol and the novel bactericide. After the foam is formed, the foam is adhered to the surface of the hand, and the surface tension between solid and liquid is reduced through relatively complicated physical action and chemical action such as wetting, permeation, dispersion, solubilization and the like, so that the organic matter biomembrane on the surface of the hand is decomposed; meanwhile, bacteria and viruses on the surface and in the gaps are killed and disinfected through the alcohol and the bactericide.
The invention provides a foam type low-carbon alcohol system hand disinfectant, which consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
40-65% of ethanol, 0.1-20% of isopropanol, 0.1-5% of foaming agent, 0.01-3% of foam stabilizer, 0.5-2% of glycerol or diglycerol, 0.1-1% of bactericide and the balance of water.
The foaming agent is an organic silicon foaming agent and comprises one or a mixture of more of PEG-n polydimethylsiloxane (wherein PEG is polyoxyethylene ether, and the polymerization number n = 4-20), bis-PEG-n polydimethylsiloxane (wherein n = 4-20), glucamide polydimethylsiloxane and bis-glucamide polydimethylsiloxane.
The foam stabilizer is one or a mixture of sodium polyacrylate and alkanolamide.
The bactericide is one or a mixture of didecyl methyl hydroxyethyl ammonium chloride, didecyl methyl hydroxypropyl ammonium chloride, didecyl methyl ammonium formate, didecyl methyl hydroxyethyl ammonium acetate and (didodecyldimethyl) ethylene diammonium bromide.
In the formula, the foaming agent can enable a low-carbon alcohol system to generate rich and fine foam, the mixed alcohol and the novel bactericide are used for effectively reducing the drug resistance, the foam stabilizer is added to increase the stability of the alcohol foam, and the action time of the alcohol and the bactericide is prolonged.
The preparation method of the foam type low-carbon alcohol system hand disinfectant comprises the following steps: firstly adding ethanol and isopropanol into a mixing tank, then adding glycerin or diglycerol, a bactericide and water, finally adding a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer into the mixing tank, and uniformly mixing to finish the preparation of the alcohol hand disinfectant.
The application method of the foam type low-carbon alcohol system hand disinfectant comprises the following steps: the alcohol hand disinfectant is smeared on the hands by a foam pump and kneaded for 30 s.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the hand sanitizer provided by the invention has high foam stability, and prolongs the action time of alcohols and bactericides. Testing with a Roche foam tester according to GB/T7462, wherein the foam height is more than 280mm in time; according to a quantitative sterilization test method in the disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition) of the Ministry of health, the sterilization rate of the antibacterial agent to staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and drug-resistant bacteria reaches 99.999 percent; the antiviral activity rate against enteroviruses, influenza viruses and novel coronaviruses was 99.0% as tested according to ASTM E2011-2009 (standard test methods for evaluating manual wash methods and hand rub formulations all for manual elimination of viral activity).

The preparation method of the alcohol disinfectant comprises the steps of adding ethanol and isopropanol into a mixing tank, adding diglycerol, didecylmethyl ammonium formate and water, adding the bis-gluconamide polydimethylsiloxane and the gluconamide polydimethylsiloxane into the mixing tank, and uniformly mixing to finish the preparation of the alcohol hand disinfectant. The foam height was 280mm in time and 170mm in 3 minutes as measured by a Roche foam apparatus according to GB/T7462. According to a quantitative sterilization test method in the disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition) of the Ministry of health, the sterilization rate of the antibacterial agent to staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and drug-resistant bacteria reaches 99.9 percent; the antiviral activity rate against enteroviruses, influenza viruses and novel coronaviruses reached 99.0% as tested by astm e2011-2009 (standard test methods for evaluating manual wash methods and hand rub formulations all for eliminating viral activity manually).
The using method comprises the following steps: the alcohol hand disinfectant is smeared on the hands by a foam pump and kneaded for 30 s.
The above examples are merely illustrative of several embodiments of the present invention, which are described in more detail and detail, but are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that: it is within the ability of one of ordinary skill in the art to utilize the disclosed technology for various modifications and equivalent embodiments. According to the technical essence of the invention, simple modification, equivalent change and modification are carried out on the invention and all belong to the technical scheme of the invention.
