背景技术
1.技术领域
本发明涉及用于个人护理、主要用于吸收或容纳体液的个人卫生产品,并且更具体地涉及具有数字元件的外部个人卫生产品,该数字元件可用于感测排出相关数据并经由智能手持式电子装置而将该数据无线传送给用户。

个人卫生产品的基本结构未随时间发生很大改变。用户的需求也未改变:通过最大化地吸收及预测个人卫生产品的吸收容量而防止渗流到皮肤、衣服或外部环境上。外部个人卫生产品包括床垫、一次性成人尿布、一次性成人衬裤、一次性卫生巾、具有粘合带和侧翼的卫生巾、卫生护垫和溢奶垫。大多数人将会在她们人生中的某些时间点使用一段时间的个人卫生产品。个人卫生产品在过去涉及一种通用型(one-size-fits-all)方法。

结合有能够与智能手持式电子装置进行交互的数字元件的个人卫生产品的恰当组合将满足个人卫生产品消费者的最终需求。所述数字元件需要为生物相容性的,并且由能够进行无线通信的阵列构成。因此,需要提供一种能够收集、处理关于产品的吸收容量及个人用户的体液排出的数据并将该数据传送至用户的智能手持式电子装置的个人卫生产品。也存在对于使个人用户能够在数据一经传送至智能手持式电子装置时便与该数据进行交互的需求。
已经提出了具有围绕吸收结构的平行导电迹线的外部个人卫生产品,诸如在US8044258和US9408757中。然而,来自并联导电迹线的信号提供可变信号,这取决于并联迹线之间的电路桥接的位置。因此,可能难以从实际潜在的泄露中确定噪声。
因此,需要用于外部个人卫生产品的新型导电迹线,该导电迹线在产品即将失效时提供清晰的信号。
发明内容

Claims (16)

1.一种具有数字元件的个人卫生产品,包括:
a)用于吸收体液的外部个人卫生产品;和
b)导电传感器组件,所述导电传感器组件设置在所述个人卫生产品内,包括一对导电元件和至少一个连接器,所述一对导电元件围绕所述个人卫生产品的周边以镜像图像平行地设置,其中,所述一对导电元件中的一者在顺时针方向上从连接点延伸,而所述一对导电元件中的另一者在逆时针方向上从所述连接点延伸,所述至少一个连接器直接接触所述一对导电元件,当流体到达所述一对导电元件之间的区域时,所述导电传感器组件产生指示所述个人卫生产品的流体渗漏的信号;
其中所述导电传感器组件被布置和配置成与智能手持式电子装置通信。
2.根据权利要求1所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述个人卫生产品包括覆盖层、阻挡层、以及设置在所述覆盖层和所述阻挡层之间的吸收材料,并且其中所述阻挡层具有朝向所述吸收材料的内表面以及面向衣服的外表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件的每个端部形成连接节点,所述连接节点被布置和配置用于连接到所述导电传感器组件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件设置在所述阻挡层的所述内表面上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件设置在所述吸收材料上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件设置在所述吸收材料内。
7.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件设置在所述覆盖层上。
8.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件包括导电油墨。
9.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件包括线材。
10.根据权利要求2所述的个人卫生产品,还包括设置在由所述导电元件限定的区域内的一个或多个压花区域。
11.根据权利要求1所述的个人卫生产品,还包括设置在由所述一对导电元件限定的所述区域内的第三导电元件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件包括连接的成角度线段。
13.根据权利要求1所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件具有介于0.1mm和5mm之间的宽度。
14.根据权利要求1所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件在空间上隔开介于0.1mm和5mm之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的个人卫生产品,其中所述导电元件在空间上隔开介于1.5mm和2.5mm之间。
16.根据权利要求3所述的个人卫生产品,其中每个导电元件的所述连接节点具有介于65mm2和225mm2之间的表面积。
